"Ding! You have moved 101 meters away from one of the Wells, you have lost 3.34% of the experience bonus and chances of falling a rare item!” The voice from the dungeon told me. I looked around, saw my sister and Ryu nearby. While Kenishi came reviewing the zombies on the ground. I didn't like something about that boy. I looked everywhere, looking for a zombie to kill the cravings and that was when I discovered that we had finished with all the zombies in that block.
I should be surprised that the hallway was now longer than before, but I wasn't interested in why. We had to explore the classrooms to find food and water. I feel that it was not very difficult to get used to the broken bodies, the zombies, and the blood, after all we are fans of horror video games. It was very fun and stimulating, however having to experience it is not the same.
The message from the dungeon gave me more peace of mind, it meant that I would not lose the bonus this time, however, it means that my sister's ability operation has changed. Losing 3% of the bonus, it was something and it was nothing at the same time. The previous times generally if we are not 3 or more, the bonus is lost.
I saw that Kenishi was taking longer than normal examining a zombie, so I went over to see what he was doing. When I got right behind him, the dungeon said to me:
"Ding, you've got 3.34% of the Wells bonus back!" He looked at us and tried to smile, but what he did was a sinister grimace showing us his fang, Looking at his ugly face, I think:
“The show was not pretty…!”
"Rise Rice Exterminator!" He said. Making you look at the zombie. A purple energy came out of his hands that pointed at the zombie, the energy ran towards the monster, as if he were seeing something delicious, but instead of devouring it, it entered through each of its orifices. Unpleasant, it was not the first time I saw it, but even I did it was still unpleasant. So I was waiting for the resurrection of this monster.
Some time passed and the zombie did not get up.
He remained, static, looking at the zombie.
"Did he misspell the spell?" I thought, but remembering the words when I converted Ryu, there was no mistake in my opinion.
"This is not OK! I screamed in my mind, this bastard, he cheated us by selling us the filthy crystals of Resurrecting Exterminators. It may be faulty just like this spell. Annoyed I said:
"Why hasn't the zombie risen?" He scratched his chin and made a stupid face and said:
Seem like I can't turn low-level zombies into Exterminators!”
"That changes everything!" My sister said worriedly, while he sighed as if he had smoked a cigarette. Hearing what my sister said I did not understand why she was so alarmed.
Why you say that?" he said.
"It means that the zombies here where we are, can also become stronger!" She said.
"I had not thought of it!" He said.
He was definitely a hollow head. But the reaction of my my sister was not the best, I saw how her face drew an expression of horror, and when looking at the face of Kenishi, he had also become twisted with fear, with which both were paralyzed by the terror that holds the future.
I looked at them and thought:
"These two idiots!”
"Hahahaha" I laughed when I saw them, I was living the world I always dreamed of, a world where videogames status is a part of it, a world governed by statistics and skills. Well, my plan was to become the most powerful Being of the word. However, I was upset, Kenishi was a bad influence on my sister. He was a bad influence, he has to go.
“High-level zombies were not the problem, but the attitude with which you must face life!” I thought.
"So, what, if they can become stronger, we too will goin to become stronger!" Kenishi and my sister looked at me like I was looking at God.
My sister recovered upon hearing my words.
"So, are we going to the third floor then?" My sister said. I knew that my sister's intention was to kill zombies to become stronger.
"Yes we are ready!" I thought about telling my sister, but Kenishi said:
"No, first we must investigate where this bunch of zombies come from, to leave the floor clean, so if we have to run back to hide, we will not have the enemy behind us and the enemy ahead of us!" looked at him annoyed and thought:
"Who put you in charge!" So I thought of a plan to get rid of him, because the one who gives the orders can only be me.
"OK! Let's kill all the zombies that are surrounding this floor and close the door of my zombie farm! ” I said.
"Which zombie farm?" He said worried
Oops! I think I said too much!” I Said.
"Hahaha, he bit the hook!" I thought.
"These zombies come from your zombie farm? What is a zombie farm in the first place.” He said.
So I decided to tell him the story of my powers, while taking him to the zombie farm, like a sheep to the slaughterhouse.
Halfway through I came out with that I wanted to copy my race and when I asked why it came out that by copying my DNA I would hopefully remove his zombie curse.
Halfway to the farm he told me that he wanted to copy my race and when I asked him why it came out that copying my DNA would hopefully remove his zombie curse.
Not very convinced I gave him permission to copy my sister's race, he put his hand on my sister's head and said:
"Active copy skill!" He looked sad after touching my sister for 5 seconds, so my sister asked him what happened and he said:
"The spell has failed!" I knew that he was not going to try again, which did not help me, so I said:
"Just because you failed once, you're going to give up so easily!" His eyes recovered their brightness and he cast the spell again until he collapsed on the ground with a smile on his face, seeing this I said:
"I assume you already changed your race, to Digimon?"
"I have used up all my Mana, but I have done it!" Kenishi said. I smiled at him and he smiled back at me. I am glad that, because it meant that for a while I would not be able to use his magic according to my calculations. Which was very convenient for my plans.
Her stomach roared, he look at me and he said:
"You don't have something to eat, am I hungry again?" Internally I shook my head, and I said:
"Research!" It was a skill that I acquired after observing zombies for a while. A version of his status, appeared in front of me, it was not like the one he showed me before he cheated us with the crystals, but it was better than nothing:

It showed the important things, in a battle the necessary thing is to have information from the enemy. What bothered me about his status was that his minimum attack where 5 time less than mine, however , that did not give me the confidence to kill him, since his global attack was greater than mine and by far. That is why I did not kill him when I found him in front of my sister, in addition to worrying about hurting my sister or damaging the bathroom.
At the moment I had it under control, but who knows in the future. His attacks didn't seem like much, but his spells did. I found it very useful to become stronger.
He did not know what was waiting for him, but to avoid surprises I said:
"What, you don't plan to evolve?" I asked him, since if he had a good evolution he would surely increase his value in my eyes and maybe I would not have to get rid of him. Because despite having good spells, something told me that it was a waste of air. But perhaps by giving him my last name, perhaps he could evolve and maybe it would be more useful than the previous ones.
He looked at me with a question mark on his face and said:
"How did I evolve?" Exclamation marks will be drawn on my face and I thought:
"It can't be that this boy never saw Digimon and doesn't know how to evolve!" I looked at Hadouke and said:
"Show him how to evolve!"
She released my arm and said:
"Digivolt to Digirl!" Her body was surrounded by a red light that drew the contours of a woman with black lines, her body was dressed by a red expander, on that she wore a light armor, red with black edges, it looked like a Spartan armor but she wore a pair of boots. red heels and on his head a spartan helmet but this was round without a plume.
He was left with his mouth open and I had to go to close his mouth, apparently it was a normal reaction from him.
Once I closed his mouth, he reacted and wiped the slime from the edge of his mouth, he touched a little and thoughtfully said:
“Digibolt to Digiman!”
"Wait, Wait I still haven't explained everything you need to know!" Said my sister, he had already started his transformation, when you transform it usually lasts one or two seconds at most, however the first time it takes time which means if you are not careful you can be.
I hope he designed a beautiful transformation, he what to be a man I hope he be a beautiful man, I goin to describe how it was to al my female fellow.
So we wait for the transformation to start, I wait for a while more nut nothing happened. He looked at himself for a moment and then began to cough as if something was blocking his throat. He began to vomit a purple cloud that turn black, which began to mount around the body. Until a small mountain accumulated that finally climbed over his head and covered it.
"Shouldn't we try to save him?" My sister said.
"I'm not going to touch that!" I said. It was unpleasant to look at that purple black cloud.
"Something's wrong! with Kenichi ... he said: Digivolt or Digivolt? ” My sister said.
I started thinking and said:
"He said Digibolt!" My sister looked at me in shock, while looking at the figure of Kenishi who was changing something smaller than a man, when I looked into the shadows I saw that the figure was of the electric rat that my sister loves so much, but her skin was a sack of Jute, with a colors like white or silver thing.
When his transformation ends, his ears were very similar to those of the electric rat, long pointed ears, but they looked droopy as if they were poorly drawn, like his face, which looked like a 5-year-old boy had drawn him on a sack of jute, white to silver and when you look at the tail this metal bar in the shape of lightning bolts, which did not exceed its height much, this was silver with a black tip.
"Does it make any difference to pronounce the transformation command wrong?" I Said. I only use my transformation command, because I like to use it, but with just thinking about it I can transform.
"Sure, you don't remember that time I transformed into an Arnold Schwarpig version of myself!" My sister said.
"Hahaha true!" Said. I reminded myself of his obese version and turned to Kenishi, and I made the connection between that event and this one.
Kenichi, drawing a smile on his face, not knowing the situation he was in, said proudly: "
“How do I look?"
"You look like Pikachu from Pokemon blue from 1996, but dressed as a Scarecrow, colored like a ghost!" I Said.
He looked at me with a question mark and then tried to observe himself, he saw that he had no hands, he realized that there was a kind of silver, tunic that covered his feet. When he tried to move his arms, it looked as if they were trapped underneath the sack, and the only thing that answered, was the metal bar, it moved as if it were a tail for the direction of the arm that was moving. Although it also happened that if he looked like he wanted to move his arms. The bar moved up and down. If you looked at the metal bar, you could carefully see that it was supported by a black cloud that connected to something under the robe, however if you weren't looking at it specifically it couldn't be seen.
"Aaaaah!" The scream when he saw his new shape, he moved from one side to the other, with his face drawn but more deformed by the panic, he caught it and covered the place where his mouth was drawn, and I said:
"Stop screaming, we don't want to attract zombies from the other floor!"
After he calmed down he said:
"What the hell happened to me?"
"You said the transformation command wrong!" My sister said.
"What is the correct command?"
"Digivolt!"
"And what did I say?"
"Digibolt" said my Sister.
"Really!" He said.
"Yes really!" She said.
"And what is the difference!" He said.
"One is a digital screw and the other is a digital volt," she said.
"What is the difference! "He said.
"The amount of energy and power!" She said.
"Another doubt, why I become a monster and not a humanoid!" He said.
“I'm not sure, but I suppose your humanoid form was the one you had before and when requesting a digital evolution your code decided to transform you into a monster. However, I think that by saying the wrong command, your Omnivaiz took you 20 degrees away from my original code! ” My sister said.
"I understand now. But how I return to normality!" He said.
"You must expend all your energy and transformation points to return to normal!" My sister said.
"That's easy, I goin to transform into my wagon form and take a few turns around the floors to consume my energy and my transformation points!" He said.
"How lucky you are, when I was wrong I had to fight for two hours before returning to normal!" She said.
That time was quite an Odyssey since her Arnold Schwarpig form was heavy and slow. Guess who had have to protect and care for her blind spots. However. Her attacks were much more powerful, causing her to quickly lose energy and transformation points.
"Tranform!" He said, an electric current went through his body began to smoke and suddenly I saw some flames on his body. He hit the ground and started rolling. A robot firefighter emerged from the compartment and quickly with a stream of water turned off Kenishi. The robot ignored us and when it saw that the jute bag stopped making fire and smoke, it returned to its compartment, disappearing.
Kenichi got up from the ground using his iron bar as a cane, I was surprised that he could use the bar so much fluid, I made a scared face and said:
"What happened to you?"
"Apparently this body doesn't support that ability!" He said.
"Why don't look at your abilities, they may have a different color indicating which ones you can use and which ones you can't! However when I become my Arnold Schwarpig version, some skills are disabled but I have the ability to learn new skills faster” My sister said.
He stared into space for a few seconds and said:
"Most of my attack skills are red!"

Recruit - An Infinite Labyrinth prequel
A prequel to The Infinite Labyrinth. The year is 1816. The British Empire is in full swing, under the auspices of King George III. The Infinite Labyrinth has been pouring out its product from beyond our reality and fostered a new industrial revolution. Times are changing, and the people of London are feeling the winds of the revolution while British Professionals push into the Labyrinth. The newly formed Artefact Hunting Company is looking for recruits, and they have new technology to help them. From the slums of London, they aim to recruit a new wave of Professionals. And make Zacharias and the Earl of Carnavon lots of money. So, for Rowan Rivers and a handful of lucky ones, it's time to head into the Labyrinth, and discover what makes it different from England. And what makes THEM different? Recruit is a bunch of chapters I wrote to create to the setting, mood, and game systems of the Infinite Labyrinth. It is NOT a complete story in the classic sense. It's more of a slice of life view of early days of a normal Professional from the Infinite Labyrinth, and it's heavy on info-dump. It's 90% canon - there's probably a bit of a difference between how some characters and common behaviour are portrayed here and how they'll come out in the main story. Set two years before the events that kick-start the main series, it features some of the secondary/peripheral characters of the Infinite Labyrinth and will tell you all about the basic mechanics of the Labyrinth's RPG system. It can be considered a spoiler, as the characters in the Infinite Labyrinth are going to need to figure out all that, on their own. But if you like a much deeper exposition in the mechanics, here it is. The entire prequel is about 80 pages long.

Mobius
Far in the future, humans have thoroughly colonized space through the use of floating colonies and artificially replicating the Earth whenever possible. Most of these endeavors have gone well, with humanity spreading across the universe like the seeds of plants floating in the wind. Yet still there lurks the great mistake, the endless station of Mobius, a megastructure which hasn't ceased its building in over a century. Dante, a man living in this megastructure, is tasked with the recording of stories told by criminals, particularly those who travel between strata. One day, a prisoner is captured claiming to be Captain Pluto, an infamous criminal thought to be fictitious by most scholars. Even more curious, he claims to hail all the way from Stratum 56, a location so far away from Dante's Stratum 999 that it would take lifetimes to traverse such a distance. Dante must discern whether or not the story is false or true, and the longer he lets Captain Pluto speak, the more difficult his task becomes. *****Average chapter length will be 10k words give or take. This isn't a very serious story for me. I'm writing this to blow off steam. Updates will happen infrequently because of this, and it will most likely be unpolished unless I begin to take it more seriously.
