That was not a dream

"Aaaaaah" I scream waking up from a nightmare.

The golden sparks were his divinity that he was sharing with us. I did not know how many people had been contaminated with these sparks, but I supposed that could be all those who were in my city.

The bright sparks when touched me, did not give off any sensation of heat, but some moments of entering my body gave me the sensation of having been bitten by ants, my brain began to send small signals of pain and itching. The itching began to feel in my arm, so I saw that a small black device began to emerge from my wrist as if it were a clock, however by no place could you read the time, on this device, you could only see a golden light blinking.

In my vision appears a status bar that said Updating Proxy X, this left me stunned.

Everyone who see Inferno, recognized the character from Ven X, why this was the most popular of all Ven X transformations, when I was a child, I dreamed of falling into the dimension of Ash Muth the God of another dimension, I wanted to be blessed with the Omnivaiz the most powerful object in that world.

"We can become the creatures of Ven X!" A black guy wearing a jacket of the American football team from the University, said.

"Sixthpus" The black guy said.

A golden light covered him, and they could see his body inside as if they had X-ray vision, his bone structure changed to one of a 4-armed humanoid, becoming stronger and faster, with what they could see as they added a new layer of muscles, his skin was brown and on his face two emerald eyes while two gleamed His college jacket with the transformation ripped off his sleeves, so everyone could see his huge muscles. I was not very amazed, I had read about the new races that were going to be introduced to the World of Retsuken, I recognized that Inferno was a Pyromancer, Sixthpus and Cheetah was an Evosapien.

He saw other people turning in to vampires, other lycanthropes, some on beastmen and some other fantasy monsters.

Since I had a Ra Proxi X, I thought that this was some kind of event, in which we could create a new avatar or improve the one that we already has, so I began to imagine how I could improve my Living Skeleton.

The way I play in other multiplayer games, is like a powerful Lich sorcerer. You don't know what it is, I'll tell you, they are magicians, in order to not disappear from the world, when they were about to die, concentrated their souls in a tiny container or phylactery and then they left there mortal bodies to live forever in a living skeleton. However, not everything is beautiful in that existence, which has many defects and weaknesses.

However, its greatest weakness is fire. For me that is the worst, because the 99% of the times in which it I have been defeated it is with fire. If they manage to set fire to my skeletal body, my defeat is 100% guaranteed.

For a long time, I had searched for a solution and I found the solution to this problem, after watching a few 1000 of anime and movies.

The only walking skeleton that I checked when reviewing these materials was the one from the movie The Terminator 1984 from James Cameron. That skeleton was incredible, and to kill it, the fire was not enough, which is the most important thing for me. With this in mind, I create my new body that is going to be like the one of The Terminator, and I would hide my phylactery inside my hard-electronic head. Please don't tell anyone about this.

The Ra Proxy X was a nanomachine connected to our brains allowing us to see, feel and smell. Allowing us to connect reality with augmented reality.

I think that the process that the others did to transform with the new update, was to imagine the character and Proxy X will make the creation of character directly from my mind, and just by saying the name of my character, it was enough to start the transformation, with what I said:

I try to move, but the first thing I notices, is that I felt isolated from everything around me.

My body was like trying to move in a 50 kg space suit. I know how this feel, because my dream is to become a space pilot. Sixthpus Seeing that the guy was bitten the woman, he at once go into action, with a kick to the zombie ribs, the kick was so strong, that zombie fly out of the balcony from the fourth floor.

"Ping Pump Poom!" The Omnivaiz of the Sixthpus sounded, its transformation was deactivated, returning to his normal body. He looked at the woman, but it was too late, he could not do anything for her anymore. He decided to get away from there, seeing that more people around him were transforming into to zombies, surely because of all the blood Richard had lost during his transformation.

The zombies apparently were slow, Sixthpus was afraid of the zombies that were approaching toward him, so he decided to leave, that place but unintentionally he stepped on to the woman, who was half-eat, with what she wake up with the celestial light, in her mouth and eyes.

The Zombie girl, grab his leg and bite his ankle, tearing a piece.

"Aaaaaaah!" Shout the Sixthpus.

Apparently, the zombie woman was very strong, he gathered all his strengths to try to escape, with a kick on her face. He crushes her head.

He gets up as best he could while dragging his bitten leg, however he only walks a few meters from her, falling into the floor while shouting:

“Aaaaaaaah, help, help, Aaaaaah! " from pain, while he spit out blood, his complexion got paled, his body start to convulse on the floor. He twisted is body and gave jolt, while you could see the suffering on his face, the Omnivaiz that was in his hands shut down and began to meltdown. Sixthpus gets up from the ground, with his pale face y his eyes widened as all traces of humanity left him. Then his eyes and mouth were illuminated with the celestial light.

This event had 300% realism, surely this Update, had an adult mode, and people who became zombies had to play as these monsters throughout the expansion. Or maybe Sixthpus, neither Richard nor his girlfriend were real people. Therefore, they were surely an NPC or Non-Player-Character.

I could only smile when I thought of all the experience points, I was going to get by killing all those zombies.

I went towards the zombies, and I said:

“Show list of spells!"

When I arrived in front of the zombie, I raises my arm over the head the zombie and burst it as were crushing a watermelon with a bat. With what the light blue light disappeared of his eyes, and the body fell to the ground spamming.

Almost at the same time I found some gold coin and golden book with the symbol of a crown in his surface. I saw that from the zombie that I killed, a celestial line of smoke came out from its body, then this smoke entered my body, making me felt stronger. The gold coin I the deposit in my pocket and the book I started to read it, and it said:
