Chapter 151
Arc 15 - Dead Men Rising - Part 4
Azazel, the Angel of Death stood in front of a white haired and red eyed woman, Alice Brown, the Angel Killer.
They stood face-to-face with swords in their hands, and one of them was panting tiredly.
“Why won’t you fall?” the Angel Killer asked.
Azazel, now looking different than a corpse, held his hand on his left chest. His sword was stabbed into the ground and he used that to support himself standing up.
The tall muscular man with grey hair and red eyes coughed blood as he tried to open his mouth and speak.
“B-because--” he coughed blood once more.
“You are a pathetic excuse for an angel.”
The Angel Killer shot herself right at Azazel. In mid-air, she swung her sword with great strength and speed, trying to cut off Azazel’s head.
However!
Azazel mustered strength in his near dying body and picked up his sword.
KLANG!
He held the sword by the grip and central grid with both his hands and stopped the swing of her sword.
“B-b-- ngh. Because there is something... ngh... I must do for myself.”
Alice clicked her tongue.
She moved back.
However, she moved forward once more swiftly.
She slid her leg on the ground, bent her back a little.
The point of the sword dragged behind her, ripping through the solid ground.
“!!”
Azazel noticed her coming at him swiftly, so he tried to move but Alice swung up the sword and slashed his leg vertically.
Her sword entered his right leg from between his legs. She tilted the blade slightly and pushed it upwards. The blade went through his leg and all the way to his shoulder, cutting off a few centimeters from Azazel.
His right side fell to the ground as he grunted in pain while Alice stood behind him, with her back to Azazel.
“Weak,” she sounded disappointed.
But deep down within Azazel, he smiled in a relieved manner.
“I… I am… ngh--”
Azazel swallowed his words and changed the topic.
“Why?”
“Shut up.”
Alice twisted the sword in her hand.
“My master simply wants you to perish. I do not want to hear what you have to say for yourself.”
“Perhaps… But I struggle… aah… To understand what you would let someone walk over you.”
“Shut up!” she ground her teeth.
“Why must you let someone control the way of your life?”
Azazel forced his head to move and he turned it around to get a glance of this [ugly] woman.
“Your feelings are conflicted, but you want the effortless way out… I question; why?”
Alice glanced down as anger roared in her heart.
“Are you punishing yourself?”
“I do not have control over actions.”
“Then FIGHT IT!” Azazel shouted at her with a loud voice, hoping it would reach her and she would change her stance. “THEN FIGHT THAT CONTROLLER OF YOURS.”
“I can’t. It is simple. I have been awakened simply to be controlled until I end this. Your death is inevitable.”
“Please, don’t let yourself fall too far.”
“Thanks… But no thanks.”
She twirled the sword in her hand and swung it backwards, stabbing him in the back of his left chest. The tip of the blade stabbed through the slimy meat and then the bones until it finally reached the heart of Azazel.
“Ah...” his heart was going to be stabbed any moment, he could die, but he could not stop himself from smiling.

The sad life full of suffering he led until now was about to end. And the Ultraverse was soon to see the heroic fall of Azazel, so he did not care about how quickly he died.
“This is...”
“I don’t need saving. I don’t need a saviour. I just want to… kill you.”
Alice’s blade lit up with fire and it destroyed Azazel’s very core.
And on this day, Azazel, the Angel of Death, died… with a smile on his face.
လလလ
It has been five minutes since the dead men started rising and the Ultraverse saw chaos like never before.
Across the multiverse, in every corner, the living cried out in anger while the dead growled mindlessly like angry beasts.

Earth:
In New York, Eddie Hunt - Norse God - widened his eyes as he flew above the city very low.
“What the…? ZOMBIES?!”
He did not understand but at every corner of the city, he could see millions upon millions of these mud-like zombies walking slowly on the ground.
Although he did not know, the planet was swarming with zombies.
What should I do… What should I do… What should I do? Eddie looked from one place to another anxiously.
He had the power to avert many disasters, but this was not something he could do.
Deep down, terrible thoughts lingered within him.
He had the power to save most, but which one would he choose? Does he need to choose who lives and who dies?
Shut up! Just stop those things in front.
He sucked in a breath and clenched his muscles.
Without a thought in his head, he flew down.
Dozens of zombies were coming at small children who were on the street, either with their family or friends.
In a corner of a small street, in front of a small sweets shop, there were five children standing in a circle. Before the zombies clawed their ways out of the underworld, these children were sharing the sweets they had bought from the shop.
Once the zombies started walking towards them, they were scared and took a few steps back, but there were zombies behind them too. So, with pale scared looks on their face, they tried to run in a different direction, but no matter which they ran or looked, there were zombies growling like beasts.
Their jet-black glowing eyes stabbed into the heart of these small people.
Eddie saw them, so he knew who he wanted to save first.
He flew down and unleashed a burst of white-blue lightning at the zombies around the kids. All those zombies fell to the ground.
They were not dead or down for good, and Eddie knew that, so he flew down and picked up the few children. He immediately flew up and placed them on top of the roof to keep them safe.
“Stay here,” Eddie commanded them.
The children yelped in fear, but they listened to him and did as he said.
He smiled warmly, which no one could see, and flew away.
What next…
At every corner, people are scared that the zombies will devour them, or they will be infected too.
Eddie was flying down at random, but he wondered, what can he do in this situation?
The zombies are swarming the whole city without any free space for people to move and the people are scared to their death. They could not move or even breath well.
The police were overwhelmed too.
Eddie was perhaps one of the few people who could move freely in this city.
Although he was flying down as fast as he could, he was unsure of what he wanted to do.
Who was he going to rescue first? Who needed his help first? How can he make sure no one dies today?
Where…
Like usual, he wanted to ask, where is he? but today, he narrowed his eyes and clenched his fist.
What kind of hero would he be if he lets people die?
What kind of hero would he be if he waits for a God to come down from the clouds and do his job for him?
I have never done this before, he suddenly stopped moving and looked up to the sky instead of down at the zombies. With my abilities, I should be able to mess with the electromagnetic field of the planet.
The blue skies above the city turned pitch black.
With enough force, I can supercharge the particles in the air to create an electrical discharge. If I focus on it enough, I should be able to spot the zombies with my extra senses and shoot continuous lightning bolts on them and keep them at bay so others can escape.
Eddie, however, did not have a lot of confidence in his thoughts.
To begin with, he had trouble understanding the basics of electromagnetic field manipulation. Secondly, he was not sure if he could do something on this level and correctly too.
While he stood there, doubting himself, the number of zombies increased even more. Meaning the chances of his success slimmed.
“Ugh, damn it!”
His eyes lit up with white-blue energy as the skies above the city crackled angrily with light.
Supercharge the particles in the air and feel every zombie. Supercharge the particles in the air and feel every zombie. Supercharge the particles in the air and feel every zombie. Just focus on this... Focus... Focus. Focus!
The zombies gave off a unique energy signature that could be felt by almost anyone, be it human or otherwise.
So, Eddie could distinguish between the humans and zombies quite easily now that he supercharged the particles in the air.
Across the whole city, he felt the energy of every zombie.
Got them!
Once he had a lock on them, the skies roared once again and shot down white-blue lightning at the zombies. Billions upon billions of bolts of light came down and fried the zombies.
The humans were avoided by the coming bolts of lightning.
“Great,” Eddie breathed a sigh of relief. “That should keep them busy for a moment...”
He raised his hand to his chin and rubbed it as he thought.
“But what happened? How did this come to be? Why are there zombies?”
Many questions floated in his head, but answers were hard to come by, especially since he called Nazar, but he did not answer him.
“And where is this happening? Just this city or…?”
He wanted to avoid the grim reality and pretend it was just a one city problem.
“Nah, it’s just this city. I mean, come on, just think about it, in every Marvel comic, only New York City is attacked.”
It seemed wrong that he wanted to avoid thinking about the situation, but at the same time, he is not sure if he can expend energy for the whole country, let alone the whole planet.
Anymore and he would be left for the dead.
RING!
His phone rang a few times. He wanted to avoid it for a moment, but after a short while, he clicked his tongue and picked it up.
“What do you want, Violet?”
“- The-there-there-- -”
He could hear the clattering of her teeth in fear through the phone.
“No...”
He widened his eyes.
His breathing became erratic as he froze in his place.
“One-- I--- J--”
He found it hard to think properly or even utter any words.
“- I am… scared. -”
Her broken voice caused him great pain in his heart.
Any sane person would have gone to his home and reassured them, but if he does go, millions of people would be overrun by the zombies and die.
It's millions against three.
Eddie swallowed his saliva as he scratched his chin.
“Wh...”
He should have gone home and taken care of his loved ones, but how could he trade millions for a few?
To most, this would not be a question, but to Eddie, he had a lot of power and as they say; with great power comes great responsibility.
❢◥ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ◆ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ◤❢
Frankfurt, Germany:
Inside a three-floor house in the middle of the city, a short red-haired woman with blue eyes known as Aria Lorre was sitting in her room and thinking.
Recently, she found out about her pregnancy and she has not told many people about it. She told Aeron that she wants to keep the child, but right now, she is wondering if she should keep the child or get an abortion.
Or is it too late for that…?
“AAAAAH!”
While she was sitting and thinking, she heard her mother’s scream from downstairs.
Aria’s body stiffened as she left her chair and ran down as fast as she could.
“Wh-what is it, mom?”
“That… that…” her mother, an old woman in her sixties with black hair which had mostly become grey, was pointing out of the window.
Aria saw that and she swallowed her saliva.
She placed her arms on her mother’s shoulders and tried to speak, but no words would come out.
She was looking at zombies swarming her house. They were trying to claw their ways into the house; however, a barrier was blocking their way.
It’s being forced out…? Then it can only mean one thing.
Aria sucked in breath through her nose and calmed herself.
“It’s okay, mom, we are safe.”
“...”
Her mom, Avis, turned her head around and looked back.
“He kept us safe.”
Avis could not say a word, but Aria understood.
“Your sister’s son, Nazar, he kept us safe.”
“Sister’s son…?”
The old woman tilted her head in a confused manner, as if she were hearing this for the first time.
It wouldn’t be wrong to say she heard it for the first time.
In the last twenty years of her life, she developed a severe case of Alzheimer's. However, at the beginning of May of this year, there was a green energy that healed her condition.
While she had never met Nazar, it would be fine if she did not remember him, but sadly she could not remember her sister either or her mother or most of her life. The condition was healed, but her memories are long gone.
She saw pictures of Nazar on television, but like everyone else, she saw him as nothing but a villain.
Now that she found the truth about him, she covered her mouth with her hand as her eyes welled up.
“That…" with a lot of disgust in her voice, she said, "that thing...”
“We will be fine, mom. He is not a bad person, trust me.”
Aria guided him to the nearest sofa and they both sat near each other.
“We will be fine, mom,” she spoke softly. “Let’s just sit down and talk.”
❢◥ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ◆ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ◤❢
Chias, Chochica Empire:
Inside the castle of the emperor, Ella worked as usual but suddenly, the concrete ground started to break as mud like zombies started to crawl out.
“”
Ella threw away the towel she was holding in her hand and shouted, “”
If the zombies can break through concrete, then it should have no problem to break through doors and the bunker underneath the castle was not safe in the least.
But Ella thought it would prolong it since the zombies were moving slower than normal people, so it would buy them some time.
“”
She started to run through the floor and went upstairs.
“”
With her fierce words echoing through the castle, every maid and chef ran to the top floor after her.
Her son, Ereh, was already up there, so she did not have to worry about him.
Ella took them all to Nazar’s room - or used to be his room. It was the largest and safest room in the castle, protected by magics and technology from beyond.
“”
She closed the door from the outside and placed the key between her breasts in her brazier.
In the large empty hallway, she walked fast. Relaxing her shoulders, she sucked in a long breath.
“” she spoke and the small communications device in her ear transmitted it to the headquarters. “”
“- -”
Ella clicked her tongue.
Perhaps it’s happening all over the city? Or worse, the world?
It was not her job to save the entire world, just this one castle. So, she did not need to worry about that.
Sigh, I suppose I should deal-- No, I should try to deal with this.
With narrowed eyes, she raised her hand and untied her hair, letting her long blonde hair flow without restrictions in the air.
Now that her hands were free, she reached under her skirt and into her thigh high stockings. Behind the dark stockings, she was hiding something in it.
She took out two long smooth stick-like black objects. She held both of them in her hands as she breathed out a long breath.
The tips of the two objects in her hands started to glow with light blue energy.
“”
She tightened her grip on the two black objects and ran forward at full speed.
Moving through the hallways and running down through the stairs, she did not stumble even once or lose her balance at this speed.
Within a few seconds, she reached the throne room.
The zombies were standing in the middle of the throne room and marching slowly forward while growling like beasts.
“” she roared as she jumped into the air.
The zombies were scattered across the whole room, so from this angel, she looked at hundreds of them and analysed them.
The distance between each is about seventy-five centimeters. They are all about one meter and seventy centimeters tall. Judging by the flesh, it does not seem like undead. Anyway, they do not seem to have much weight to them, so this should not be too hard. And their slow speed, almost slower than a child should also be no problem.
She held the two objects in front of her, forming an ‘X’. Now that the two objects were close to one another, it sizzled with electricity.
They do not show any special abilities, but I should be prepared for something like that. Ah, and their hands… Undead don’t usually infect others, but it would be good if I avoid any contact with their skin. No, let’s avoid contact with their flesh all together.
She narrowed her already narrowed eyes and marked her targets.
I will start at the back, hit them from behind and make my forward. If I want to stop them, it shouldn’t take more than five seconds.
She shot herself down at the very end of the throne room.
Her leap had covered over a hundred meters with ease.
Now then...
Landing at the end of the room and still facing the wall, she swung her arms back without any delay and she stabbed the zombie with the back of the black object.
The electricity flowed throughout the zombie’s body and caused them to stumble forward. Or started to stumble forward. Ella did not wait a second for this creature to fall.
She faced the zombies and moved swiftly like a panther, hitting every zombie with the dark object in the back of their heads and all of them fell to the ground.
She was a blur to a normal human, but to these slow zombies, she was invisible. Even if they tried to fight back, they would fail.
Three seconds. Phew.
She stood in front of the throne as she let out a few quick breaths.
This won’t keep them down.
The golden and red throne was in front of her. She stared at it as an image of Nazar floated in her head.
These last three years, they have been depending on him a little too much, so now that he is gone, she was questioned about their means of survival.
Besides Baros and Lian, only a few can take them down-- Wait, where is Baros?
While she was looking away, the zombies slowly started to stand up again.
Hearing their wailing behind her, Ella rolled her eyes as she let out a sigh.
I need to be careful with my magical discharge. If I expend too much, I could fall unconscious or worse! Die.
She couldn’t let that happen, even if the monarch asked for her to sacrifice herself.
Afterall, she values the life of her child and husband more than anyone else.
“”
“”
Her body jerked as she suddenly heard a normal voice.
She forced her head to follow the trail of the sound.
Just in front of the stairs of the throne, a green-eyed man with silver hair stood.
“”
The muscular man before her, Rager, smiled.
“”
“”
She heaved a heavy sigh, with hints of relief.
“”
She walked down from the throne and stood next to Rager.
“”
“”
She glanced at him from a corner of her eyes before scoffing.
“”
“”
“” she gave up with a groan.
“” he shrugged with a proud smile on his face.
“”
“”
Both of them chuckled at once.
They glanced at one another and nodded.
“”
With a soft smile on her face, she shook her head and shot forward.
Rager recited a spell in his heart, the world listened to him and it changed. The solid concrete of the throne room turned into mud and interfered with the zombies’ movement.
“” Ella said aloud as she stabbed the zombies with the black objects in her hands.
Rager did as she said and moved back.
“”
However, he was not sure how long it would hold them.
“”
Ella quickly plowed through the zombies and made them fall to the ground.
She quickly retreated and gestured to Rager with her eyes.
He nodded in return and activated his elemental magic.
The mud wobbled up and swallowed the zombies. Once they were beneath ground, hard concrete was formed above it, even harder than before, and incapacitated them.
“”
He sniffled painfully for a moment as he added lava to the mix.
“”
“”
The two of them stood near the throne, keeping the zombies in one place.
❢◥ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ◆ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ ◤❢
Xiem, Vanaha Empire:
On the planet of the green people, their emperor, Kiet, cursed under his breath. First the dead god and now these zombies, he hated how frequent this empire was being attacked recently.
“”
The God of Vanaha Empire attacked this planet merely a few days ago and they all nearly died. Kiet decided he would develop new weapons and shields, but sadly for him, he did not have a lot of time to prepare for something like this.
“” in front of him, dozens of screens floated which showed him various parts of this planet. “”
He quickly operated through the screens.
“”
His voice echoed in the ears of his soldiers across the stars.
The Vanaha Empire is the largest empire in this quadrant of the universe. One man controls the thousands upon thousands of star systems across the galaxies.
While these planets have their own centralised ruler, they all listen to Kiet. His control over other planets is a lot more active in comparison to an empire like the Chochica Empire. So, these soldiers and generals could not hear anything but his voice at the moment.
“”
With dimensional shields up, teleportation to this planet will be blocked, however, it is not as perfect as Outox Empire’s defense.
“”
The soldiers who heard that froze in their place while they gulped.
Every soldier in every corner of the Vanaha Empire knew exactly what this weapon could do, so they glanced at each other, hoping they misheard.
“” Kiet’s angry voice left his mouth. “”
“- -”
Before someone could voice their opinion, Keit gritted his teeth and shouted, “”
The person on the other end of the line - a high ranking general of the empire - yelped.
“- -”
Project: Pulse Ray is one of the greatest weapons this empire has ever created. It’s a doomsday device that was only kept for the worst emergency possible. Activating this could end badly for everyone involved and everyone knew that.
While he could not see them, he knew that the generals in charge of this device were hesitating to do what he asked of them.
He knew why they were hesitant, after all, this device has never been tested on this scale before.
“” he consoled them in a calm tone. “”
He narrowed his large eyes.
“”
“- -”
A general’s stern voice came into his ear.
Angry, Kiet clicked his fingers and a hologram of a large general in a black metallic armour.
“" Kiet ground his teeth in anger. “”
“- -”
“”
“- -”
“” Kiet clapped his hands. “”
“- -”
“”
“- -”
“”
“- -”
“” Kiet let out a heavy sigh. “”
They did not need to ask for the reason, it was simple. Time related weapons would damage the already weakened timestream further.
“- -”
“”
He clicked his tongue.
“”
The general gulped and nodded, “- -”
The hologram of the general vanished, leaving Kiet alone with the screens.
He monitored the situation through the stars, seeing if anything changed, but the number of zombies was increasing every second.
“”
An image of his father - smiling thinly - flashed through his mind.
His father was the most powerful Vanahan who ever lived, he was also the greatest emperor of this empire, conquering star systems after star systems, so filling the shoes left by his father was a challenging task.
While he didn’t care about the legacy left by his father, the others around him did not feel the same. They always remind him of what he should be and how great his father was.
It angers him.
But now, for once, he wished for one thing.
“”
“”
“”
Hearing a familiar voice, the screens vanished from around him.
With his view as clear as the day, Kiet gulped.
In front of him stood a tall green man radiating white light. From the white veil, two flaring red eyes glowed.
“”
“”
At a loss for words, Kiet stared at this man.
No matter how he looked at it, it did not make sense.
Zombie?
Kiet shook his head.
“
“”
The man snapped his fingers and took control of Kiet’s communication device.
“”
He sounded cheerful, but every soldier could feel the malice in his words.
“”
His eyes flashed brightly and dozens upon dozens of soldiers and generals across the stars fell to their knees, holding their necks in their hands, trying to breath.
“” he shook his head as he continued to click his tongue over and over again. “”
Death doesn’t exist and Iket knew that, but that did not stop him from punishing them.
They would struggle to breathe for as long as this deathless world continues to exist.
Iket giggled evilly.
“”
His words were casual compared to Kiet, but it carried more force than his.
Kiet swallowed his saliva with wide eyes.
He stood still in one place, not knowing what to do or what happened.
Iket saw that and chuckled.
“”
Not even ten seconds had passed since Iket ordered the generals to activate Project: Pulse Ray, but the project was up and running.
A ripple was sent through the Vanaha space. At every corner of the empire, everyone felt something for a split second. They all felt it but did not have time to worry about it or question what it was.
Not because they knew what it was, but because they could not think.
“” Iket clapped his hands happily.
At every corner of the Vanaha Empire, people stopped thinking as their minds entered a shutdown mode. They stopped moving as an electrical pulse numbed every atom in their body. The particles in the air were hardened to create barriers around everyone and everything stopped moving at once.
Everyone and everything had stopped moving, except for the father and the son.
“”
Unlike Iket, Kiet was horrified at the sight of his father and his expression.
“”

Dualar, Duluria Empire space:
On the throne world of the grey spikey aliens, zombies rose from the ground too. It tore through the ground of their beautiful world, making their way to the surface of the planet.
A grey-skinned tall and thin man with spikes coming out of his upper shoulders and arms, covered in white robes with golden lines, leaned forward on his throne as he asked in a beastly voice, “”
With his jet-black eyes which had no sclera, he glanced around, waiting for an answer.
“”
“” spoke another man with similar physical features, but wore a green military attire that covered his whole body.
“”
“”
The general looked very worried as he tried to make sense of what Hial said. He hoped he heard it wrong because his words could only mean one thing; the king wants to leave his people to die?
“”
The Duluria Empire has the largest military fleet in the universe and their weapons rank highly in the universe. So, the general wondered, does the king really want to evacuate these soldiers only? With the weapons they have, they can annihilate most of the zombies once and for all, so why not attack immediately?
“”
The general’s question was instantly answered.
“”
From the corner of his eye, he noticed a familiar person at the dark corner of the throne room.
“”
His eyes widened as he realised something.
So, it's not a zombie infection, but more like the dead has been risen?
“” he spoke to the soldiers in the throne room in a stern voice. “”
“”
He raised his three fingered hand, gesturing to him to stop talking.
“”
They did not understand but nodded their heads and ran outside.
Once he was alone, Hial looked to the dark corner of the room and said, “”
Something came out of the dark corner of the room and Hial exhaled loudly.
The man that came out from the dark corner was a skeleton with small bits of flesh, but he knew who it was.
“” a thin smile spread on the crusty face of this king. “”
“Gwarr!”
The zombie, holding his hands forward, walked slowly.
Unlike other zombies, it looked as if it retained bits of its intelligence.
“”
The zombie could not form words, so it shot right at Hial.
Hial tried to move, but the man was too fast, so he fell prey to his attack.
“”
The zombie flew with Hial through many buildings and in an abbreviated time, they left the planet for the dark space.

Outox Empire:
Weq, the elf with intelligence that surpasses most, was sitting in his study as he analysed the universe.
Just a few moments ago, the dead across the universe rose, but this planet was unaffected.
When someone dies on this planet, they are set to their original planet for burial, and even if they were born here, they take them to a nearby empty planet.
“”
He got up from his chair and clapped his hands once.
The room turned into a giant hologram, which he could control with his hands.
“”
When the energy spread across the multiverse, the sensors of this planet managed to keep a hold of a small amount of this dark energy.
So right now, he was analysing that fragment of the dark energy
“”
Beings from lower planes of existence cannot comprehend energies from higher planes, no matter how strong and well developed their technology and power is.
But Weq did his best to analyse this fragment of energy.
“”
Every conclusion Weq drew in his mind ended with failure. None of the conclusions he arrived at did not make sense.
“”
He moved his hands and hit a few keys on the hologram.
It gave him access to the security cameras of all empires in this quadrant. Usually, this would have incited a war, but desperate times calls for desperate measures.
“”
- -
“”
The number of cameras he had access to was over a billion and no living being can see them all at once, so he called for his artificial intelligence.
- -
The artificial intelligence, Nin, quickly monitored billions of cameras across the stars. Within a few seconds, a few of these views enlarged in front of Weq and he watched them closely.
“”
- -
“”

“”

“”
He sat back down, while letting out a long weary sigh.

Faraway dimension:
Alice Brown, the Angel killer stood in this dimension and stared at the ground with empty eyes.
In the new timeline, Nazar made her forget herself and the old world, he wanted to give her a chance at normal life. After all, this wicked life of hers returns when she finally dies from her mortal life.
Yet X and his companion, the Queen, made her remember that life and controlled her.
But after Azazel was killed, it seems their control had wavered, and she was free once again.
When she remembered her true self weeks ago, she had made a deal with them. The deal was that she would kill Azazel for them, and she should be left free forever, away from the angels and the demons and the gods. And it seems they held onto their end of the bargain… so far.
“Haa...” she let out a long sigh.
The fire vanished from the sword as she loosened her grip on it.
“What now?”
Azazel’s death also sent images of his death to the angels and the Gods, so it means that she won’t be so safe in this dimension or this multiverse.
If she wanted to survive, she had to go to one place where the angels won’t look for her.
“Hopefully.”
And so, slashed the air in front of her lazily, opening a door to a dark place.
“Sorry, Nazar,” she said as she stepped into the portal and left this dimension behind.

A Nerd's Wet Dream Come True (Tossing an OC into Marvel) V2.
Andrew William. A perfectly average boring name for a perfectly average and boring boy. He wasn't particularly smart nor gifted. Not in academics nor in sports. He wasn't even as good as the other losers and "nerds" in his school. He could not remember the expansive lore of Star Wars, he could not recite the dialogue of Startek nor pull off any cool one-liners and quotes, and he couldn't beat the final level in most games without resorting to cheating or mods. All he had was half-assed knowledge of pop culture and comics, but the one thing he was good at, his one and only pride and calling in life? Making Youtube videos. No, it wasn't sad! He was actually quite popular, honest! He made videos of adventure and nature, although it was mostly of the creepy variety. Abandoned hospitals, old mines, long tunnels, and undiscovered caverns. And as ironic as it was predictable, it would, of course, turn out to be the reason that he died. Well, at least he could take comfort in dying doing what he loved, not many people these days could say the same, you know? The concept comforted him at least, but it turns out death is not always as permanent as people liked to think, because Andrew somehow found himself in New York City of all places after falling to his certain death in the Devil's hole, Death Valley Nevada., only thing was it certainly wasn't the New York that he knew of. The Fantastic Four? Stark Industry? Captain America's biography? Oh boy, and did he mention he's no longer human? His Asian friends had introduced him to the wonders of Isekai novels and mangas, but isn't the order a little messed up? Where's his meeting with the sexy and nice Goddess? Where was his intro or tutorial?? Explanation plz I'm a noob at cross-dimensional travel! Help? Setting? Menu? Status? May I please get to pick my own cheat power? No? I'm stuck as a virus? Well, At least the Prototype Virus was pretty darn cool and OP. Just not as op as being able to casually break the sound barrier in my sneakers or bench pressing the earth, but I'll just have to make do. Please don't be some fucked up Marvel continuity where Nazis and Hydra won or some shit. Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore
8 321From Fake Dreams
The Magus Killer was dying. He had done all he could to be a Hero and save as many people as he could. He killed his father to do it. He killed his adopted mother to do it. He killed his wife in the hopes to put an end to the need to do it ever again. He failed in rescuing his daughter as a result of his efforts. All he had left was a cursed and failing body, a sizable yet antiquated home in Fuyuki Japan, and his adoptive amnisiac son whose life he had destroyed in the first place. And then the dreams came. Dreams of War, Fire, Curses, unborn Gods, Heroes, and Monsters. Dreams of unresolved conflicts, promises, dreams, and tasks. Dreams with his nearly clueless son in the middle of it all. The Magus Killer was dying. But he could still prepare for what was to come. And fortunately, that was something he was still terrifyingly exceptional at. Currently at chapter 60 on FF.net

The world is in a state of turmoil and upheaval. The religious fanatics hailing from the desert city-state of Kenan have completed a war of conquest against their neighbors, the ancient kingdom of Forelia. The Forelian capital has been razed to the ground and looted, its people sold into slavery. Gideon is a skilled warrior fighting for the Singing Blades, a mercenary warband led by Gideon's father, who have been contracted by the Kenanite king to fight on his behalf. When the Singing Blades are annihilated on a patrol, Gideon is cast adrift to find new purpose in a world bereft of justice. But fate has taken notice of Gideon. He is destined to meet and train the woman who will restore balance to the world, at the point of a sword. Cold steel will shed gallons of red blood in this novel about bravery and the cost of heroism. Please leave comments or reviews with criticism! I'm posting this explicitly for that purpose, so anything you have to say is very welcome. Updates every Thursday. Maybe. Depends on if I think the chapter is ready.
