Chapter 5 - Sins - Part 1

Chias, Chochica Empire - Monday, 10th of May 2021:

In the span of the last seven days, nothing has happened.

Nazar has been sitting next to Emma’s bed, waiting for her to wake up.

She was fine now. Darkness had removed the other consciousness from within her and also the demon’s energies.

She was in perfect health.

But she still hasn’t woken up.

So, Nazar was sitting in this exact spot waiting for her to wake up. He felt guilty that his sister got dragged into his affairs.

As he was sitting down and waiting for her to wake up, someone materialised from the thin air.

“Nazar...”

He turned around and saw a tall and busty woman (?) before him. She was muscular yet feminine.

She was about 1.75 meters tall.

She had long red hair that reached her waist and the hair was tied back.

Her big blue eyes looked very lifeless. The way she blinked also didn't seem natural at all.

But despite looking lifeless, she had a very busty figure. Her chest, butt and thighs were very big. She had a thin waist.

In Nazar’s own words when he first created her; “I want those big boobs, big ass and those thick thighs of yours to sandwich me all at once and kill me. That’s the only acceptable way for me to die.”

Currently, she was wearing skin-tight black body armour. These clothes of her outlined her perfect body shape.

Once Nazar saw her, he relaxed his posture.

“What is it, Solace?”

She was Solace. She was Nazar’s very first creation. Artificial Intelligence.

Nazar gave her a body. It is not a human’s body but that skin resembles a human in many ways.

She is a machine through and through but skin feels and looks like a human’s skin.

Nazar originally created her in the other timeline and he wanted to base her off an anime character but made some changes along the way.

And so, a few years ago in this timeline, he recreated her again and gave her the same features.

“There is a situation.”

Despite being an AI, Nazar sees her just like any other human and even refers to her as ‘she’ and ‘her’.

“Oh?”

Nazar’s relaxed posture changed.

He started to look worried.

He is one of the most powerful beings, so he doesn’t deal with small-time situations by himself. Those situations are dealt with Lian or Baros or the military.

So, if Solace came to him, then it means that its something very serious.

“Something big is happening...”

A few hundred miles from here, inside a hospital, something was happening.

This hospital is a military hospital and it's one of the largest hospitals on this planet.

It was created as a hospital for the military but in the last few years, it has been turned into a public hospital.

But it is still called Military Hospital.

It is one of the largest properties in this city.

Its radius is about 3 miles. It has just one two storey building that spans for around 2 miles. The rest 1 mile is a free space where the patients can spend their days to look at flowers and trees. It also has other facilities too.

In this free space, there is also a heliport.

Usually, this free space is filled with patients and kids having fun or just taking in the fresh air, but today is different.

No one can be seen in this space except for a few soldiers who are trying to enter the hospital secretly.

They are wearing light black armour that enhances their speed and strength slightly.

The armour covers their whole body, including their eyes.

They do, however, have screens in their masks which shows them exactly what's going on outside and more.

And right now, they are feeling an immense magical power from this place, which is why they got here in the first place.

It all started last night…

It was very late at night, a hospital was still open - even to the public.

The lights were either off or very dim - it depended on the location.

At the reception area, which was right next to the entrance, there were two young nurses sitting down and chatting.

They were on a break and since it was very late, there were not many people coming in, so the waiting seats were empty, and they were sitting there.

They were talking when seven people entered the hospital.

This was, of course, normal.

But there was something abnormal about them.

Their heads were dangling down.

One of them was very overweight, which is normal but there was something wrong with him. His head was dangling down and saliva was coming out of his mouth, just like the rest of them.

The other was wearing just underwear and he was the same.

However, the rest had a long robe around them and it covered their whole body so they couldn't be seen properly.

Once they entered the hospital, they all stopped moving at once.

They were standing in a perfect line.

The nurses exchanged confused glances.

All seven of them said one word of the sentence.

And as they did, they all raised their heads.

A thin smile appeared on their face.

The nurses started to get worried.

Their bodies tensed up.

But before they could do something, all the lights in the hospital vanished.

It was pitch black.

One of them trailed off because the lights returned once more.

She stood up and tried to move closer to where the reception desk was.

However, before she could do that, something happened.

She felt hungry all of a sudden. She has never felt this much hunger before.

She saw everything as food. People or objects. Everything looked very delicious to her.

So, she looked at her co-worker.

“”

She brought her mouth closer to the other nurse’s ear and bit it off.

She cried out in pain.

“”

She kept repeating the same word as she took a bite of her ear and started chewing it.

She tasted the blood.

She knew what she was doing.

But she couldn’t stop herself.

They all spoke one word of the sentence.

However, since one of them didn’t have a word to say, they restarted the sentence. And it went around once more.

The nurse continued to bite the other nurse’s ear and then other body parts.

In one hour, every patient and doctor was taken out of their rooms and were brought out into the hallways. The seven people didn’t move. They all came out as if they were being controlled.

And as soon as they entered the hallway, they felt something change within them.

Lust. Gluttony. Greed. Sloth. Wrath. Envy. And pride.

All of them felt one of these things.

Those who were affected by lust started to sexually attack any in their way.

Those who were affected by gluttony ate everything they saw. And since some of them were not edible, they started to hurt themselves.

Those who were affected by greed took everything in front of them. Whether it was food, equipment or even people - if they could that is. And since more and more people felt these, they also tried to take stuff. Thus it leads to a fight between them.

Those who were affected by sloth didn’t care about anything around them. They could help but didn’t bother.

Those who were affected by wrath started attacking everyone in their way. The anger within them was controlling their actions. They didn’t kill anyone but a lot of people here were seriously injured.

Those who were affected by envy, they started to feel jealous of others. They felt jealous of some of them who had food or equipment. So, to get what they wanted, they attacked anyone who had something they didn’t.

Those who were affected by pride, they felt themselves above the rest. They didn’t care about those hurt or those in need. They just felt themselves above the others and did not fight the pity fight.

However, not everything was going their way. The seven people mixed other sins with it too.

After an hour, everyone was affected by all of the seven sins.

The blood bath continued for hours and no one was left without committing a sin.

By the morning, almost everyone was at death’s door.

And the seven of them were still standing in the exact spot.

They kept repeating some sentences over and over.

They kept repeating the sentence, but there was no one to hear them now.

They were all lying down in pain.

Some of them were even unconscious.

But these seven people didn’t care.

They kept repeating the same sentence.

But suddenly stopped and exchanged glances and nodded.

They said it all together in unison.

Right now, this has been going on for more than 12 hours.

And all contact with the hospital has been lost.

So, in order to see what’s wrong with it, they sent a recon team.

Of course, this shouldn’t be a big issue but they also felt a massive increase in magical energies.

So, the soldiers were here to find out what's going on.

As soon as they arrived at the hospital, the seven people noticed them.

They finally moved.

They turned around and left through the entrance door.

As they walked out in a synchronised fashion, the soldiers saw them and were confused.

The soldiers could feel their magical energies increasing, thanks to the help of the armour.

The other soldiers started to feel confused.

One of them turned around and jumped on their colleague.

They took off their mask and tried to bite the other soldier.

However, before they could react, something changed within them too.

They started attacking one another.

They said each word again.

And they continued to repeat it over and over again.

As they were repeating that, from their bodies, a massive burst of energy flew out.

They said these words again.

And then the chaos was not just in the hospital, but it was being spread all over.

Slowly and slowly, more and more people were being affected by it.

It was afternoon now and the chaos was spreading.

The chaos was being spread all over the cities.

In every direction, people were losing their minds and committing one of these sins.

And the power of these seven people kept on increasing.

In a faraway planet, someone was watching this with a smile on their face.

“Now then, let’s see how you save them, Mr God?”

Michael smiled thinly as he watched the chaos.

“Your sister will be involved in this too. She will wake up soon and give into the madness too.”

He was alone but he was talking out loud.

“Let’s see you suffer a little more.”

He let out a burst of psychotic laughter.

He was looking at this chaos via a mirror.

It's a magical mirror that shows you whatever you want.

However, it requires a lot of magical power.

But it’s Michael we are talking about. He has more power than people give him credit.

“After you exiled me, you also took away my power.”

Maybe he doesn’t have that much power but it's still a lot.

“You made me weak. Pathetic. I suffered greatly.”

He clenched his fist.

“You humiliated me. You ruined my reputation. So, now...”

He narrowed his eyes.

“Let me see you suffer. Let me see you get humiliated. Let me ruin your reputation.”

A thin smile appeared on his face.

“Your people won’t look at you the same. They won’t feel safe anymore under your wings.”

He looked like he was having a lot of fun.

“Your sister won’t look at you the same either. She knows your secret. She will hate you. She will fear you.”

His face was reeking of excitement.

“I want to see your life fall apart. Haha.”

He continued to laugh like a maniac.
