Bio: Born Poland 1989 November 17. Raised in a rural area Terra led a very athletic life from the moment he could walk. From exploring paddocks and woodland to taking part in local sporting events he was a machine of a child pushing himself to his limit for as long as he could remember. At the age of 12 he received his first rifle, a slug gun for shooting cans.
Practicing every day after going for long sprints keeping himself in excellent shape he found speed shooting to be calling in life. At 16 he was already competing in winter biathlons mastering his shooting while exhausted. By 18 Terra immediately signed up with the army looking for greater challenges.
The rigors of training proved to be no hurdle though the discipline of the role had him on the ropes. Used to being the best without peer he found he clashed regularly with ranking officers demanding his absolute obedience. Few occasions saw actual reprimanding action though it saw him listed and marked for any serious incidents.
This notice became an advantage however when higher ups witnessed his battlecraft and combat ability during exercises. Impressed with his performance he was transferred to the Jednostka Wojskowa Komandosów for specialized training and evaluation. Pushing through he found himself enlisted into the unit at 20 years old.
Serving alongside his fellow soldiers he found himself known on a first name basis by most soldiers in the battlegroup by excelling on the field and the friction he caused with higher ups. A model soldier in the field but internal politics held him back with his elite attitude. He aspired for leaders that led by example and found few that fit his criteria causing backlash as he called out those he thought to be cowards.

It was surprising that Terra held his position for as long as he did without being discharged due to his poor conduct off the battlefield but again this saw him selected for another specialist role. Commanders of the JWK caught wind of a secretive organisation looking for exceptional soldiers to defend the world from what was considered paranormal threats. Seeing this as an excellent way to wash their hands of the disruptive soldier Terra was transferred to task force shadowfall at the age of 22.
Being one of the few who joined the unit already with commando training the course was condensed simply to bring him up to speed so he would be capable of fighting the horrors he’d be set up against. Cocky and arrogant he blew through the folders of horrors he would potentially face noting their capabilities but otherwise proceeding unphased. Concerned as to whether he was taking the threat seriously Terra was deployed as apart of a milk run so to speak in collecting a dead drop in the zone.
Deploying with two veterans insertion went exactly as planned. Repelling down into the grass around the outskirts of the zone in the dead of night the two veterans kept a close eye on his actions as they proceeded towards the dead drop. Keeping up with the other two and in tight formation they acquired the dead drop within the hour and set out for extraction.
Returning the group found themselves stalked by a group of abyss jaegers. Prepared to fend them off themselves the veterans found themselves surprised by Terra’s resolve and cohesion during the fight. Even while being ensnared he remained calm and efficient escaping using a by the book method without assistance. Returning to base shortly after any thought of him being a disobedient loose cannon was dispelled earning the trust of his comrades and peers.

Even though he completed a successful operation alongside his comrades he still conflicted with officers. To resolve the matter the commander of the task force at the time, Chairman, took Terra out as a trainee on an operation.
Deployed alongside the elite of the elite and the commander herself in a combat operation Terra developed an absolute respect for the task force and its command. Failing to keep up with the group he found himself under strict discipline and intense training regimes that he followed piously. Within the unit he found leaders worth following.
Over the year he proved himself as a candidate for the reinforcement squad for rotation in the zone for standard duties. Psyched to prove himself to the unit he studied the horrors once more to make sure he was ready for what he was about to face. In his mind only death would stop him serving his new commanders and was convinced he would pass the test of facing the abyss like any other he’d been presented before.

RED
Valley City. Up until around twenty years ago, it had been a nowhere place. Just a bunch of towns with no real reputation. Now, though, it's known for its progression in medical science. The Medical Technologies Company. It seemed to suddenly appear out of nowhere in the middle of what's now called City Center. Once just a manufacturer and developer of medical equipment, it eventually started to dabble in medical research. Before anyone even knew it, they were the leading research entities, with five seperate buildings in Valley City alone, all towering above everything else in the area. Some say they even swayed the local government into combining the old towns into one city and popularized prosthetic limbs as fashion themselves, but that's just gossip. Matthew Vega. A 25-year-old college dropout, tricked by MediTech into being experimented on under the pretense of participating in a clinical trial for rent money. After being broken out of their facility nearly a year after having her limbs replaced, then having her liberator captured, she seeks a way to dismantle the company or save the one she cares about. NOTE: Currently I am working on a rewrite. I will post a new chapter once that is ready, listed as V2CH-001. I hope you look forward to it.
