《Great War of Cheater! Another World Strategic Warfare》Chapter 7 - Don't Dare You Touch Her

“Hey, Ossan! Why you didn’t want to teach me even a little bit about your sword technique?”
“Because your reason is not good!”
If this condition goes on, I’ll really die if I meet another candidate right now!
Its already 1 hour I’m stay in Bard-Ossan’s house. Its not like I can’t self practicing about the sword technique by myself. In truth, I already remember some of the basic after I trying to remember some of the movie I watched in my past life. yet, even I secretly trying to swing my wooden sword, that I brought from Lilina-Nee’s storage room, 200 times every morning, I still didn’t get the right feeling about it. It feels like something is wrong.
Aside from it, from the information I got… Bard-Ossan is one of the “8 Sword Guardian” that specialized in sword magic style. It means he is one of the strongest people who wield a sword technique in this world. That’s why I really want him to teach me everything about sword.
But every time I give my honest reason to him, he always reject me. What should I say? It seems like he didn’t really like everything about coliseum.
“But… are you sure, you didn’t walk home Orfa-Chan to the orphanage?”
“Don’t worry, even she looks like a really, really cute hamster… Orfa-Chan is strong. She is currently already use an intermediate spell in dark magic type.”
“Hee~ so, what about yourself? Everyday you force me to teach you about my sword technique… it really make me chill down my spine every time you tailed me like a stalker.”
“What are you saying, right now?! Of course I won’t give up until you agree to teach me about your sword technique.”
“But, are you aware about the condition in that orphanage after you turn 8 years old?”
“You mean about the condition to leave the orphanage after I’m turning 8 years old, right? Of course I’m aware about that, after all I’m not like the other average child you know!”
Yes, in this Dynami Country, there is a certain condition that the Orphanage must agreed on. There are three condition in total.
First, every orphanage must teach every child who already turn 3 years old to something like magic. Of course, I learn it too. I finish my elementary Class magic study in no time. However, I hide all my element except fire and wind. Because when I found about the fact that my tribe didn’t have any strong affinity toward magic, I realize that I mustn’t stand out too much. In fact, its my blunder to use two attribute in the same time without any concern in the first day we all learn about magic. After all, if by any chance another candidate heard about it, it’ll turn troublesome.

Second, every child must leave orphanage after they turn 8 years old. Because in this country, every child that already turn 8 years old already consider as a teen and not a child anymore. So, after we turn 8 years old we must trying to living independently. It means, if we already has a job, we can automatically have a place to stay but if we don’t have any, it means we must live in the slum. Luckily, Orfa-chan already got her job in a restaurant where Lilina-Nee asking her to help her friend… and it seems the owner really like how Orfa-Chan do her job in there. Even her personality looks like that, she is really diligent while it turn to work.
Third, every child that already turn 8 years old, will not got any financial support from the Dynami Govern anymore. This condition certainly will burden the orphanage so I’m already aware about it and I didn’t want to be a burden to the orphanage. What should I say… even if you reincarnated into a whole new world, it didn’t mean you can already make whatever you remember in your past life. It didn’t as easy as you think. The technology is different. Social life, tradition, and mindset is different too. So, if you trying to make something so modernly, it’ll just backfire at you in the end. I said that because… if you stupid enough to make something really looks alike as our technology in our past life, it means your identity will be found out in no time by the other candidate. But, if my opinion hit the bulls eye , maybe some stupid candidate already dig his own grave in their new life right now.
That’s the three condition that force us, Orphanage child must leave our home to go to the outside world.
Of course if you ask me what should I do after that, I’ll answer that I’ll leave in slum in the meantime. I’ll reach a [Red] bracelet and go on my journey to the outside world.
After all, I must search my pawn before the war break in 7 years later. But, currently I really feel alive. Because I have something to struggle on. Not just an easy money that I can get just because my status as a heir of great company in my past life.

“What are you saying? For me you still a child… more preciously a little bastard. Gahaha~”
“Hey! Don’t make fun of me, I’m really serious right now!”
“Then I’ll ask you, are you already got a job? Your birthday is next month, right? If you really want to start your journey, you can just be an adventurer you know”
“But its too long to get a [Silver] tag, the shortest way lay in the coliseum! In there, I only have to get 15 win streak to raise up from [White] Bracelet to [Red] one in one try!”
“So, do you want to leave Orfa-Chan alone in here? In this restrict continent by herself?”
“But, Orfa-Chan can leave by herself you know, I mean she can already use dark magic until intermediate class in her age, and if my guess is right… Orfa-Chan have 4 attribute that she can use beside dark magic”
“But there is another reason you must concern….”
“Another… reason?”
Its not like I don’t know about it, I just didn’t want to admit it.
“The reason is—”
Before Bard-Ossan finish his word, suddenly someone open the door strongly until make a “Bam” like sound. It seems a very urgent matter.
“What’s wrong, Lilina-san?”
“Lilina-Nee?”
Its Lilina-Nee who interrupt Bard-Ossan word after he open the door strongly. From what I can see, Lilina-Nee run from the orphanage to this house as fast as possible. Her sweat make her blue dress drenched. Her beautiful black hair messed up because of that. And she still trying to catch her breath before she state about the urgent matter she bring to us.
“Is… Orfa-Chan come… here once… again?”
“Nope, Orfa-Chan already back to the Orphanage a while ago”
“!”
Once again? What the meaning of this? Is it Orfa-Chan already arrived at the orphanage and trying to come here again?
“Lilina-Nee, is Orfa-Chan already arrived at the orphanage before Lilina-Nee immediately come to this house?”
“Eh… Ah! She… already arrived, but… ha~… hu~… when I ask her to buy some vegetables and bread in the market district around 30 minutes after she arrived at the orphanage, she isn’t come back after that errand. When I ask around the market district, it seems she already finish her errand a few hours ago.”
After I heard about the condition, I realize that I already in here for 5 hours. It means Orfa-Chan still not come back to the orphanage around 3 hours after she finished her errand. From where I see it, its too strange if Orfa-Chan suddenly go somewhere when she still have an errand. Its not like what her always to do and if I think about the time from the orphanage to the market district is only about 20 minutes. So, its strange if Orfa-Chan still not come back to the orphanage.
It seems, suspicious.
Even in this restrict continent which hold dear to the bond of family, there is still some of underground organization who trying to abduct us a child, so they can sold us as a slave in the outside of the restrict continent.
Before I realize it, I grind my teeth and dash out as fast as possible from the house leaving Bard-Ossan behind and straightly go to the slum direction.
You bunch of shit head, don’t you dare to touch her even a single of her hair! Without fail, I’ll Massacre all of you!
The reason I take the slum direction is pretty simple—
[Funtasia Board]
It seems I got the bulls eye!
—its because I already found where Orfa-Chan’s location right now.

Natural Alchemist
Will is poor. This is a fact he does not like about himself. Even back at his home village he was considered poor, but poor in the big city means something completely different than poor in a small village... It means ten hour days of hard manual labor with barely enough money to survive, and poor living conditions. He's sick of it, and desperate for change. Perhaps that was what made him decide to spend such a large portion of his savings on a mysterious potion from that beggar... That, and it seemed so special when he held it. But ever since that day, he's been having the strangest dreams... And the work is really starting to take a toll on his body... Author's Note: I wasn't sure which mature content warnings I should put on this novel, as I'm pretty much pantsing the story. I'm putting them there mostly as a percaution, but also to not limit myself as to where the story can go. This is my first time writing and publishing anything substantial. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
