You open your eye but you see nothing but darkness. Suddenly you hear 01110010 01100101 01101101 00111100 01100101 01101101 01100010 01100101 01000000 01110010 00100000. But you are unable to understand it. You see a huge wave of light coming toward you.

You wake up in a machine. You don't understand what is going on. But you remember getting infected and then getting shot in the dead after that your memory goes blank.

In front of you see five men in a hazard suit doing something with the machine. The metal door opens with loud sounds. One man approaches you and says "so you made it" You remember that face he is the man who shot you when you got infected.

He helps you up. But you are not feeling well and almost collapse. Your vision goes blurry and you hear 01110011 01100001 00100100 01110110 00100001 01100101 00100000 01000000 00100011 00100101 00100000 01110100 00100011 00100101 00100101 01101000 01100101 00100011 01101101.

The man in hazard suit asks you if you are feeling alright. You tell him that you are fine. Your mind is full of questions but before you got a chance you say anything. The man ask you about how you got here? You tell him that you don't remember anything after getting shot in the head.

The man apologizes for this but you tell him he might the right choice. You ask him about your location he tells you they found this bunker about 6 miles (9.66 km) away from the lab. You look up and see an object flying near to the bunker roof. The object gives you an electric shock right in the brain and disappear. You hear a voice in your head saying "Sending data in binary. Decoding required" After that it goes on complete silence

You ask the man if he has access to a computer. He points you toward a working computer. You use the computer to decode this binary code but you remember only bits of code so you are unable to decode it.

After talking to the man for some time you figure that the fungus spore and cells have created heat-resistant coating so using hot water for heat will not work anymore. He also tells you about 7.84% of the earth's population has been infected. The spores are traveling at very fast speed it is estimated that it will infect 15% of the world in this month at this pace. More infected means a faster infection rate. In a matter of a few months, the infection rate will grow up to 24% or more.

However, to increase the chances of survival most of the countries have completely isolated themselves from the rest of the world. Some countries even managed to build a huge dome to prevent spores from entering it seems almost impossible to do this in such a short time. It seems like countries like India, China, Russia, America, and Australia know about the fungus mutation before it happened or maybe these countries were to lucky

The weirdest thing is that the lab you had taken shelter in and the surrounding area has been completely taken over there is a huge cloud of spore. It is as if the infection is moving toward this facility or bunker whatever it is. So the only way to survive is to make anti-fungus or antidote for this fungus's infection. However, it is highly unlikely that the ones who are already infected will be cured.

You are now filled with determination ready to face anything that comes toward you. The universe has given you another chance to fix your mistake. As you are preparing to leave you to hear gunfire from the area toward your lab. It is as if the gunfire is coming in your direction. You see a squad of soldiers in army buggy coming toward you through the forest. They tell your squad to get in and start toward the main military base. The military base is 31 miles (49.89 km) away from your approx. location. As you are trying to get away from the forest. You see rustling coming from the forest. You feel the ground shaking and then almost 200 or more infected running toward you at full speed.

They are only interested in your buggy. The other squad leader betrays you and pushes you off your buggy. The fall breaks some of your bones and your rib. Your vision starts to go dark. You are about to pass out when the infected stop and encircle you. One of them comes forward and starts speaking "do you know it?" You are unable to understand this statement. But after giving it some thought you figure out that they are talking about the object. But as you try to answer the infected they hand you over a vial filled with purple liquid.

The infected tells you that "Our work is done now use that antidote and destroy all of us" You tell them you will not do it until you get answers

But You lose control of your body and fall into the depth of your mind. You see your self in the third person. You are unable to fight back. You break the vial releasing the antidote into the air. Your body gets destroyed due to chemicals in the vial. The antifungal chemical makes the fungus to self-destruct. The antidote makes it the goal of the fungus to self-destruct and distribute the antidote all over the world.

You watch the world getting back to normal in a span of a month. No one knows what happened, but they know that you are the one who saved everyone on earth.

Yet where you are now you see yourself and are unaffected by what you saw because now you are at peace all the human emotions are lost. You are no longer who you were. You see around yourself and see nothing. But darkness leading to empty void you close your eyes and remind your self that this is not the end.
