《The Adventures of the Mask Maker》Rescuing Gen Final Part

Biel's POV:
After the Prison exploded, I saw that Khaos was put something on Gen to help him recover. So it's time to hide him eh? I instantly expanded the mini-dimension that I made and pulled them in. That way it would be impossible to find them as they won't be even in our dimension. Afterwards, I sent a telepathic message to Shadow and Dan. "Things are done here~~."
..........
Dancchi's POV:
Oh, they're done, deri! Now, I must go back as well, deri. But I have to make sure there's no monster tailing us...and there were some, deri. So, I made smaller [Thunder Orbs] and sent them away, deri. They followed my shiny orbs, deriyo? Good thing those fishes were dumb, deri. Threat levels aren't always accompanied by intelligence, deri. After I made sure the Levi Fishes are far away, I teleported to Bi, deri. I clung to her until Boss teleported us out, deri~.
..........
Shadow's POV:
A wide grin appeared on the my face as I received the report from the rescue team. They have successfully retrieved their target. I then jumped to the edge of the ship and saw that they were not far from the ship. Meanwhile, the ship continued to bombard the sea around them without stopping. It was a good thing that they have done their mission very quickly as my ammunition stock was running low.
“Arkley, prepare the teleportation device. Set it to full power.”
“Yes, Master Shadow. It will be ready in 5 seconds.”
“Plenty of time for us. Go straight to them!”
Another grin appeared on my face and then I pulled out my spyglass. At the end of my spyglass was the rescue team. After I bit the button inside my mouth, a slight flash appeared on the place where I just stood and then I teleported right next to the rescue team. Without wasting a single second, I threw the spiders onto them and they attached themselves to each and every one of them, including Gen. The spiders themselves were attached to me with some special cable. I then bit the button again and a slight flash appeared where our place was originally in the ocean. The group itself appeared on top of the deck with a loud ‘thump’ sound due to the sudden weight addition to the wide deck. I was on my knee, breathing roughly and sweating profusely. It was evident enough that the last teleportation took a lot for me.

“A-Arkley! Teleport! NOW!!!”
“Acknowledged. In 3…2...1..., teleportation device activated.”
A large buzzing sound filled the area around the airship and a loud booming sound followed soon after that. The whole ship then vanished into thin air. At the Adventurer Guild HQ, a lot of the guild staff have been standing there in standby. The same serious and tense expression could be found on their faces. Then suddenly a loud explosion happened on top of the area. They all looked at the explosion and then a single shout came from a single elf.
“Retrieval team get ready! Anti-magic squad deploy the magic circle now! Clear the way to the null magic chamber! Move! Move!”
It was Erdatiel. She who was in charge of the ‘welcoming committee’ barked order after order the moment she saw the Guild’s airship appeared. Thanks to that, the landing of the airship was done very smoothly and an army of guild staff stormed the deck to retrieve their target together with the rest of the rescue team. Among the staff, as expected, was Erdatiel.
She found me leaning onto Arkley with a pale face and my eyes closed. But the moment she stepped near me, I opened my eyes and moved looked towards her.
“Job well done, Guildmaster.” She praised.
A small tired smile appeared on my face. “Thanks, Erd. Has everything been dealt with?”
“The rest of the team had moved together with Gen and they will enter the null magic chamber while being covered by the other team. We are constantly monitoring the magic flow around the place and so far not a single ounce of magic energy has been leaked out of the perimeter. Our scout has also reported that the magic wave around Aeternus has done its job to cover any sudden magic presence Gen would give.”

“Ah…..wonderful…. I guess the battle will be next, eh?”
A slight frown appeared on her face, "Don’t die like last time, Shadow.”
“I won’t.”
“Oh? What a quick and firm answer. Are you really Shadow?”
A light snicker came from her. In turn, I just let out a small smile. “I need to be alive to at least pay back my debt to that damn turtle. I’ll chop that damn turtle to pieces for destroying our city.”

The Pugilist
Vincent Roy Salazar has never been your common folk. He climbed any mountain he found in front of him. From a bright young student to an accomplished professor, his life can be described as a continuous race to the top of his chosen fields. Patriarch of a loving family, proud father of three already grown siblings, Roy realizes that his life is the perfect picture of what the average man strives for, and for that he is truly grateful. But happiness is a difficult-to-reach goal, and as he lies in a pool of his own blood, his fist cracked, a young lady crying while cradling his head, he remembers what really gave sense to his youth. Pure Unadulterated Violence The Pugilist wants to be a different take on isekai shenanigans. What would happen if instead of a moronic idiot, a depressed high schooler, or a wannabe hero the one to get his do-over is a fully grown man that has already seen what life has to offer in full? Someone who conformed himself to society, but has always craved something different? In a journey of self-discovery, academy building, god-slaying, and absolutely no harem we follow someone driven by logic, experience, and a smokey goal: to fuck shit up, have fun while doing so, and maybe resume his career as a professor for those strange, magic-wielding, unstable youths that seems to never get enough of his presence. Guys, a few notes, first of all, this is my first time writing long-form fiction. I have a background in psychology, and my main income comes from writing dreary financial articles on SEO blogs. But after a bad break-up, and finding myself falling asleep only while thinking of deus ex machina for stories on this site (and for APGTE) I decided to try my hand at this web series thingy. I'm confident in my grammar, but that's it. Everything else will be a first time, and as such any constructive criticism is encouraged and gratefully accepted. Now, on the story. Romance will be introduced once my little heart is mended, if you are scared of LGBT you may be turned off by the fact that I plan to have no taboo of any kind in my universe, but I won't ever write detailed sex scenes for any characters so don't worry too much. The litRPG part is very light and will take place later in the novel, but it's a key component nonetheless, for world-building and storyline reasons. I already have everything big planned out, so I won't drop it outta nowhere, and I hope you won't find too many flaws in how things pan out. I plan to make The Pugilist an interactive story, with secondary characters created by my audience and introduced after tweaks and careful planning. The main reason I'm writing this is that I want to build a community for myself in this time of isolation. I discovered that exercising, playing the piano or video games means jack-shit when you are utterly miserable, so I hope to give some value to my readers in exchange for praise, fame, money, and companionship. I give full props to anyone who has read this whole mess of a synopsis: I hope to not disappoint too much, now let's write some more steaming garbage that will be in dire need of editing later on.

Scenario 66
Silven isn’t too happy when he stops to consider his miraculous prison escape, a guiding voice on the air and the herd of terrifying black knights hunting him down and realises he may be important. Equally, he’s not going to be too happy when he learns he’s nothing more than a character in a video game in chapter 3.8. There’s just no pleasing some people. But by the time of this realisation, Silven is all-powerful and all-arrogant, with a couple of game-breaking businesses under his belt. And when he finally understands he has been meddling with the very fabric of his own reality, the damage may already have been done. This fiction contains: * Approx. 4,342,213 video game tropes, mechanics and cliches * Very light levelling and business development (but no tables. Other than the one on the cover). * A rather acquired taste in dry, sarcastic humour. * 0 dragons. Why no dragons, man? Chapters will be released EVERY DAY, in order to sufficiently punish you for all the bad things you've done in life.
