Chapter 11: What?
“You… forget it. No, not teleportation ok?” Kane said
“Eh, yeah, it isn’t that cool I guess. Or necessary, actually. We moved to japan, so it’s not America’s public transportation we have to deal with anymore.” Said Evan, pondering it. He remembered at that moment that he lived in Japan now, not America. He didn’t dislike the current public transportation that they had.
“It’s not that. It’s the way I’m assuming you want to make the teleporter. That’s not a machine I can make safer that easily.” Kane said, shaking his head and shrugging his shoulders
“Oh, true.” Said Evan
“Yeah, well, I finished that thing that I was working on earlier that you gave me the schems for. It’s in the third room.” Said Kane
“Oh? Ohh? Ooooh? Aha! Yes! Perfect! Kane, come with me.” Said Evan, dragging Kane away, his coffee spilling everywhere
“Damnit, I have to clean that up yknow!” Said Kane
“What abo-“ Evan started
“I ain’t lettin random people in my shop.” Kane said
“Ah, true. I might do something about that later.” Said Evan
“Either way, what is the thing you are dragging me towards? It looks like a chocolate machine thingy. At least from what I gathered looking at the schems. Is It for your hot coco?” Kane asked
“Hmm. Yeah I guess I should ask a question first. Kane, would you choose to be immortal if you had the chance, or would you rather not?” Evan asked
“What kinda? Um. No, I’d rather not watch the people I love and care for get old and die.” Said Kane
“Damnit, this always happens. Fine, they are immortal too.” Said Evan
“Even then… I’m not sure.” Kane said
“Fine, lets just leave that machine there for now I guess, it doesn’t matter anymore.” Said Evan
“Wait, what? Cmon! Even if I built the thing, I have no fuckin clue what that machine does! I at least want to know what it is you make me build!” Kane said.
“Nothing. It’s nothing. It’s just a machine. It does what I designed it to do. A part of a world in which you don’t want to exist.” Evan sighed

Above all, Forrest is a family man, and he will protect that family. No matter who – or what – gets in his way.

A Goblin's Blade (dropped)
He looked down the path, which was littered with many things. Things he found in abundance were such of violence, desire and gore while things he found in scarcity were such of love, friendship and glory. At the start of the path was a naive, green goblin while at the end of it... Well at the end of it stood him: the godslayer, the monster from the forest, the walking death... He had many names but none so that perfectly captured his image as well as the Mad King. Authors note: Edit: Trying to release a chapter per day, around 2-2.5k words each. An evolution story about a goblin. This is under lit-rpg but I'm focusing more on the plot/characters instead of the usual features of such stories such as the blue tables that take ages to make or the stat screens. In essence it's closer to high fantasy than lit-rpg. Much appreciated if you read the Prologue to see whether you like it or not. Cover image is "Evolution" taken from art done by WhoAmI01

The Destiny Detour
In a kingdom putting together the pieces after a series of devastating magical wars, trouble is brewing. At least that's what the Seer's vague warning to Princess Lillya claims. That warning sends young Sorceress Rosaliy and enigmatic ruffian Drake from one end of the world to the other searching for answers (and lost magical children). The Destiny Detour is third in the Black Pearl Series, but the events of this story occur 10 years after the first two, and it focuses on different characters in the world. It should be able to stand alone. If you are interested, the beginning of the series is available on Amazon and most e-book places: https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B01AYLLKK8
