《World Integration》Chapter 5: The Difference of Classes

"Well, as you can see..." Anik Mahmud said so before continuing his explanation. "As I picked the futuristic path class system, I was certainly expecting to get the esper class, but unfortunately I've got the mutant class and lucked out as a result. I become like this."
There was a short silence enveloping the room and the entire group chat, as everyone then intensely listens to Anik Mahmud's careful explanation, before outright bursting into loud tearful laughter. With tears flowing out from Dave Rost and Damien Blake's eyes, and Albert Lee's stomach was starting to hurt because he was laughing too hard and intensely.
"Hahaha... The luck that you have, Anik. Really suck, isn't it?" Albert Lee said so towards Anik Mahmud. "That's what you get for constantly trolling me in my upperclassman years. It's karma bitch. So how did you like that."
"So what class did you manage to have unlocked then?" Anik Mahmud said, retaliated back in great frustration.
And Albert Lee just plainly smiles and said to Anik Mahmud. "I've successfully awakened the esper class {Electromancer}."
You could obviously see the brimming smirk plastered off his face, as he then grins mischievously. Albert Lee then easily conjures up sparks of flowing light blue electricity from his hand. As the sounds of electricity crackling could be heard in the background when he manages to manifest his esper powers, picked by the laptop's internal built microphone.
Damien Blake then intervenes as he said. "I've managed to successfully awaken a similar class, the esper class {Pyromancer}." He then proceeded to coolly set his pair of hands ablaze, without a need for an ignition object, or fossil fuel source to steadily provide for the flame to burn.
The group continues to taunt him, mocking him, teasing him for fun, for the mere laughs of it all. The laughing and teasing didn't stop until Anik Mahmud grew completely frustrated, anger and rage boiling up from withinside, completely overwhelming him and his senses.
And both Gerald Quinn and Dave Rost replied with the same answer, as they both got the unlikely common class in the chivalrous path system, the {Warrior} class.
On the other hand, Samir Sahid in the corner in one of the six live video group boxes then said In a somewhat quiet voice. "I've got the {Mechanic} class." But nobody even heard him, or much less even care about the unique {Mechanic} class that has amazing future potential.

For a mere couple of seconds, Anik Mahmud's hearing suddenly gone tone-deaf, as he then zones everything out. Apart from the sounds of his heart beating, thumping hardly withinside his chest, and the sound of his breathing which was unusually loud. It would seem to look like Anik Mahmud was beginning to have a heart attack, but he unusually calm and quiet which certainly does somehow raise some speculations.
"Anik, are you okay?" Albert Lee was the first one to notice the strange behaviour change within his friend upon close observation.
"Huh?" Damien Blake said so over the live video group call which somehow manages to catch the other people in the group's attention.
Though it may not look like it, Albert Lee is one of the closest friends of Anik Mahmud, out of the six people in the friend group. As he used to quite often share the same classes in high school and is a part of the DEF form group.
Albert Lee was the one who started Anik Mahmud's torment, but at the same time, they are all friends. And what kind of friends just don't usually have a little bit of banter and slight bullying gesture to liven up the mood every once in a while. And it's just for laughs, nothing serious, as they instinctively deep down knows the other side didn't really mean it.
Anik Mahmud's breathing then suddenly grew louder, as in an instance that usually takes for a piece of flint and steel to go off. The spiky porcupine-like protrusion that came out from his body, suddenly rapidly expanded and elongated a couple of feats, up to about a meter or so.
It was then that some of the spiky porcupine-line protrusion that came from his back then fires off in all directions like projectile darts or arrows. And some of them then manages to successfully pierced through the brick or concrete wall, and leave a small dent within its place.
The power and strength of the spike arrow were incredibly strong, in the likelihood that it was fired at someone. It would undoubted pierced through a person's skin and unexpected possibly punctured the skull if it was then fired at full strength.
The potential for Anik Mahmud's mutant class {Spike Bearer} has somewhat of unlimited potential. With the user being able to grow stronger as the user's mutant power then continues to grow and mutate withinside the user's power. To a certain extent, the mutant's body would no be considered a human on a genetic level, but rather an entirely different type of species instead that are evolved from humans.

"Woah!" Damien Blake then commented over the live video group call.
Both Gerald Quinn and Dave Rost responded with "What the..." at the same time.
And Albert Lee then immediately responded, with an extreme look of concern. "Anik!" He called out his friend's name.
It took some time for Anik Mahmud to calm down, and regained his calm and usual demeanour. And Anik Mahmud then readily apologise to the whole group, without a second thought. "I'm sorry that you guys have to suddenly see that."
"What happened." Albert Lee asked, feeling that something was wrong, and couldn't but felt a sudden sense of guilt. For somehow possibly causing this mess at the moment.
Anik Mahmud then replied, "It's nothing much. It's just that I've been under a lot of stress recently, with all the medical school and such. Whilst, my own diagnosed depression is not entirely helping it. The sudden awakening of my mutant powers has somehow caused my emotions to be somewhat unstable at the moment and easily agitated."
"So that was your mutant powers having run amok and gone a wild." Dave Rost commented over the live video group call. At the same time, feeling a slight sense of amusement. He unconditionally said, "That was cool," about Anik Mahmud's mutant powers.
Anik Mahmud also added. "And also, I grew a spiked tail as well."
He then proceeded to raise his spiked tail from behind himself and show it directly to the camera so that the other people within the video group chat could see.
"Wow." Everyone within the whole live video group chat was indeed slightly amazed and bewildered by the ongoing development.
However, things were going on a lot smoother than usual, with the tense atmosphere and excitement slowly dying and easing out. Everyone was able to have a calm and relaxing conversation with each other, as the time slowly trickles by.
It was at this time that a loud voice then erupted from Albert Lee's side of the live video group chat call. The loud voice was actually Albert Lee's biological father calling out from downstairs.
"Albert! Albert! Quickly come downstairs! You have to see this!" Albert Lee's biological father urgently calls out to him.
"What was that?" Anik Mahmud then asked over the live video group call, showcasing a concerned look on his face.
And Albert Lee then immediately responded back to him. "It's my father. He sounded a bit urgent. So I must go downstairs and check it out."
"Well, see ya. And I will be back in a moment after I find out the cause for my father's emergency." Albert Lee said so, as he then immediately leaves the live group video call.
"Bye for now then." Samir Sahid said so over the live video group call, and the other within the live video group call similarly says their farewells.
Without a second of thought, Albert Lee then closes the old laptop screen monitor, thereby automatically switching it off onto standby mode, but still leaving the battery running within the background. As after he then finds out the cause for his father's emergency. He would then return back to his room and immediately go online.
Albert Lee then hurriedly runs out of his own bedroom and headed downstairs to the living room in order to meet his father.
"What seems to be the matter, father?" Albert Lee asked, having somewhat guessed whatever the reason for his father calling him downstairs is.
He then thought to himself, 'It must be because of the Ragnarok and the awakening of the class system, right? And about how the world is quickly changing to that of a game.'
"Albert, quickly look!" Albert Lee father hurriedly said, as he then points with his index finger towards the t.v. And live on the tv was a breaking news broadcast, that was now occupying all tv channels. An emergency news report.
