“!” the girl seemed to have finally noticed Kazuya’s presence. Her face was immediately drained of color. Why didn’t anyone warn her before that the CEO was standing right behind the vixen!

Lilica could tell that he was about to snap soon, and not only the girl, everyone may be fired too, so she quickly held his arm and said in a gentle tone, “I’m fine. You don’t need to be so angry.”

Kazuya looked back at Lilica, feeling his anger decrease quickly at her sentence. However, he couldn’t just let this girl go so easily. He had to set an example for everyone so that they don’t dare insult his wife in the future!

“Carried away? Even if it was like that, who gave you the guts to insult someone innocent, especially so when it’s someone I care about? Is your brain filled with water?” Kazuya continued menacingly.

“I…” the girl was about to cry already. Being scolded by the CEO in front of everyone was so humiliating! Especially when the CEO made it sound like she was brainless.

Lilica quickly tugged his arm so that he could stop being so scary. The girl looked so pitiful right now.

“Hah. You think my wife isn’t innocent? Is that what you’re thinking?” Kazuya continued on, even though he knew Lilica wanted him to stop. No matter what, he had to teach this dumb employee a lesson.

Me meeting Lilica just made the process much faster. So, she didn’t seduce me or anything and we genuinely love each other. We just managed to get married officially when everything finally settled down.” Kazuya explained. Lilica had just told him that they needed to explain the truth to everyone just a moment ago. It was impressive that he could make up such a story within seconds!

Lilica looked at Kazuya with a shocked face. So, this is the back story we’re going with? Why didn’t you consult me at all about it? If I had talked to Suzuna about this before and the story didn’t match, everyone would be suspicious! Also, since when did he think up such a story?
