After the two were done with all their photo session, they were finally able to go to the dining room for dinner. The queen had told her to come eat dinner together, probably as a form of welcome for her.

The two of them moved to the living room, leaving a pair of father and son in the room.

"Follow me to the study." The king said as he got up and walked upstairs to the study room.

Kazuya, who was robbed of his wife, was currently free so he followed his father obediently.

The king ordered the servant to bring some wine for them as he sat down on a sofa in the study. Kazuya sat down opposite him.

"So, where did you guys meet?" The king asked as the servant poured wine for him and his son.

"At a bar." Kazuya replied shortly.

"I can see that she is a bright and nice girl. Tell me son, how do you actually feel about her? Are you just taking responsibility for making her pregnant?" The king asked as he sipped his wine slowly.

"No, I love her with all my heart. Her being pregnant was just a bonus." Kazuya replied as he also sipped his wine.

"Sigh... Think carefully. You know that once demons marry, they can never divorce or remarry. If one of you die, the other also dies at the same time. Are you prepared for this?" The king asked, trying to test his son's resolve.

"Father. I am completely devoted to her now and forever. I will never leave her nor will I ever let her be in any danger." Kazuya answered confidently.

"Good. Have you talked to her parents about the marriage yet? Do they know your relationship?" The king asked as he confirmed his son's resolution.

"Not yet, but I plan to tell them soon. She ran away from home since 4 years ago so she hadn't been in contact with them." Kazuya replied as he took another sip. This problem had actually bothered him for a while. What if her parents didn't accept me? After all, I made her pregnant even when we weren't in a relationship yet. They let her roam free, only to come back pregnant. There was no way her parents were going to accept him easily.

"You need to hurry and tell them. Marriage isn't just about you two. It's about the bonding of two families." The king spoke wisely as he continued, "I'll try to help in whatever I can but whether they accept you or not is up to you."

"I understand, father." Kazuya took another sip of his wine.

After that, the father and son talked about various things, waiting for their wife to finish talking so they can go and cuddle their women.
