In the king and queen's bedroom

"So? Who was that woman?" The king asked his wife angrily.

"She's Kazuya's fiancée. He's been courting her for the past month patiently. She's a succubus and they met each other at the human world. Oh! By the way, she's already pregnant with Kazuya's child!" The queen said cheerfully at the thought of gaining a daughter and a grandchild.

"Wait, she's already pregnant? Why didn't I hear about this? Why did none of you consult me at all?" The king shouted angrily. He was his father! Why did he just go to his mother instead of him.

"It's because you're so stubborn and Kazuya knows you'll object to their marriage so he didn't consult you!" The queen reprimanded her husband's attitude lightly.

"Of course I'll object! She's a succubus! The royal family should only consists of pure bloods!" The king shouted angrily again.

"How old fashioned..." The queen whispered softly, but loud enough for him to hear her.

Being insulted by his wife was a first for him. The king was shocked. Did I say something wrong?

"In the first place, it's only the first in line to throne that needs to be a pure blood right? Lilienne and Kazuki are pure blooded so what's the problem? Kazuya should be able to marry anyone since he's second in line to the throne right?" The queen retorted angrily.

Seeing his wife getting mad, the king immediately calmed down and tried to comfort his wife. He was a slave to his wife.

"What wifey says is always true. It's fine whoever Kazuya marries. I won't object anymore so stop being mad alright?" The king said sweetly as he pulled his wife in for a hug and tried to make his wife happy.

"As long as you don't object! Lilica is such a nice and polite girl. We should get to know her more." As soon as she had successfully accomplished her mission, the queen quickly strode out of their room to find Lilica to have a chat with her, ignoring her husband who was still standing there, his arms in the air with no one in his embrace.
