Lynch and Kira were on their way to Lynch's house. They were using Lynch's limited edition sports car that he recieve as a present for his birthday last year. Kira looked at the watch he was wearing, it was almost 8 in the evening. They would arrive a little late for the dinner.

After some time of drivung, they arrive on a long drive way leading to a mansion. This is where Lynch's used to live. It was a really big mansion, and the design of it was a old century castle. Kira remember the first time he visited here, thinking of it, this place never change. It always never to ceases to amaze him.

They enter the mansion and walk to a long corridor that leads to the back. They arrive at a big ganden that was inspired from a 19th century english garden. Arriving here was like traveling through time.

As they made their way in the center, there was a table set in there. Kira was two people sitting there. One was a gorgeous woman with a blonde hair and a mesmerizing emerald eyes, she look just like Lynch's. She was wearing a blue halter dress that accentuate her beauty more. He couldn't forget who she was, she was Alicia Osborn, his friend's mother.

"Don't let here looks fool you. She was a scary and vicious woman." Kira was thinking in his mind, and looking at her he couldn't help but feel nervous and afraid.

As for the one sitting besides her, he didn't know who she was. This was the first time Kira saw her. Looking at her, he thought she was a beautiful lady who seems to be at their age. She has a curly short brown hair with a matching brown eyes. She has a small face and she was wearing a summer dress that give her a more youthful beauty.

He didn't know what is the occasion for this dinner, but looking at the atmosphere, he couldn't help but silently curse and glare at his friend. He was definitely not invited here.

"You're finally here. We've been waiting for you." Alicia said this his son with a cold tone. Then she notices the young man that arrives with her son. He was wearing a dark blue suit and a white shirt underneath. He has a fit body that can be seen in his posture. She also notices thos sharp red eyes, those eyes that were red as blood. This eyes give this young man a untouchable aura. Seeing those eyes, she already know who he was. But remembering how the young man was before and what he looks like now, there was a big difference.

"It's been a long time since you've visited here Kira. I didn't know that you were coming, my son here didn't even mention about it." Alicia smile as she said this but that smile gives shiver to does that see it, she was hinting her son for an explanation.

Looking at her mother's expression, cold sweat runds down from Lynch's back. He hurriedly explain "I invited him here cause I taught that it would be more fun having more people in this dinner. And besides he doesn't have a plan for tonight so I thought of inviting him over."

"Really? I thought I told you last night that you this was a private dinner for us. Maybe I forgot to mention it." Alicia smile coldly and gives of a frosty aura. "But since you're here Kira, join as for dinner." She added.

The dinner was silently awkward, is was so awkward that throughout the whole dinner he just wanted to go home. He feels so scared whenever he saw Lynch's mother cold expression.

After they were done eating, Kira excuse himself to leave early. Saying an excuse that he have some unfinished things he needed to do in his apartment that he couldn't finish this morning. When he leave he gives a sigh of relief, feeling free from the tension that was on the air during their dinner.

After Kira leave, Alica just look at his son coldly. Lynch couldn't help but blurted "Let me explain first mother…"

"Save it, i don't want to here any excuses of yours." she interrupted. "Sophia here just got back from the states. She would be attending and continuing her study at MQL Univeristy, and you will be entering there too." she added while looking at him intently.

Sophia didn't said anything the whole time, it's like everything that happened around her is of no concern to her. She was Sophia Anderson, the only heir of the "Connect Company". It was one of the media giant today. She just got here from abroad because of her grandfather. Her grandfather arrange all of this just so that he could spend her time with Lynch Osborn.

She didn't like how his grandfather intere with her private life but she couldn't do anything to stop him because she know how bothersome dealing with his grandfather was like. This was all arrange when they were still young, it was arrange the she would marry the son of the Osborn family. When she learn of it, she fled to the state and study there. But now, her grandfather forced her to come home and continue her study here.

She has no interest in marrying for now. And it's not like she is oppose getting married early but on the premise that she like the man she was marrying. And she likes the idea of meeting a man for herself, a man that will make her heart race and that will always occupy her thought, every girl dream of it.

And today she found a man that pique her interest, this is the first time she want to know more about a guy. He has that aura of his that makes him feel so unfathomable, and looking at those eyes she was captivated. Those unique red eyes, just like a ruby that sparkles under the moonlight.

Lynch couldn't help but give a sigh. He doesn't have any feelings for her and that detached look of hers makes it even harder for him to interact and know her more. He even beg and argue with his parents to cancel this engagement but his parents was always resolute about it.

They have met each other many time in a arrange dinner like this but Sophia just didn't interact with or even talk to him. He always start a converstion to alleviate the awkwardness but she always ignore him.

He couldn't help but agree this time again about attending MQL University. Seeing his son agree, Alicia was satified with it. She excuse herself to give the both of them a time for themselves. But even if she were gone, there were still silince that pervade the atmosphere.

After some time of awkwardness, Sophia broke the silence. "Who was the man that you arrive with?" she asked with a detached tone in it.

Lynch was startled, because she never started a conversation with him and what confuse him is the question she asked. He didn't think it much and just answered her "He was Kira, Kira Night. We grow up together and he used to visit here quite often when we were kids."

"Kira Night, so that was his name. A little femine but it suit him." She mumble to herself.

"What was that? What did you say?" Lynch asked since he couldn't heard what she said.

"Nothig. It was nothing, just talking to myself." She said. "Is he related to Karl Night by some way?" she asked again.

"I've asked that question too in the past but they weren't. He got his name from his mother and he didnt know who his father was, and according to him her mother was not related to Karl Night." Lynch answered.

After he answer her question, there nothing, there was only silence in the air. Lynch didn't know what to do in this awkward situtaion. Fortunately after just sometime of silence, Sophia decided to go home and bid her farewell.

On her way home, she couldn't help but remember that young man. "Kira Night, what is it that makes you interesting that I can't seem to forget about you." She said to herself.
