Kira notice his surroundings and see many player running around the village. He was on a village that has a big mountian that can be seen in the north of the village. The houses are primitively made. It was constructed using some wood and clay. There are different race of beastkin in the village, there are cats, dog, monkey, lizard, and even some chickens.
Kira check his inventory to see was he has. There are only 3 items in his bag.
[Bread: eating decreases hunger by 10%]
[Cateen of water(10/10): drinking decreases hunger by 5%]

Atk: 1-2
After checking his bag he decided to explore the village. Wants to check some quest available to him before he started hunting outside. As he was walking he didn't see any indicator that the NPC has any quest. He was confuse because normally in the begginer village there are quest that players can do, he don't know why there aren't any here as he was exploring the village. Just as he was walking he saw players talking to some NPC and asking if they ever need something and the NPC responded.
He was amaze, this game don't apply notification because they want players to discover and interact with the game itself. He was amaze by what he learn and started asking the first NPC he saw.
"Do you have anything that you need?" Kira didn't interact with other often so this was his first time initiating a conversation. He just use sone generic line for staters.
"I already ask someone to deliver some things for me, I don't need anything at the moment thank you" asnwered to him by a dog-kin that he ask.
As he was exploring and asking residents if they needed something he pass by some shop with so many people that are entering and exiting the shop. When he arrives at it he saw that it was a weapon shop. He thought of it and it makes sense, if other want to improve themselves they needed to upgrade their weapon.

Kira didn't enter the shop cause he didn't want to cram himself to people just to enter it and most importantly he doesn't even have money with him. The game didn't give players even a coin when starting.
The currency of the game is copper, silver, and gold. 100 copper is equivalent to 1 silver and 100 silver can be converted to 1 gold.
At first Kira was uncomfortable asking and starting conversation with others, but as time went on the discomfort faded and switch to frustration. Even if he ask many resident if they ever need something or if they have a problem that needed to be solve, he still cant find a damn quest. He was feeling frustrated. They always say that they already ask someone, that they didn't need anything at the moment and some other flat out ignore him. He didn't know if he was just unlucky or what.
Feeling frustated about this, Kira decided to head out of the village he started following players that seems to be heading out.
As he arrive at a clearing outside the village he was dumbfounded by what he saw. It was total chaos outside. There are so many players in the fields. Some are even arguing and others a clashing, they were all arguing about the mobs.
The number of players overwhelm the mobs that spawn here in the fields. He saw that whenever mob spawn all players turn vicous and rushes to it just to get exp. Because so many players attack the unlucky rabbit died without even knowing what happend.
The mobs here are all rabbit. It was a white rabbit with long hind legs with sharp claws and teeth.
[Clawed rabbit]
Level: 0
HP: 20/20
Kira knows that even if join the chaos he wouldn't gain much exp because it will be shared among the players that contributed in killing the creature. He didn't even try to go to the forest because the mob there are more difficult and he knows that with just a stick he can't kill some mobs that has higher level than himself.

Feeling dejected he don't have a choice but to head back to the village. He started asking again the resident if they ever needed something. After some hours of questioning the NPC he still didn't find any quest.
Just as he was feeling that all the quest are taken by everyone he enters what looks to be a bar with many customers inside. It was bustling inside with different shout here and there about orders and different beastkin talking here and there about somethings.
Kira was just about to leave when he heard some call to him.
"Hey kid, you there by the door. Come here."
Kira looks to know who was talking to him. He saw it was a big man by the counter that pouring drinks to some customer by the counter. It was a big gorilla, the man looks menacing with it's size and because of the scar on its forhead.
"Are you talking to me mister?" Kira asked.
"Yes, who do you think i was talking to? Your the only kid here right? Can't you see around you?" answered the gorilla man angrily.
Kira don't know why this gorilla-man is angry but he choose to walk towards the man. "What can I do for you?" kira ask politely.
"I need some help here in the bar. I'm short on staff. I want you to help me with the customers"
As the gorilla-man said that to him, a notification appear infront of kira. It was a blue screen and he started reading the content of it.

The gorilla-man give him a apron, some piece of cloth and a broom and started shouting at him to start working.
==============
It was bustling here in the bar. Customers come and go and didn't look like it was gonna stop soon. Its been hours since Kira started helping in the bar and the customer just keep coming for more.
As he was working he heard from customers that the gorilla-man was named Brutos. He was a retired mercenary and settle here in this town just a few years ago. He build this bar from scratch and calls it Wild Hunt.
Finally after hours of working the customers started to thin out until no one was in the bar. Kira finishes cleaning the table and arranging the chairs, and sweeping the floor. After finishing that he looks at the counter and sees Brutos was not there. Kira wants to finish his quest so he started looking for Brutos.
Kira enters the kitchen but didn't find Brutos, and as he was exiting the kitchen he sees Brutos on the window. He was outside in the sun holding what looks to be a wooden sword.
Kira exit through the back door so that he could watch Brutos outside. He saw the big man holding the sword and started to practice. Brutos was agile for his size seeing the big gorilla-man that what Kira thought to him. Brutos was jumping here and there while slashing his sword in mid air. After sometime Brutos stop training and sees Kira watching him there.
Brutos frown the shouted "Are you done with your task boy?" glaring at Kira.
Kira answered still politely "Yes". He really didn't know why this mas was always angry, it's like he was against the whole world.
"Here's your reward kid." Brutos toss a pouch to Kira. When kira catches it a notification appear infront of him.

8 220Yin-Yang
Mages in North America seem to have it all – typically from well-off families, and able to manipulate their environment in ways most of the world would never believe. They don’t even have to bother with the mundane details of life like housework, thanks to their sensitives, who also make a useful source for extra magical energy. After all, sensitives have no use for it themselves, and if mages weren’t meant to make use of it, then the sensitives would obviously have some way to prevent that. That a mage can transform a sensitive physically, with no restrictions beyond overall mass and basic biological viability, whereas magic tends not to work directly on any other living thing, is only further proof. And look at the way they live on their own, barely a step above animals. It’s better for them to belong to a mage. Sensitives in North America live on the edge of society and survival – typically so paranoid they avoid hospitals and anything else that could lead to being tracked, many of them with little or no education and no legal identity or existence. Mages exist, and mages want sensitives for some reason, but no one ever comes back to explain what that reason is. Waiting every day for the hunters to notice them doesn’t lead to much motivation or hope for the future. And once they’re captured, they’re the property of someone with a terrifying amount of power over them. Anything is better than capture. Mages are born to be the masters, and sensitives are born victims. Or are they? Jax’s life is turned upside-down when he’s caught by the hunters and sold to a mage. Andreas is still mourning for his previous sensitive, though, unconsciously creating a difficult standard for Jax to live up to, all the more so while still struggling to come to terms with this new reality as Andreas’ sensitive. A runaway sensitive isn’t what Van expects at the mental health centre. Is this a hunter trap, set for him and the rest of the Donovan family by the hunters? The hunters would, after all, love to see them cross the line openly and finally do something they can be charged with. Either way, Miranda’s genuinely in trouble, and he can’t just abandon her to it. Snatching a sensitive out from under the hunters and hiding her is odd behaviour for a mage – but then, Catherine is an odd mage, living in disgrace in the old servants’ quarters of her grandmother’s house, responsible for cooking and housework. Lila owes Catherine her freedom; is there a way to help Catherine achieve her own, and at what price? Tension is building between traditionally-minded mages and those advocating change, and something has to break. *** Yin-Yang includes a small amount of profanity and no graphic sex or on-screen physical violence. However, sex and gender roles and relationships within the mage/sensitive subculture are non-traditional in mainstream North American terms. The key criterion in a primary relationship is not relative sex or gender, but the pairing of mage and sensitive; given the transformation of sensitives by their mages, physical sex is non-absolute for a sensitive, and gender identity can vary as in anyone else. *** *** The way mages treat sensitives is extremely varied and, in some cases is outright abusive. The struggle against that is pretty much the point of the book. It is NOT grimdark or misery-porn! However, if you will be triggered by this, please, don't read Yin-Yang! *** Complete stand-alone novel, 153K words! Also available on Scribble Hub and as a free ebook.
