A handsome youth walks along the corridor to his classroom. Upon entering the classroom, a blue plastic bucket filled with water drops down to the ground.

Woosh! Splash!

The handsome youth who was walking into the classroom gets soaked from the plummeting bucket. The sound of laughter resounds across the classroom, as the handsome youth stands at the entrance of the classroom door frozen in place.

"Hahaha! Hey, Ye Qin, how does it feel to have an early shower!?"

Ignoring the youth who called out to him whilst sneering, Ye Qin took off his school jacket and walked to his seat without looking at anyone, as he sat down in his seat and took out a textbook to read ignoring those around him.

Seeing his silence, Ye Qin's classmates turn to him before looking at each other in the eyes before smirking and walks up to him as they threw a pair of trunks filled with flour at him.

Woosh.

Being covered in flour, Ye Qin coughs before glaring at the one who threw it at him.

"What? I threw it! What are you gonna do about it? You trash!" the leader of the bullies shouts.

"Trash!" shouts another bully.

"Trash!" shouts another bully.

"Trash!" another bully repeats.

Suddenly from afar, a female student with a beautiful face and not so bad figure confronts the bullies and scolds them.

"Hey! Stop bullying Ye Qin! We're all classmates here, no matter one's talent you shouldn't bully them for that!"

"Class rep! Why are you always defending this trash? He has nothing to say about it but every time it's always you defending him. Don't tell me a talent such as yourself fell in love with this trash?"

Flushing with a red face, the class monitor becomes slightly mad.

"You! That's nonsense! Anyways stop bullying him!" she frowned.

Ding! Dong!

Step. Step.

A beautiful young female teacher walks into the classroom in high heels that appeal her height along with her perfect s-shaped figure. Her facial features could only be described as perfect, with unmatched looks along with a perfect figure while her clothes being skin tight showed off her voluptuous figure attracting the attention of all men whilst causing women to be filled with envy.

Uh hrm!

"Everyone to your seats!"

"You're lucky you trash!"

The bullies along with the class monitor go back to their seats as the class starts whilst Wentian gets himself cleaned up in the school toilets.

During the year 2019,

The once-familiar world the people of Earth knew started to shatter, with large earthquakes above 9 on the Richter scale happening all over the globe. Countless lives were lost as well as natural disasters of all kinds all appeared at once, the skies became pitch black as if there would be eternal darkness.

The planets all aligned in a straight line at the same time as countless meteors fell from the skies encompassing the Earth.

Strange creatures later known as Monsters started appearing just hours after the meteors landed along with strange stones that varied by color along with various sigils engraved on the surface.

The human population only continued to dwindle as the monsters attacked all life in their sight. One man as if being enlightened during these events barely managed to touch one of the strange stones. Suddenly a bright light surrounded him and knowledge from another world suddenly appeared in his mind.

Using this knowledge, a monster of his own that he could control appeared from what seemed like a magic circle. Using this new power, he fought against the monsters roaming the earth as well as encouraged other humans to do the same.

After a century or so, humans regained a part of their lands and increased the population slowly. Now 1000 years later, countless stones as well as schools where students are taught about the monsters and learn to train them to fight or others. Humans created man-made islands and named them after their familiar countries and recreated earth at the center of the Atlantic ocean.

Ye Qin was born in a wealthy family in a little city around the borders of New China, he went to a school specifically for monster training.

At the age of 4, all humans would be able to have their own stone which later became known as the Contract stone and formed their own unique sigil on the surface of the stone. These stones appear out of a small magic circle from the chest of the individual automatically when the time comes to form a contract.

Humans using the Contract stones would automatically gain the knowledge to be able to sense their monster and form a blood contract with it. Humans could only have one monster throughout their lifetime however some exceptional existences could have 2 or even 3 but their number could only be counted with two hands. Each of those peak existences became a hero within their generation and brought humanity back towards the top of the food chain.

Monsters grew along with their owners and start from an infancy stage. They could evolve in various ways which are either through the way they are trained or through consuming enough materials of certain elements. Some monsters could even evolve through battle.

Monsters are classified in different grades namely Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythical grades.

Throughout history, only 1 man had a Mythical grade monster recorded while Legendary and Epic grades were considered the peak of humanity. Even then those who had Epic and Legendary grade monsters were 1 in 100 000. No matter what grade the monster, all students had to go to a monster taming school.

However major cities in New Beijing or New Shanghai had multiple elite schools for students to choose from.

Ye Qin was born with a common grade monster namely a Koi with no special abilities and having close to zero attack capabilities. This caused his family's name to be a hot topic of gossip throughout the city during the year he called his monster out and became the target of ridicule within his school and throughout the city.

Now 14 years later, this had yet to be changed and caused Ye Qin who was once a cheerful youth to become cold and quiet.

After a couple of hours, the class ended as Ye Qin went home directly. Arriving at home, he took a shower before having his clothes washed by the family butler and maids, before having dinner with his parents.

At the dinner table, Ye Qin along with his parents and younger sister sat quietly and ate without a single word. As he was about to go to his room, his father spoke to him whilst his sister gave him looks of disdain whilst showing a hint of sadness on her face.

After speaking to his father, Ye Qin went up to the rooftop of his quadra-story house and gazed at the night sky. After a while Ye Qin noticed a bright light in the sky, putting his hands together he made a wish before turning around and headed to his room.

As he turned around, with the corner of his eyes he thought he had seen wrongly.

"Huh? Am I seeing things? Why does it look like it's coming towards me?" he thought.

Rubbing his eyes, Ye Qin looked closely at the bright light that started rushing towards him at great speeds.

"What the f*ck! It's aiming for me!" he shouted internally.

Before he could even shout for help, the bright light shrunk and turned into a small meteor that went inside the center of his forehead.

Whoosh!

The meteor went inside his forehead and brought him soul-piercing pain that made him feel like he was better off dead. The inhumane pain kept him awake and didn't let him fall unconscious, whilst he screamed his family and butler rushed up to the rooftop and panicked before carrying him to his room while he was still in pain.

After 10 or so hours, the pain finally subsided as he fell asleep while his mother wiped the sweat off his body.
