“Gununu I’m so sorry Master” Lilith apologized as she rubbed his forehead, that she had just sliced open when having been thrown back. Darkboi had his head rested upon her chest and was more than happy to let her heal him up with some sort of magic shit shehad had ready for that purpose.
“So what happened?” He asked, not noticing the title he’d been addressed with.
“Well…” she started, tilting her head slightly to the side in thoughts, which caused her tits -massive btw- to jiggle. “It seemed to work exactly the same way that the first time I was thrown here, except you seemed to charge me with your mana and so I didn’t pass out. It did consume it somewhat though, but there was enough for another throw.”
“I thought I had made a terrible mistake and would have lost you forever.”
“Oh no don’t worry.” Lilith laughed in a really high, cutely-annoying voice. “I came out in the exact same space completely fine.”
Ouch.
“Lilith I meant like… you wouldn’t come back here.”
Lilith gasped as she threw herself to embrace him.
“I would never have!” The sensation around him made him decide he didn’t really need air. “I was just meeting up with my friend and had to tell her a few things, like, that I was alright and stuff. She had just been waiting in the exact same spot like an idiot to wait for me to appear, so that she would be conveniently placed for plot reasons. Also our friendship is so deep that she accepted to throw me away back in mortal danger just thirty seconds after learning I was alive and not desintegrated! Isn’t she adorable?”
Darkboi’s darkeyebrows narrowed as his skin prickled with the sixth sense of his intuition’s raised hairs on its neck. Something felt wrong with that answer.

Lilith Omowo’d as she let his head free. Ah no, it was perfect now, things were normal again.
Darkboi thought for a moment, and then realized that he could not really tell whether her friend was adorable or not. Huh. He asked Lilith if things were alright with her being here, and if her friend really was adorable.
She told him she didn’t really know about the former, and so we would not care for the rest of the story, but she definitely seemed to know a fair bit about the latter, seeming as she went on for a few minutes of talking about every single aspect of the spear-morphing succubus that she found great. There were a lot.
Like, really a lot.
“Are you two, like…” Darkboi began, unsure how to ask a proper question without sounding offensive in any way, which was in itself a bit of a disaster considering the awkwardness he risked causing by showing his discomfort with such a topic.
Thankfully, such a thing as ‘awkwardness’ did not exist in Lilith’s vocabulary, similarly to ‘common sense’, ‘depth’ or ‘flatness’.
“Noooo!” She flailed her arms at the terrible accusation. “We’re like, just friends! It’s just… you know how girls are when they live together or have sleepovers, there’s always some ritualistic… exploration that must be done, or doing some... succubus homework together.”
“Ah, I see.” Darkboi nodded in understanding. Now everything made perfect sense. Naturally, female friends would be like that, that was just a natural law of women in the world of a male protagonist. God were lesbians great for the purpose of not actually being lesbians and somehow being seen as just heterosexual foreplay for him. The power of a protagonist was truly wonderful.
In fact, he felt a bid sad Lilith and her friend weren’t together, else he could have corrupted them back in the righteous path of being his faithful harem members with a mighty swing of his glorious Darkboymini. Or 'maxi' really. Wink wink.

“You hurt me Master…” Lilith gnomonom’d as she pouted, and puffed her cheeks for some reason. “I’m naturally yours and yours alone forever now.”
“Wait what?” Darkboi blinked in confusion at the sudden self-insertion of the pufferfish in his unstarted harem. Where did this development come from?
Lilith blushed with a blush as she seemed to be embarrassed and looked away, before explaining that her state of mind could be altered when she was in her scythe form, and having him mark her as his weapon had affected her. Normally, it should be temporary, but because of his mighty dark demonic side -that lived inside his head and really didn’t do much beside popping up at convenient times- it was permanent. So she would instinctively call him Master.
"Also we did somewhat promise each other... to love each other forever... after I woke up."
Oh yeah there was that. He definitely remembered.

Soul of the Warrior
In a world where Classes, Stats, and Levels are the everyday norm, Reivyn has a secret. He was unusually aware of his surroundings from an incredibly early age, and Skills and Stats were acquired easily. He was just the son of an ordinary village family, and nothing appeared out of the ordinary on the surface. But below the surface, dreams of another life help shape his mentality and growth. Why does he have some remembrance of a past life, and what is his purpose in this new one? "Soul of the Warrior" is what I call a Semi-Isekai LitRPG. I say "semi," because Reivyn's past life is remembered like a dream, and very incomplete. It is still Isekai, though, as he remembers enough that it directly shapes his personality and his sense of self. The System that governs the world of "Soul of the Warrior" is a combination of modified versions from Selkie's "Beneath the Dragoneye Moons" and Kosnik4's "Magic Smithing." I have changed enough of these Systems and combined them in a way that is unique that I'm mostly sure it's fine, but I still have requested permission to use these ideas. They have both graciously granted me permission. Winner of the April Writathon Challenge. Release Schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri on Royal Road.

Tale of the Modern Magus
You must be thinking how wonderful it would be to awaken Magic at some point in your life. You must believe it would be a blessing. You would be able to become famous and rich with the flick of your finger. It is no blessing, it is not wonderful. If you awaken magic you will probably spend most of your life trapped within a secret facility, getting your blood drained and bone marrow taken. Until you are too sick to be able to produce decent blood. Then you’ll be dissected and used for materials. The other option is to run. Run and keep running for the rest of your life, staying one step ahead from those trying to catch you. Forever wishing for a normal life. Roland’s tale isn’t a happy one. Sure there are good moments, good days, and sometimes even good months, but overall it is a terrible tale to tell. This tale is one about a man on the run. Yet it is also one about a man trying to overcome all odds, trying to find security, attempting to latch onto the sliver of hope visible before his very eyes. This is a tale with countless setbacks. People will die, cities fall, ideologies rise. Follow Roland on what would, at first, appear to be a journey to greatness.
