《All Things Must End》Chapter 6: Invincible

Milo watched this entire scenario happen. He wasn't sure what the Singula that Azrael had, was capable of. Actually no one knew not even the teachers.

Whenever a person had a Singula get reawakened they only asked for the word that popped in to their head at the time. The words that popped into the student’s heads had not been their own. It wasn't their Singula telling them, or even their body, no. It was the statue.

Milo would later ask why this could happen, but nobody knew the answer. None of these teachers knew and not even the ancient files in the library had an answer.

It wasn't like nobody had asked the question before, but there was absolutely no information regarding the statues. They had just always been there, for just as long as the school was here. This school was even so old that some of the original documents did not exist as they had rotted away even in a controlled incitement. At least thats what they told Milo...

For Azrael the only person who knew what rules, regulations, and restrictions that his Singula had to follow, was only known by himself.

These restrictions were the most highly held secret for all things with a Singula. If anybody knew these then they could torment the person to no end. Dying and not knowing the cause would not be surprising if your secrets were leaked.

Another thing with Azraels Singula was that it was to scary. The power that it provided was immense and would shock many people. The drawback to this power was just as large. What Azrael needed to do to gain this power was even more scary, if anyone knew what had to be done to gain that power, he would probably be hunted down to no end.

The only thing Azrael could take solace in was that nobody knew any of this.

Even though he had to tell them his Singula had to deal with the soul, this was only so they could categorize it with other Singulas. Nobody knew what it did, if someone did find out then he would need to silence them. Anyone that knew and tried to tell others to get rid of him, would ultimately help him go farther...

Finally, it was Milos turn to be reawakened. As he walked beneath the statue he could sense a chilling cold that emanated from it. Oddly enough there seemed to be a familiarity to it.

It almost seemed like he knew this statue. It was like he was there when it was made. He almost had this feeling that he was the one that made it. All of these feelings were hard to contain when looking at the statue. He wasn't sure why he had all of these strange feelings.

He realized that all of this was extremely illogical. How could he know the secret behinds these timeless statues, how could he have been there, when they were made, even starter enough how could he have been the one that made them?

This was a feeling that he wasn't able to shake off no-matter what.

The statues did not look like stone. They didn't even appear to be metal or any other material Milo knew about. If he was to say something about them, he would have to say they looked more like a crystal.

Again, he didn't know why he thought this, but it was that feeling again that seemed to tell him. It was an odd feeling, almost like when a word is on the tip of your tongue, but you can't say it.

It was also a very unpleasant feeling, Milo felt that if he realized these simple facts they would tell him a lot more about the world and Singulas then any one person could.

Finally, the teacher beside the statue asked.

"Omnia Finem?"

To which Milo responded with a.

"Yes, that is me."

"Omnia, your parents Singulas are Eternal Knowledge which is your fathers, and your mothers is Spatial Reconfiguration." The teacher replied.

When the teacher said this, he was taken back. With Singulas like these his parents were probably some of the strongest Singula users alive.

What Milo didn't know was that his father was a word renowned doctor and scientist. He used his Singula to get all of that, but he only used it for the betterment of people. Out of things with a Singula his father was probably one of the most knowledgeable.

Milos mother was just as impressive. She had an almost invincible Singula for combat. it allowed her to be able to defeat almost any opponent in close combat. She was miserable at long range but in close combat she was unbeatable.

When the teacher activated the statue, Milo felt the strangest thing. It was like a prickly sensation all over his body. It wasn't painful like needles, but more like his body was 'opening up'. He later related it to all the pores on his skin growing larger to allow something either in or out.

His pores started to then have particles pour out of them, but at the sometime things seemed to pour in. it was a distinct feeling of all things pouring into his body. It felt like what poured into his body from the outside divided up and started to pour back out looking like particles. At least that was what the majority felt like. One-third of what poured into his body didn't come back out. It found a spot in his body and just settled down there.

When this was happening, his skin started to get loose and dry, but at the same time it became soft and smooth. There was a feeling of contradiction happening all over his body, yet it all seemed to work as one. The closest thing he could relate it to would be the yin and yang. It was two opposites that worked together to increase the whole.

The particles that came forth from his body had two different colors. One color was a pitch black. It was even darker than a night with no moon or stars. It was the complete lack of light. Actually, it sucked up the surrounding light growing even darker. The other color was a rich vibrant royal purple. The color only a king would dare wear.

Milo looked like he was clothed in black and purple garments. It was like he was the king of all.

The teacher that watched all of this happen was shocked. Azrael also had a shocking reawakening, but Milos was at least two times greater.

When the reawakening stopped he asked Milo in a shaking voice.

"What words did you see?"

Milo responded with.

"Space, and Knowledge."

The teacher wasn't surprised with this answer. After watching Milo reawakening it would be even more weird if he didn't acquire both Singula from his parents.

What perplexed Milo the most was that there seemed to be a third word beside Space and Knowledge, but there wasn't, it was more like a weird pixilated word or something. Milo just assumed that he imagined it, or that maybe it was a side effect from reawakening.

After his reawakening was done Milo looked over to the headmaster and asked.

"Is it possible to be born with three Singulas?"

The headmaster looked Milo in the eyes and said.

"It is impossible, that is if your human..."
