《Poems of a Demon》Contradiction

Contradiction

Hypocrisy.

The curse of humanity's ignorance.

It shines with such justice yet protrudes such arrogance.

Why should I sympathise with humans who proclaim to speak in a certain light,

when their actions do not match with what they exercise at night? For such a confident speech is the ignorant one so loud.

I daydream into days pondering if peace would ever exist.

Days of smiles and laughter all around the world.

With no drop of blood which the story of a gun had told.

Children being children.

Parents being loving.

The sweet smell of summer seasoned into a plate of elegance.

To model this plate was to purify the maleficent.

To be rid of the never ending disease of hunger.

In order to stop our stomachs from the poison of plunder.

As trees line up with cherry blossoming through the oozing sky,

I rest to consume the timeless being; nature's delight.

The envy of nature's peace is a smell I seek.

The taste of nature's silence is what I desire as a mouthful feast.

To not be complex but simple.

To not be cursed with ambition but be graceful.

To be Gracefully quiet.

Silencing humanity's contradictions and hypocrisies.

To beg and envy nature of its silence and blissful peace.

I ponder and daydream.

And ask myself a question.

If the ambitious seek to envelop themselves in success, will thou not lead to the world becoming an uneven mess?

To have no ambition.

To be simple.

That is peace.

As under this rule,

We are all equal and are no longer a curs'ed beast.
