Sammy, Knight, and Jester were having lunch together. Sammy ate his sandwich while looking through his library’s inventory. Knight drank his soup and fed Jerry some cheese. And then there was Jester. For lunch, he decided to have a cake and a “healthy” bottle of water. It would have been fine if he also ate quietly but Jester insisted in trying to strike conversation every 5 seconds.
Through a mouthful of cake, he said, “Ok guys, how about this. I bet I can put this bottle into the middle of the room and crawl into it.”
Knight was tired of Jester’s nagging and finally replied, “Jester, I would believe Jerry would be able to do that but I think something is in your cake if you truly believe you can do it.” He then shook Sammy,”What do you think Sammy?” He asked.
Sammy looked at him with a confused face, then he took off his earplugs and said, “I’m sorry Knight, could you please repeat?” Black lines appeared on both Jester’s and Knight’s faces. I should have thought of that, Knight thought. No wonder her can ignore me, Jester thought. After that, Jester repeated his bet. Both Sammy and Knight thought Jester’s cake was poisoned. How can Jester prove the other 2 wrong?
