《Sinful Redmption》02. Reluctant Preparations

Lilith languidly reclined on her bed sucking on one of the strawberries on the plate beside her bed while she watched Amara pace back and forth surely creating a track on the burgundy carpet.
She could not really blame the other girl's actions, because even she, was filled with agitation something very unusual in her lazy life.
Teras was the home for everyone gifted. Be it humans, sins, virtues, or minor gods everyone was allowed there, a place for education, a place for communication between different beings, a place where everyone could exist peacefully.
The Academy of the Gifted was a privileged school where only the most gifted and powerful were allowed.
But for her, it was a place simply filled with hypocritic morons who paraded around trying hard to get in the good books of the bloody virtues or the minor god of the month. Pathetic.
"Oh god! This is going to kill us!" Amara stressed her hands waving around while her voluptuous body slumped in defeat.
"That irritating bastard is going to be there, preaching about chastity and what not. He is a man for god's sake!" The rant continued her distaste for Jasper showing.
Amara and Jasper were like fire and ice, one with her fiery charm and with his cold indifference to sexuality. Lust and Chastity never got along but in Lilith's eyes they had the best chemistry, she was just counting the days before they killed each other due to frustration, neither giving in, their nature always acting a hindrance to their passion.
"You could just ignore him," Lilith suggested another strawberry disappearing through her cherry lips, painting an alluring visual. Amara stopped in her pacing staring at the girl in mesmerization.
If she was not sure that Lust ran in her blood Amara would have mistaken Lilith to be one to fill her role. The silver-haired, dark red-eyed girl, with her slender yet curvy petite frame, Lilith was a siren. Her full lips enough to enchant any man or woman.
But the darling girl always gave in to her Sloth much like the rest of them, but in her case, her disinterest in most things, especially sex which infuriated Amara and the others to no end. It did not help that they had another just like her, Aaro. But she was a hundred percent certain that without them the rest of them would not be complete.
"Easy for you to say. It is not you who have Chastity breathing down your neck preventing you from indulging in your very nature." Amara hissed back going back to her pacing as she remembered the infuriating man. She hated that damned Jasper!
"Well, that's true. It is a bother to have your opposite flanking your side at all times, but I have it far worse you know. You only have Chastity to worry about while I have to handle both diligence and patience. They always leave Aaro alone, the insensitive wankers." Lilith disagreed with her pain effectively cutting down Amara's pity party.
And Amara did stop, knowing Lilith was indeed correct. The youngest twin of sloth had it far worse.
Sighing Amara fully turned towards Lilith, "Alright, you win. Now I have to go and pack." She turned around marching towards the door before looking back at the last minute with a curious expression.
"You intend to just relax like that? Are you not packing your stuff?"
At that Lilith just tilted her head before shrugging. "The maids are taking care of it." She murmured casually making Amara once again groan in annoyance.

"Whatever." She muttered disgruntled before stomping off leaving an amused Lilith who laughed at her friend's misery.
Despite being Sloth their family was only second to Greed who had everything at his beck and call. Since humanity evolved with rights and all it was difficult to find educated maids hence the unsavory experience of doing their own work despite walking the earth since the beginning of time.
As the door closed behind Amara's departure slowly Lilith's laughter ceased an odd look appearing in her eyes. For a minute it looked as if pure evil had plagued her yet as soon as it happened Lilith blinked her mannerisms once again languid and airy, her eyes flitting across the room before landing outside through the window.
The skies seemed as same as always a normal calm evening but the ultimatum of having to attend Teras has put her on edge, her mind tugging with paranoia. It seemed to always whisper that something was about to happen.
Shaking her head Lilith got off her bed walking out of the room.
The massive halls, as always loomed over her head the pictures adorning them staring back at her mocking her for her existence. But instead of giving in to the demons, she stared ahead the destination clear in her mind.
"Brother! You in there?" She called out knocking on the mahogany door hoping he was inside.
Seconds did not pass before the doors opened inwards revealing a sleepy Aaro.
"Lilu, is something wrong?" He questioned his voice lilting hazily.
Lilith just hummed pushing past him into the room before reclining on his couch.
"I don't want to go," Lilith murmured softly looking at her brother trustingly. Seeing his sister in such vulnerability Aaro felt his cold heart softening.
"I know Little Bird, but you know how Zohar is. He will be relentless and I think there is something else going on. If not he would not have been so angry for just messing with some nuns." He soothed and Lilu nodded understanding her brother's reasoning.
The twins had been together through everything, they being each other's companions since birth understood each other perfectly.
"We'll be together. Brother will protect you." But instead of nodding like a good girl Lilith let out a scoff before straightening.
"I can take care of myself. If anyone is stupid enough to bother my beautiful self I would take care of it. At worst I would make their organs work slowly or maybe just knock them out on an eternal sleep." She declared an evil glint dancing in her eyes.
"Ahhh, there is my sister. If you want I will give you a hand." He winked jumping on the bed ready to go back to his interrupted sleep.
"Of course." Lilith acquiesced flipping her hair before once again lying down, the brother and sister falling to a peaceful sleep knowing they would be there for each other always.

Col stalked through the giant mansion barging into the kitchen startling all the chefs and the workers inside who immediately straightened at his presence both in fear and respect.
Satisfied with everyone's reaction he handed over a tablet to the closest one which happened to be the youngest of the chefs. As he looked down his breath caught, on-screen was a list of food their Lord Col wanted on his long stay at the academy, but what unsettled the man making him want to cry was the thousands of varieties written inside. And they had to make them in thousands of batches, all in one week.

Unable to comprehend whether to cry or beg he silently passed it to the others who turned pale upon seeing the content silently eyeing each other in pity knowing what kind of hellish work awaited them.
"I would have helped, but I assume you are aware of my obligations. So I'll leave you to it. Make sure everything is as I've ordered." Col spoke looking at them sternly before turning his sparkly eyes towards the red-faced senior chef.
"Add more sugar and honey to the sweets alright? I love it when you make them." He blinked and just as that aged man nodded charmed by the cute appearance.
Smiling in triumph Col strutted out, that was one task completed.
As soon as the master was out they all groaned in unison shoulder slumping defeat, sending discreet glares at the senior chef.
Embarrassed at his easily bought compliance he cleared his throat awkwardly before barking orders, all the while cursing Lord Col for being a manipulative evildoer.
"You have the best maids Greed," Col spoke flatteringly upon seeing Lucien behind his office desk.
"I know." The man muttered not taking his eyes off the laptop screen.
"And your mansion, it is very much better than the last one. Your tastes have increased." Col continued before Lucien sighed pinching the bridge of his nose.
"Stop with your flattering Col. Do whatever you want, the maids will answer to you." And almost immediately Col stopped his pestering his smile dropping from his face.
"You could have told me already." He snarked before breezing out of the room already planning on how to work the poor humans hard.
Walking into his assigned room the first thing he did was to take out a cake from the mini-fridge, tasting the sweet delicacy he waited till the maids he was promised arrived.
It was going to be an immensely pleasurable evening.
After looking through the last of the details of the latest project his team has proposed Lucien closed the laptop giving the machine an infinite break. The damned academy was going to be trouble.
Entering the adjoining room of the office which consisted of his bedroom Lucien sat on the bed taking off his jacket throwing it carelessly on it. Refusing to sulk the day away he got up changing his clothes to look more at his physical age before disappearing from the room appearing in the middle of the streets.
For a moment he felt time moving slowly everything burring past him just like the years he had lived through. Constant changes, constant deaths everything passing through his infinite life never something unchangeable, just the seven of them.
Dismissing his despondent thought Lucien concentrated on the humans around him his powers spread out flitting on the humans' thoughts.
One man walked past him his thoughts on his brother's fortune not content with the number of properties he's already owned.
Lucien inhaled, the man's greed empowering him, and he continued walking flitting across people's minds shifting through their thoughts, picking on their emotions and whenever he came across his favorite sin he sucked them in bathing in the euphoria.
When he finally attends the Tares he would be in his optimum condition.

Amara moved to the sensual music, her barely covered body twisting to the rhythm, the two men surrounding her gulping and salivating as their lust-filled eyes moved across her body.
Sliding herself towards the tall man in front of her she glued herself to him, her full bra clad breasts brushing against the man's bare chest. And the other grinding onto her ass as she curled her arms back brushing it across his neck moaning when one of them squeezed her breasts.
Her head falling back giving access to their greedy kisses, bodied sliding against each other in passion and sexual high.
The men soon had their clothes all removed once again embracing her in their naked forms, muscles rippling under her slender hands.
"Mmmm..." A moan escaped her lips enchanting them, their hands working fast to get her out of the remaining articles of clothes, hands moving between her legs, tongues swallowing her nipples.
As the two strummed her body with pleasure Amara's eyes rolled back heady with the amount of Lust she was absorbing, her powers oozing out their movements becoming hurried.
After the evening she spent packing, Amara has not even scratched the surface of what she wanted to take with her. She fully indulged in the pleasure the two humans brought her, still not fully satiated. But it will have to do, for now, she did have a whole week of uninterrupted freedom to take her pick on the species.
She deserved it if she has any chance of surviving the stupid academy.

Damien quietly from his place at the window as Pride gave the necessary commands to his staff. The workers listened to him attentively faces clouded with respect and awe while they mostly ignore his presence in the room after the initial greeting.
He felt the very familiar green monster rearing its head as he watched Nicholos, envying his friends' casual elegance, his brother's command over the room, he envied everything.
Never feeling deserving enough, forever doomed to envy those around him Damien had made himself go quiet disliking voicing his thoughts since surely, the others would feel uncomfortable. He did not want to ruin the mood in a conversation.
Feeling his sin overwhelming him Damien focused on the lesser beings' thoughts. They all admired their boss but he still could pick on the twinges of envy hidden within them, and as if he had finally found salvation he drank them in successfully distracting himself from his own demons.
Knowing what Damien was doing Nicholos did not send his staff away immediately, letting him get drunk in his sin, the only way how he knew to help his brother.
As soon as he was finished everyone was dismissed and he faced Damien.
"I have to make the necessary arrangements for us, you can stay however long you want," Nicholos informed before walking away giving an understanding smile at Damien.
His presence did more harm than good to the silent man.
As soon as Nicholos stepped into the hallway his caring expression was thrown to the side, instead a mask of cold indifference replaced it, everyone, who came across him bowing slightly making way to the prideful man.
Uncaring of their reactions Nicholos continued forward, he needed to gain information on the current situation at Teras, it had been ages since they've lasted visited there and he did not like going anywhere without any knowledge of the place
He needed to have everything under his control, their peace depended on it.

A Mildly Odd Reality Breaker
Omar receives an unexpected visitor who comes baring a gift—a "registration ticket"—in the form of a small metal card. The ticket is itself an offer to participate in the game, "Reality Break." Accepting this offer means that Omar will be able to perceive the true nature of reality where there is not one, but two dimensions of time, and in this second dimension history changes (and somewhat "frequently"). Along with this, he will also gain access to the "chronopause"; another reality that is not so much parallel to our own as it is perpendicular, which acts as both a place and the natural boundary between non-sequential points on the timeline. Using the chronopause, Omar will become a chrononaut with the ability to travel through time, and as a player, he will be given a cybernetic interface and his own portable extradimensional storage space. It's a strange conversation, but due to Omar's dismally short attention span, he only consciously hears that last bit about the portable pocket space, and that's only after the physics-defying void is opened in his living room and literally waved in front of his face. Reality is certainly stranger than most people realize, but then again, so is Omar. Thankfully, he responds well to shiny things, and for better or for worse, his chronic inattentiveness is the least of his psychological issues. Omar also has a mild form of "Oppositional Defiant Disorder" which presents itself as an occasional, arbitrary need to disobey others (especially authority figures). However, his oddest psychological issue by far is his "abnormally hyperactive" subconscious mind. Outwardly and consciously, Omar is a lazy, apathetic man-child prone to mildly asinine behavior. Subconsciously, he's some sort of genius capable of extraordinary feats of cognition. Most of the time, Omar is a (technically) functioning adult, but in order to live as such, he must rely entirely upon unusual abilities he's completely unaware of, despite the fact that he uses them regularly. Up until now, his life had merely been ridiculous, but now it was also a game. Note: The narrative style is that of a reliable narrator with a "3rd-person sarcastic" POV. This story takes place in the Reality Breakers/Chronopause universe.
