《EEPOS: from rags to godhood》Guiscards vs Grey skins part 1

Rufus's army met the mercenaries at an open field not far away from the Targavis citadel. Two armies the same size faced each other on a flat field. Rufus stood at the center of his army with his Ghserseng guard close by.
Edward looked to the other side and spotted her sister standing in front of the knights of the black sun.
"Shit."
"How are you handling this? Fighting your sister and all," Rufus said.
"Not well. I really hoped I wouldn't have to meet my sister like this. Also, the knights of the black sun will also be a problem," Edward answered back.

The battle started with the Giscard mercenaries starting to bash their spears into their shields. The rhythm of the spears beating the shields started to get faster. At the highest pace, the mercenaries started to give out a war cry. A large war cry that was heard throughout the area echoed that was reminiscent of their Haraldrar origins.
"Soldiers. MARCH!" Tankred yelled.
The soldiers started to march with their shields in front towards the enemy. They were completely different from the regular royal soldiers and it could be seen from how they advanced. Their march was completely synchronized with the soldiers chanting to keep the rhythm.
They started to get closer to the grey skin warriors who had not yet moved. The grey skins were itching for a fight but didn't move an inch. They waited with all the grey skin warriors in full battle gear with weapons drawn out. This was completely different from the usual full charge that the grey skins usually did.
The mercenaries were now only about twenty meters away from Rufus's army. Rufus created a sphere and threw it at the enemy army. It hit the center of the army and then grew into a huge sphere and enveloped hundreds of mercenaries.

At first, they thought they were in trouble as being inside the sphere did nothing. All the mercenaries just laughed inside the sphere thinking their attack failed and was just a bluff.
"RUN YOU FOOLS!" Joan yelled from the left-wing of the army.
The sphere disappeared. It took with it couple hundred mercenaries and evaporated them in a split of a second. A large shockwave followed that blew away many soldiers who were not caught by the initial attack. The disciplined line and a shield wall of the mercenaries broke down with the mercenaries looking confused and terrified of what had just happened.
The large horn of the grey skins gave out a large roar. The grey skins charged at the mercenaries who were still disoriented from the blast.
Rufus felt tired and was breathing heavily. One blast was what he could only do until he was too exhausted.
The grey skin warriors hit the mercenaries like a tidal wave. They started to cut at the Guiscards at the center making the ones who were blasted away easy targets. They didn't give any chance to them to get the lines of the army back in order with the grey skins charging with full momentum. Tankred looked in shock as his army had just been dealt with a huge blow. He looked at Mona.
"Go fix this situation!" Tankred yelled at Mona.
Mona just gave a small gaze at Tankred and then rushed into the heat of the battle.
The Guiscard mercenaries were all experienced fighters and started to quickly reassemble their line but were no match against the grey skin charge. The grey skin warriors fought for their future and people, unlike the mercenaries who fought for money and gold. The grey skin warriors were furiously motivated and were not giving ground at all.

Pema, Amala, and Doreen led the charge. They slew enemies all over and led the attack inspiring the rest of the grey skins to keep the momentum up. The three of them were extremely confident and saw the victory in their grasp.
Five long spear-like claws came from the Guiscard side. They stabbed four grey skin warriors instantaneously killing them. Five other spear-like claws came trying to penetrate Doreen, but she was able to guard herself with her shield. The claws hit so hard they forced Doreen on one knee while holding her shield.
From the enemy's line rushed a woman wearing black chainmail with a scar on her face. She had black hands with long claws and fingertips. It was Mona.
Pema rushed ahead trying to stop her, but she was able to dodge anything Pema could throw at her. She was fast and used her long claws to control the distance easily while fighting.
At the same time, Amala was shooting arrows at Mona, but Mona easily was able to reflect the arrows while fighting off Pema. Mona's claws were like swords that could not just pierce people, but also slash and cut the arrows that flew at her.
Pema tried to punch Mona with a straight punch, but Mona just blocked it with her claws. She then slashed at Pema causing wounds on Pema's chest. Pema was unfazed and just tried to stop the bleeding with one hand.
Amala shot three arrows made from stone. The stone arrow splintered into five more arrows causing a large spray of arrows like a shot from a shotgun. Mona just slashed through the air and broke all the arrows all at once.
Grey skin warriors started to surround her. They came from all sides with swords, spears, and glaives. Mona just crossed her arms with her fingers pointed upwards. She closed her eyes. The grey skin warriors were just about to kill her. She opened her eyes and her claws grew many meters long. She spun around and cut all the attacking grey skins into pieces.
Amala and Pema looked at Mona who just killed tens of grey skin all at once. Mona looked with emotionless eyes at the two of them with her claws being almost ten meters long. She was a true monster.

The Tentacle of Fate
The tale of the Human Empire, the Demon Empire, and the Alliance of Beastmen is a tale as old as time itself. Yet at times it seems that truth is stranger than fiction, they never expected the world would be united in the most unexpected of ways...
