Isn't she the Hazel Williams from the Williams family?!

Yeah! And she's my classmate!

Although Alexander's always shy and not easy to talk but when it comes to being a scholar, he always gets possessed by an unknown scholar spirit thus he replied enthusiastically,

" Yeah! What's the problem?"

In Hazel's view, Alexander's enthusiasm was only due to her being a peerless beauty having a powerful background. Thus a glint of proudness appeared in her eyes.

She calmly replied, "Yeah! Can you tell me if you can solve this question? I can't understand this and you seem to be learning pretty fast, maybe you can help me.."

Although she spoke first and asked a question but before the listener could reply, there was already a trace dissatisfaction on her face. Apparently, she already assumed that she'll not be able to get any help.

Alexander enthusiastically reached out and turned the book toward himself to see the question but soon an unnoticed glint of disdain and dissatisfaction passed through his eyes and he stayed silent for a while.

Seeing that Alexander was silent and after combining it with her presumptions she said calmly, "Nothing to fret over!"

Then she reached out to turn the book towards herself again but the book was held tightly held by Alexander.

Feeling a pull on the book, Alexander who was lost in his world came back to his senses. He picked up a pencil and then scribbled something rashly on a piece of paper then passed it to her unenthusiastically.

After which Alexander dipped his head and continued his work to read and gain knowledge.

The already disappointed Hazel was shocked to see the speed that this paper was scribbled with. She picked up the paper without any hope to get answer but still she carefully examined the content scribbled.

And slowly her eyes grew wider and wider!

'This really is an answer to the question!'

'That pause wasn't due to question being too though! It was due to the fact of solving in mind.'

She came to a sudden realisation and lifted her head, looked over the table to find that this man in front of her is truly mystical! Not only his excitement to see a beauty died(her own thought), but now there was also a layer of disappointment and stress on his face.

Meanwhile, oblivious to the girl's thoughts, Alexander was reading the body chemical receptors and changes due to drugs and medicine.

This book really is interesting! I'll try to complete a few more medicine books in the upcoming days.

And this continuous cycle of reading continued till 7 pm and this time when he lifted his face, Hazel was not sitting opposite to him. He stood up patted his thighs, took a deep breath of relaxment.

There's a lot more to read let's pick up some books and borrow them to read at home.

With this thought, Alexander collected several books on subjects like advanced human body functions, advanced medicine and methods of treatment and decided to return.

Upon reaching the forest cottage that he had selected in the morning, he found that there wasn't even a speck of light, it was totally dark inside. There weren't any automatic lights?

Alexander opened his door, turned on the light and sat down.
