Mother’s Basement bringing you some Brief Breaking News! I’m Noodler69 and my job is to wreck your keyboard with how fast my news is!
Recently, the streamer, Tinina23, got her base raided by a group of low-leveled NPCs. None of them exceeded level 5 except for the leader of the group, an NPC named Oren who was level 8. Tinina only, a level 10 Myconid [Baroness], could train [Guards] up to level 10 and had six of them. The band of twelve NPCs quickly killed off the [Guards], Tinina herself, and most of the NPCs within the manor and town. They made off with 162 whole pieces, low-quality armor, and two [Enchantress] NPCs, both level 5.
I should note that the raid took place in the region Shroom Caves, located in northern Celumia. It’s another mid-low level that’s getting far too much attention from this channel, but what can you do?
The video went viral after being posted on RaidTube. Viewers speculated as to whether Tinina had installed a mod that let NPCs become Raiders but she denied such theories. We would’ve liked to interview her but Major frothed at the mouth at the thought of interviewing such a famous streamer.
‘She’ll’ be out of commission for a while, so there’s not going to be a Major Interviews today. Anyway, more speculations were made on how and why the NPCs raided Tinina’s town. Many of the NPCs were those reported missing, including three [Scout] trainers, four [Mage] trainers, four [Warrior] trainers, and one [Paladin].
The [Paladin] was the leader of the group. As mentioned before, the NPC’s name is Oren. Many people were thrilled to see him in action. He’s a part of the CSP - Celestial Sand Paladins - faction. The NPCs are known for their ‘wild’ xenophobic dialogue and are a fan favorite for players who have a non-Human character. Oren was no different.

He made sure to give Tinina quite the beatdown for playing as a Myconid. She was chopped up into pieces before finally being pierced through the head by Oren’s spear. The viewers have expressed interest in seeing the NPC again, requesting that Tinina track down the NPC and face him again. The streamer refused, calling the event a “traumatic experience” and she will avoid “any interaction with that racist snowflake”.
Her fans have taken to calling Oren ‘Snowflake’ or ‘Flake’ for short.
This has been Brief Breaking News with your host, Noodler69. I’ll be up to take a shower in just a minute, mom!

The Terrarian's Reincarnation
Guy dies in his sleep and gets reincarnated into a fantasy world. Pretty standard stuff. Nope! The 'guy' is a Terraria player and the body he's reincarnated into is that of his endgame character. “Who needs a Hero’s Journey, I have a pink cat sword! And a whole bunch of resources! Imma build a house!” Warning - it may be a little slow paced, but it’ll speed up later on. This world and main character's abilities are partially based on Terraria, Copyright Re-Logic. Sexual Content tag is there so I have options open for the future.

What do you wish for?
Norman hated his life. His peers ignored and bullied him. His mother nagged. His father was never home. Norman desperately wished for a miracle, but his prayers went unanswered. Until one night. **************************************** Note: This story is going to be very short. I would recommend reading it all at once. This story started out as a challenge I set for myself. I've recently felt bogged down because of the need to write more. That's why each chapter will be only 300 words long. Exactly 300 words long. At this point, I've pretty much written the whole thing, so I'm very confident that there will only be eight chapters.

Starchild
“It’s life’s illusions I recall. I really don’t know life at all.” from the song, Both Sides Now, by Joni Mitchell Starchild is an adventure novel set within an understanding of reality that is rooted in Eastern spiritual traditions. It takes as its starting point experiments in remote viewing that were genuinely undertaken by the American military in the nineteen-nineties under the name of the Stargate Project. It then imagines how a more advanced attempt to weaponise the capabilities of consciousness might have been developed in the present day.The story then explores how Ultimate Reality might respond to such a threat.Deep, elemental forces thus bring together Samantha Martin and Sahadeva Varma, old colleagues from the Stargate Project, to avert the apocalyptic consequences of this military attempt to weaponise consciousness. This fast-paced story spans genres including romance, action, adventure, science fiction and more. Although this story is based on concepts drawn from established spiritual traditions, these have sometimes been extrapolated to the point of very extreme speculation for the needs of an adventure story.Much of the underlying philosophy, however, as explained in the dharma talks given by Samantha Martin, is paraphrased from the guidance of respected spiritual teachers. Scheduling: Starchild is a previously unpublished novel of one hundred thousand words which was serialised in weekly instalments over twenty-five weeks from 15th November 2021 to the 29th April 2022. Each instalment contains five chapters – an average of approximately four thousand words in each instalment.
