I was able to find some scrap paper, a quill, and inkwell. I counted myself as fortunate as I had to do inking as part of art class during homeschool, so I could scratch out my notes. I recorded each window carefully before closing it, all except for my ‘God Slayer’ window, though the last couple hundred windows weren’t much different.

Compiling a summarized version onto a single piece of very rough paper. I had a lot of questions, but hopefully whatever system is bringing up these windows, has a help function. I split them apart on my sheet as best as I could.

Admiring my list, I realized that all these window pop-ups were much like those RPGs I used to play as a child. It’s like those Status… Windows… God Dammit!

A blue window pops up in front of me. A list of all my attributes, skills, statistics are all laid out. It sits in the centre of my vision, ensuring I truly understand how badly I wasted the last 4-5 hours.

Shit, this guy is a bit of a scumbag. Counterfeiting, Betrayal, and Concealment… he’s gotta be in some shady deals, or he’s just a crappy sleazy merchant. Body seems pretty good though, legs feel strong, a lot of chub around the mid-region, hopefully once I find a mirror, I can see what this all looks like together.

Looking over the status window again, I see another point of unfamiliarity, ‘Mana Sickness’.

Doesn’t seem to really answer any questions… Wait… Casting and Mana??

Am I able to cast magic!? Shit, what kind of magic can be done!?

GAAAAAHHH, useless explanations for all of them!

Standing up, pointing my palm and aiming at the fireplace, I shout, “Fireball!”

Nothing happened. Ugh, feeling a little bit woozy from standing up so quickly.

I point at the fire, “Fire Bullet!”, and finger gun the fire.

Nothing happened. Ooof, I need to sit down. Reaching for my chair, my vision is starting to blur and I am getting light headed.

Blood loss is a bitch.

Stumbling to the bed, I close the status window and drop onto the bed. My stomach is gnawing on itself, but I am still just so tired. Lying down, I feel sleep coming for me. “God Slayer, Status”. I can’t keep my eyes focused and close my eyes and try and waive away the window. Sleep comes within seconds once my eyes are closed
