Eszero got off the boat on a sandy bank, and the boat behind her disappeared.
She walked among the tall grass as the wind blew by. Her footstep was light and it seemed the wind was in love with her. Jay found that the way everything interacted with her was very strange, it was if they were part of her.
“Where are you going?” asked Jay.
“Somewhere that will grow my existence,” replied Eszero.
“And where is that?” asked Jay.
“It is everywhere and anywhere, it use to be with you until you killed yourself,” said Eszero.
“Are you mad about that?” asked Jay.
“It was bound to happen sooner or later,” said Eszero:
“Why didn't you try and stop me?” asked Jay.
“I’ve tried and succeeded many times, I was bound to fail sooner or later, as you kept progressing?” said Eszero.
“At what time did you start being with me?” asked Jay.
“From the moment Jelly was born,” replied Eszero.
Jay became a little surprise, he had thought Eszero was still alive but unconscious, he didn't know she had been conscious throughout everything.
“Why didn't you take back control,” asked Jay.
“I saw no need,” replied Eszero.
“You’re like a rock that's gained the will to live,” Jay said with a smile.
“Accurate,” Eszero replied,
“Your thoughts seems to be wondering, what are you thinking about?” asked Jay.
“I’m thinking about something important," said Eszero.
"Not going to share?" asked Jay.
"It's very important to my goals and I don't trust you enough," said Eszero.
"Someone like you cares about trust?" Jay asked with curiosity.
Eszero stopped and looked at the surrounding tall grass that seemed to stretch on forever. Her hair blew with the wind.
"As an Externity, the fastest way for me to grow would be to kill other Externity, however, I'm a newborn Externity so I'm currently very weak compared to other Externity," Eszero said softly.
"Are you hatching a plan that will allow you to kill other Externity?" Jay asked curiously.
"Yes," said Eszero, "the outline of my plan has been formed, I just need to make it full proof, as long as my plan succeeds, I won't have to spend a million years to reach the true world of existence.”
“Am I involved in your plans?” asked Jay.
“No, but I can involve you if you like,” said Eszero.
“Sure, I’ll do it,” said Jay.

A glint flashed through Eszero’s eyes, the surroundings seemed to slow, as if time was slowing down.
“You don't seem like the Jay I know,” Eszero said coldly, her gaze seemed to be filled with harrowing desolation.
Jay gave out a small laugh, “I was pretending to be Jack to see if you would notice,” said Jay.
Eszero seemed to calm upon hearing his words.
“I see,” Eszero said softly, “We will talk about my plan for another time, for now, I shall take a while to try and comprehend more of what I am.”
“Alright,” Jay said with an old tired voice.
Eszero disappeared from the sea of tall grass. She appeared on a junk ship that was flying in the sky. The ship had been made by her and it looked pretty. The ship sailed through the sky peacefully. Below the ship were many rocky green mountains with rivers flowing all around.
Eszero enjoyed the scenery, she made a fishing pole and sat on a lawn chair. She casted the fishing pole and its hook fell from the sky. The reason Eszero was fishing was for no reason, she did not fish to catch fish, she was fishing simply because she wish to catch something. Depending on what Eszero caught, she would decide the next best course of action.
The ray of the sun shined down on Eszero gently, it seemed as if the sun fell in love with her. Eszero could tell that everything around her was gentle to her simply for the fact that she was part of them. A light buzzing flew by Eszero's ear.
She stretched out her delicate hand and a three-horned black beetle landed on it. Eszero looked at the beetle and saw that it was strong and healthy.
“Tell me, Jay, what do you think I should do to pass the time for the next one hundred years?” asked Eszero.
“If your plan is going to take that long to form, just use the thoughtless serum,” said Jay.
“I would but I know I shouldn't,” said Eszero.
“And why is that,” asked Jay.
“You and I both know what it does to a person,” said Eszero.
“For someone like you, you should have no problem using it,” said Jay.
“That is true, but too much of a good thing is a bad thing,” said Eszero.
“That doesn't make sense, especially since it's something too good to be bad,” said Jay.
“Oh let's not play with words anymore and get back to the main topic,” said Eszero.

Jay became silent for a moment as he thought of a good way to pass time.
“Why not take a disciple, have fun teaching him or her,” said Jay, “before you know it, a hundred years could have passed.”
Eszero fell into thought, everything around her seemed to think with her.
“It will be a long wait, but it will be exciting when it's time,” Eszero said softly.
The beetle flew off Eszero's hand and flew away. The junk ship seemed to be filled with energy and it accelerated. It cut through the sky with silent speed. Eszero stood at the helm and watched the scenery pass.
“What kind of disciple do you think I should take?” asked Eszero.
“An orphan,” Jay said bluntly.
“I knew you would say that,” said Eszero.
“And yet you still asked,” said Jay.
“Why is your attitude different,” Eszero calmly asked.
“Living with the person who destroyed your wish does that to you,” said Jay.
Jay looked at Eszero with a calm bored gaze, “But you already know that.”
“Indeed, I shouldn't have asked,” Eszero said without any emotion.
The junk boat stopped and Eszero jumped off it.
“Today was the day a suicidal girl jumped off a boat,” said JJ.
“Whether she’ll survive, no one knows,” said Jack.
“Will she still be pretty after she smashes into the ground?” said Jill.
“Will her clothes be fine after the fall?” said Jelly.
“Will she taste good as a corpse,” said Jim.
The others looked at Jim strangely, they then remembered they made him into a void creature that feasted on flesh. They smiled and looked at Eszero's reaction. Eszero had no expression of emotion on her face, it seemed as if she had been in the same situation hundreds of times.
As Eszero quickly fell, she opened her umbrella and stopped accelerating. She slowly fell like a dandelion and the wind gave her erratic movement.
She landed in a rice field on the mountainside. The farmers around looked at her fearfully with curiosity.
“Bow down peasant, and I’ll spare your dog lives,” said Jie. Jie had a burly body with an arrogant grinning face. He had wild purple hair and wore beast hides that made him look fierce.
A slight shock and surprise filled Eszero’s face. Jack, JJ, Jelly, Jill, and Jim were also surprised. Jay had just made a new them and they did not expect it. Eszero scanned Jie and analyzed every part of his existence. The others also analyzed Jie to see what kind of person he was.
“I like this guy,” JJ said with a grin.
“You two seem alike,” said Jelly.
“Why did you make him,” asked Eszero.
“Cause I wanted to,” replied Jay.
“Wait, how can you exist if we're not combined,” Jim asked Jay with shock.
“All of you are part of Eszero and so am I,” said Jay.
“That does make sense,” said Jelly.
Jay turned to Eszero, “I made Jie because you seem like a person to struggle with interaction,” said Jay.
“Another J name,” Jill said with a sigh.
“Fair enough,” said Eszero.
“Why isn't Jie a girl though,” said Jill.
A slight surprise filled Jay’s face and he turned towards Jie. Jie didn't like the look on Jay’s face. He was filled with some fear but he stood unyielding in front of Jay.
“Brother, you don't have to burn the bridge,” said Jie.
Jay’s eyes were calm, he felt as if he had made a mistake in making Jie.
“Let’s talk after I remake you,” Jay said calmly.
Jie's face turned fierce, he knew he couldn't win, but he wanted to fight back.
"Refusing a toast, only to be forced to drink in forfeit," Jay said with a cold calm.
Surprise filled Jie's face and Jay remade him. Everyone watched in silence as a new Jie was born. The new Jie had long purple shiny glossy hair, a purple scholarly robe, and a purple fan in his hand. His face seemed flawless like a perfectly crafted sculpture.
"Hello, fellow me," Jie said politely with cupped hands.
“I like this new guy,” Jelly said with a smile.
“You two seem alike,” JJ said with a sigh.
Jill narrowed her gaze, "You just turned him smart and wise," said Jill.
Jie looked at Jill with calm, "Fellow me, I like this new me,” Jie said with a smile.
“Alright,” Jill said sighed.
Jill looked at Jay, “I hope the next one is like me,” said Jill.
“No promises,” Jay said with a smile.
“Let’s visit that disciple now,” said Jack.
Eszero agreed with Jack’s word and started walking towards a house. The farmers followed after her silently, they seem to only want to watch.

8 180After Z
The signs were all there. A mysterious fever spreading in the wake of the pandemic. Increasing incidents of unrest with surprisingly little coverage by the media. Breakdowns in basic services. Nick had thought for years that total social collapse would come in his lifetime – he just never expected that collapse to come from the unquiet dead. As soon as he was sure enough that the potential danger outweighed the awkwardness of admitting that yes, the dead were rising, Nick grabbed his bug out bag and bugged out. It felt, at times, that the zombie movies, comics, and games he’d grown up with had been preparing for this moment. And Nick was right. But also very very wrong. After Z is an apocalyptic occult interactive serial about survivors hiding from the dead in a forest preserve. A new chapter is posted every week, and every week supporters vote on which way the story flows. This story will be added to daily until it's caught up with its current state elsewhere; if you don't want to wait you can read ahead on my blog.
