《Multi Me Myself And I》Ch. 99 Meeting Today

Jay woke up from an alarm, he looked towards Erald and saw that the guy was still sleeping. He looked at the world through the mirror sleepily, it was time to pick a chosen now. After picking a chosen, he could quickly go back to sleep.
Jay started connecting with the world through the mirror, he made deal with it and it accepted. Jay casted a spell and a tower formed on one of the continents of the planet. Whoever beat every floor on the tower would become Jay's chosen. Those who were already picked by a deity would not be allowed in the tower.
Seeing that everything was done, Jay set an alarm for another ten years and went back to sleep. Erald opened his eyes for a moment and went back to sleep. The beanie bag felt comfortable and Erald liked sleeping. Erald didn't know why he liked sleeping, perhaps he inherited it from his parents, when Jay woke up again he would ask him about it.
Time kept passing and ten years passed. Jay opened up his eyes sleepily, he wanted to go back to sleep. He looked at the world through the mirror and saw that the tower had fallen, he finally had a chosen. He looked at his chosen and saw a brown-haired man in a brown suit and classy clothing. The browned-haired man at the top of a skyscraper gazed up at the sky with his emerald eyes, a status notification had told him that the deity who had chosen him was looking at him.
This was the first time the deity who picked him was looking at him and he felt a little nervous. The people who worked under him were confused by why he was looking up at the sky.
"Why are you looking up at the sky, mister Hagren?" a woman in a business suit asked.
"My deity is looked at me," Hagren replied.
Everyone around him who was all wearing business suits and black glasses was surprised. Everyone in the world who had been chosen could contact and converse with their deity except Hagren. From the other chosens deities, Hagren learned that his deity was an invited deity that was very lazy and sleepy.
"Hello, my name is Hagren," Hagren said with a bow. Hagren wished his deity responded, he had a lot of energy essence and he would like to spend them for support from his deity.
To help their chosen, a deity must take energy essence from their chosen and give them something of equal value in return. Hagren had saved up a lot of energy essence and he would like to use them for support by spending them in the status screen shop that he hadn't unlocked yet. Jay had added the status screen shop the moment he completed the first deal with the world.

The other deities had found out about his status shop long ago when they first picked their chosen and they have been making great use of it to help out their chosen. They didn't know why Jay was helping out everyone for free, but they liked it greatly since it was helping their chosen's get stronger.
"My name is purple," Jay replied to Hagren in status words, "the deity dining is about to end soon, I'm going to give you a huge advantage so make sure you win."
Hagren felt his connection with his deity cut off. His mind went blank with surprise, was this the only short contact he'll have with his deity. He then thought about the huge advantage his deity was going to give him. Suddenly, in front of his eyes, he saw his status screen change to red. The color change made him excited, perhaps it was going to be a status upgrade.

Looking at the reward he just got, Hagren's mind was filled with shock. He remembered a time when he accepted to be the chosen of deity purple because no one wanted to become the chosen of an unknown deity who gave them a debuff of minus ninety percent energy essence and lose their chance to become a chosen of a strong deity. A mad grin filled his face, all of it was worth it. There was even the fact that the minus ninety percent energy essence that haunted him was no longer there.
All over the world, every and anyone that used the status screen received a message. The message told them everything they needed to know about the new status screen. Shock and rage filled many people's faces. Many felt like something important was taken away from them and they felt entitled to get the free status screen back.
In the rooms of the deity dining hall, deities of deities became mad, they wanted the free status screen back. One by one, they marched out of the room, and extreme pressure filled the deity dining hall. They came to Jay's door and started knocking, but Jay didn't answer, he was asleep and he turned the doorbell off.
The deities looked at one another in dismay and they left, they wanted to break down Jay's door but they couldn't since that wouldn't violate the terms and agreement.

Inside Jay's room, Erald was drinking warm wheat milk with a small smile.
"That was dangerous," he said with a smile.
"Eh," Jay shrugged his shoulder.
"Before you go to sleep, could you tell me why I feel sleepy?" Erald asked.
"Your parents were probably one of the many who decided to keep their sleepily DNA, you most likely inherited it," said Jay.
Erald nodded with a smile and both of them fell back asleep on the beanie cushion.
Years after years passed and a notification popped up inside Jay's head, it seemed he had won. Jay got up along with Erald. The two went into the dining hall and everyone looked at them with a calm expression. A giant ball of Zekyirx essence stood at the center of the round table and a large piece of it broke off and flew towards Jay.
Jay opened his mouth and devoured the Zekyirx essence. Erald saw that he was trying to comprehend the essence and he left the dining hall with Jay. After the two were gone, the rest of the deities broke off their own share of Zekyirx essence. In one of the chairs, Hagren watched the spot where Jay disappeared with interest.
After coming back into Erald's world, Jay kept comprehending the Zekyirx essence as Erald protect him. Insides Jay's head within his conscious, he saw the ball of Zekyirx essence surrounding his existence like a fog. Jay sat down in his mind and thought of what kind of existence or deity he wanted to become. To be honest, Jay didn't want to become a deity at all.
A moment of thoughts passed and Jay made up his mind, he would become a deity of wandering so he could accomplish his goal easier. Zekyirx essence rushed towards his existence which seemed like a formless nothing and changed it, the change happen for a short moment but Jay felt and saw a whole new world.
In the outside world, Jay opened his eyes and softly caressed the grass. Erald stopped protecting him and smiled, it seemed Jay had become a deity. Jay stood up and looked at the wheat field, the windmill, the ocean, the horizon, and the sun. As a deity, Jay didn't know what kind of powers he had but he was willing to learn about them over time.
Thirty years have passed since Jay visited the deity dining hall and he was currently 500 years old. Jay thanked Erald and went back inside his small house where he would sleep and let his other five selves take care of some things. Erald also went back inside his house to sleep, read books, and spread happiness throughout the land.
Years after years passed, time passed but Jay stayed still with Erald, it was getting close to a thousand years but they wait.
One day, the two of them were by the beach playing with crabs like children. Energy rippled far outside the planet in space and the two looked up. A point of formless energy came into existence and expanded into a twirl, it grew bigger and bigger.
"It seems they’re here," Jay said with a smile. Erald turned from the energy looked at him with awe and excitement.
Jay's body started growing bigger and bigger, his hair started turning purple, and tattoos lines of thick purple formed on his body. Nanomachines started forming in his blood with complicated data forming. New clothes formed on him. After he was done, Jay looked like a 12 feet tall purple-haired pale man wearing a beach shirt, a beach shorts, a pair of slippers, tattoos on his arms, and a big grin on his face.
His piercing purple eyes looked at the fully formed DG, he opened his right palm and Erald jumped on it. The head of a solar ship pierced through the DG. It revealed more of its body until a giant solar ship 1000 miles long showed itself unto existence. Looking at the solar ship, Jay was quite calm and Erald felt it.
In U.C, the average strength of an average civilian was that of at least low rank 3. Humanity loved pushing the biological limits of humans and they choose to stop at low rank 3. A solar ship had the power of at least low rank 11 while a planetary ship had the power of at least low rank 6, and there were even stronger ships than solar ship like system ship.
The solar ship quickly scanned the planet and detected civilian signals from Jay and Erald. A spaceship launched out from the solar ship and quickly landed on the water close by Jay and Erald. Erald and Jay did not use their perception, almost any sort of energy could be detected by the technologies U.C had.
The spaceship opened up and a long purple-haired lady wearing a business suit walked out.
"So this is where you were Jack," Reese said with a bright smile with her right hand on her hip.
Jay was surprised, but his expression and feelings turned into that of a joyful laugh. It was good to see a family member again.
