《Multi Me Myself And I》Ch. 60 Stab Stab

A boy with brown hair by the name of Bandy heard the sound of crying and opened his eyes. He looked around and saw some kids around him. This made him panicked because of bad memories. His panic made him move and he felt pain. It took a moment but he realized the kids weren't trying to harm him so he calmed down.
After calming down, he analyzed his situation and saw that he was in a cell. Outside the cell bars, he could only see only darkness, the only light was the light bulb in the cell. He looked back toward the kids around him, he saw some old and some young. In the corner, he could see a blond hair girl crying and sniffing.
A boy in the cell spoke quietly, “Will you stop crying.”
The blond hair girl shook her head.
“Well if you don't stop crying, you'll become the first to go.”
She became panicked and tried to stop crying immediately.
She spoke quietly with fear, “What do you mean by first to go?”
The boy answered back grimly and Bandy listened carefully.
“They take you to drain your blood, if you run out of blood, they kill you.”
She became shocked and scared immediately. Bandy also became scared as he looked around his confined space. His breathing became rough, he became panicked. While panicked, his mind told him he shouldn't be panicking, but the thought that he was most likely not going to survive kept making him panic.
The boy who spoke to the blonde hair spoke. “Oh great, someone else is going to cry.”
The voice of the boy made Bandy calm down a little. While a little calm, Bandy thought of life after death. He was about to keep thinking when he heard footsteps echocing from the cell.
The boy spoke, “Quiet everyone, or you'll be going.” Everyone immediately hushed themselves.
The footsteps echoed and echoed, soon, the footstep was right by their cell. A person covered in a black bodysuit with their face covered came forward from the darkness.
They took out a key and opened the cell. The kids backed away from the door cell. The person came into the cell and shut the door, they also locked it. They came close to a little girl who started screaming and roughly pinned her down. Everyone else backed away from the person and the girl.
The little girl screamed more in terror as the person took a needle and stabbed her with it. Immediately, the little girl no longer screamed. The person took out another needle and stabbed the girl. The needle had a plastic straw that turned red. Everyone watched quietly in horror as the person went about their business.
Bandy knew that he was most likely not getting out of this place alive. He turned his fight mode on and he turned feral. He charged towards the person and slammed into them. The other children widened their eyes in shock.

The person roared, “the fuck!”
It was the voice of a women. The voice of a women made Bandy shocked since he always instinctively thought of them as good people, it seems he was wrong. The shock only lasted for a moment and Bandy punched with his small fist. The woman turned towardS him and slammed her palm into his face.
Bandy quickly recovered and screamed, “help me.”
Hearing Bandy scream, many cowered in fear while some turned on their primal instinct for blood. The woman came on Bandy and was about to punch him when two other kids slammed into her.
The woman growled, "Arrrgh, you little rats."
The two kids who slammed into the woman knew they couldn't beat her. What they did know with quick math was that one plus one was two, and two was greater than one. They two of them screamed with authority of savagery.
"Helps us take her down."
Their screams made everyone who cowered awakened their primal instinct. It was like all of them were a pack and they were working together to take down a threat. The cowering children's roared and charged forward. They slammed into the woman and proceeded to kick, punch, bite, and scratch at her.
If the woman was a man she could have easily pushed back the kids, unfortunately, genetics dictated that she wasn't one. Under the overwhelming attack of the kids, she screamed in terror and fear. Her fears and terror made the kids feel happy and exhilarated, it was like they were taking down a weakening prey.
A kid grabbed the mask of the woman and tore it off. She had a pretty face with black hair. That didn't matter to the kids and they slammed their attacks onto her face. The woman face became bloodied and she screamed for help.
Her screams for help made the kids fear for the worst but they were already too far in. A kid drew back his fist and slammed a punch into the women's mouth. As they kept beating her, they could see that she was close to dying.
Bandy who was still rational and on the floor got up. He looked at the kids beating up the women in happiness. He looked at the cell door and thought about the key.
He screamed at the kids, "get her keys."
The kids searched for her key and quickly found it. They threw the keys towards Bandy and he caught it. Bandy quickly went towards the cell door and opened it.
"Come on, let's escape," he said with excitement.
The kids became excited and they all ran for the doors. Bandy went out the door first and a stick made of steel slammed into him, he fell down screaming and clutching at himself in pain. The children's stopped in shock and fear.

A man from the darkness spoke, "I knew the newbie would make a mistake, good thing I followed after her."
Another man spoke, "yeah yeah, your right, now let's get these rats back in order." The man looked at the kids and screamed, "Get back in your cage, rats!"
The children backed into the cage in fear. One of the man grabbed Bandy by the scruff of his neck and tossed him back into the cell, Bandy screamed in pain. The men came into the cell and looked at the woman who was bleeding profusely.
One of them spoke, "tch, what a waste, we'll have a hard time looking at her face during our sweet time now."
The two looked at the kids and thought about whether they should carry out some discipline. In the end, they decided not too, can't have the cash maker too damaged. One of them hosted the woman up on their shoulder and the two walked towards the cell door.
They closed the cell doors and left the kids in silence. The kids didn't speak, all of them were quiet, no one said anything. The events made them happy and fearful at the same time. They were happy that they were in power, if only for a moment; and they were fearful of what was to come next time.
A sound clinked and a ball rolled into the cell. The kids looked at the ball and it exploded white clouds. Bandy couldn't process the explosion as his eyes closed. Not a single kid was left standing in the cell. The two men came back into the cell with more men's and they grabbed the kids.
They transported the kids to another room and tied them onto lab tables. A men in a lab coat on a podium smiled and spoke loudly. "Start the harvesting everyone."
The people in lab coat nodded and proceeded to start stabbing children's with knifes. One by one, screams of pain rang out. Bandy awoke and he screamed with everyone. He tried to move but he saw that he was stuck on a table.
The man in lab coat looked at him coldly and proceeded to to cut him. Bandy screamed in pain and cried in pain. He could hear kids pleading for mercy all around him. Bandy too, screamed for mercy.
The man in lab coat stabbing him smiled and spoke, "sorry, we ran out of anesthetic, and our clients really needs your organs quickly. Don't worry though, none you will die, scarred, maybe." Bandy barely heard him through his pain and screaming children's.
The man kept stabbing him on until Bandy felt unconscious from the pain. The unconsciousness didn't last long as Bandy would be woken up from sharp pain.
Bandy screamed, "can't you hear our pain?"
The man stabbed him again and smiled, "I can't hear what you said with this earplug on, I gotta focus on this operation or my boss will kill me if I mess up. What I can see though, is that your very mad." The man proceeded to stab him again and Bandy fell unconscious from the pain.
After many hours, everything was done and there were no screams left. The man in lab coat on the stage and looked around satisfied.
"Good work everyone, send the broken rats to room MBD," he spoke with a smile.
Everyone got to work immediately and started moving the kids. Every kid was to be moved to room MBD. Jay watched everything silently, he knew that if he had not been combined, Jill would have done everything in her powers to save the kids. Jay also knew that there were many options to pick from during this situation of his.
Jay knew that Bandy couldn't survive if he used too many cells to create pheromones or bacteria strong enough to influence humans. He also couldn't send strong electrical signal to control humans since Bandy barely had enough energy in his body to send electrical signal to function his body.
Jay could have killed Bandy in order to be free from Bandy and take over another body to save the kids. Unfortunately, while that would have worked since he would be contesting an adult for their soul which would have taken a few moments, it would also reveal the secrets of his monstrosity which would hinder his ability to work peacefully in this world. He couldn't have any kids being witness.
Lastly, he could have stopped Bandy from feeling pain. The reason he didn't stop Bandy from feeling pain was so that he could send signal waves to protect all one hundred childrens sanity.
But in the end Jay knew these were all excuses. He could have simply killed Bandy and took over another body to kill other bodies for nutrients which would in turn allow him to save the kids. The reasons he didn't do so was simply because he saw Bandy in himself. The question was simple for Jay, did Bandy deserve to die?
In the end, Jay decided to save Bandy while letting the other kids suffer. Why did Bandy deserve to die, when he wasn't the one who caught the childrens and tortured them. For Jay, it felt unfair to kill Bandy in order to ease the suffering of others.

Blood & Noodles
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] As they always have, humanity hunts the gods roaming the world, craving the supernatural power that flows within their veins. Even a drop is zealously guarded, passed from master to student through the ages. It is with this stolen power that the Blooded - those with divine blood coursing through them - grasp beyond mortality and achieve prestige, power, and greatness. Yet, for every fraction of power gained, thousands perish, slain by the gods' supernatural prowess. But everything is beginning to change. Eight years ago, for the first time in human memory, a god was felled. Part-time chef and full-time nuisance Orvi wants nothing to do with gods. Living in a derelict city, his only concerns are ensuring his adopted family's restaurant is prosperous and how to best beat the neighbourhood boys in a fight. If he's lucky, he might even snag a date with the farmer's daughter at the market. But even though he cares nothing for the gods or their blood, the world won't leave him alone forever. Because to reach godhood, one must first leave their humanity behind. *** The first arc of Blood & Noodles follows the adolescent Orvi as he attempts to navigate his rapidly changing home and - by his own definition - protect his family. The story is told almost entirely in the first-person, from the perspective of a teenager who isn't always the sharpest tool in the shed. There are tragic elements, especially in the current arc. It's character-focused and driven, though the protagonist's shenanigans are backdropped by a world operating independently from him. Orvi's a generally light-hearted character, and though the story veers into darker territory, I also want it to be able to make readers smile. Action sequences, despite the fantastical elements, are meant to be grounded and clearly-conveyed; Orvi is a brawler, not a warrior. I'm trying to write a story that's enjoyable to read and flows nicely, mainly because it's more fun to write. I'm also trying to improve my writing, so any feedback, whether positive or negative, is welcome!
