[Dark Chamber]

Inside a wide spacious dome chamber lay a small bright ball of light in it's center. The appearance of such a thing was completely out of synergy to the surroundings

The bright ball of light was something akin to as light in the middle of the darkness, but this kind of reason wasn't something that would make Hibiki to back away at all

As he approached the bright ball of light he suddenly noticed that the light itself was changing shape forming into a adult man with wings behind his back

In one notice, one could distinguish such a person as an angel for it's immaculate appearance

"Who are you? What are you? Why did you lead me here?" Asks Hibiki as series of questions suddenly filled up his mind

"I am Raguel! A certain celestial race" replied the white light

Hearing him Hibiki became a little bit surprised as he clearly have red back at the castles library that such race was long gone extinct because of the holy war that happened in the past

"Celestial race?... That's impossible! Celestial race was long gone extinct" denied Hibiki

"I am aware of our race consistencies... You could say that I am the last of my kind that still survive till this day, even though I'm just a mere spirit now" agreed the white light

With that Hibiki became much more ascertain that such person was talking to him

"What do you want?" Asks Hibiki as he touches the hilt of his sword

As if reacting to this the white light immediately answered

"No need to be violent!... I myself led you here for a purpose" said the white light

"Your high affinity for light element are quite high which makes you much more suitable to receive my power which is Divine light" it added

Hearing that Hibiki became a little relaxed as he continues to probed more unto the situation

"So what is it to you?" He asks

With that question the white light suddenly asked Hibiki a question that was completely out of place of their conversation

"Tell me... Do you want power?"

At that question Hibiki himself became stunned for a bit before pulling himself together again and replying

"I'm already a hero who has limitless of capabilities... I can grow stronger if I train hard and gaining more experience... So what use is your power to someone who can naturally grow strong overtime?" Pointed out Hibiki as he became fully aware that the white light was up to something

Hearing Hibiki's question that white light suddenly told him something that would stimulate his desire for further power

"Don't deny it!"

"What?" Asks Hibiki in confusion to what the white light said

"You desire strength more than anyone... I already know that you are from another world and in your past two lives, you suffered much that it would leave behind past trauma" said the white light as it enhances the desire of Hibiki to seek strength without letting the person to notice what it's doing

"You've become a hero which excites you the most, You've gained power that is way beyond the normal standards of the people in this world, you've become someone who revered by many...you've must have thought that you have become someone even suffering couldn't touch right? But all of it was shattered when you met that one particular person" said the white light as it ignited the memory of Kaido suddenly overwhelming him during the exhibition match

Hearing this Hibiki suddenly became stunned as if he was in a trance or something

"That's the past! He's our comrade now! And such battle wasn't a display of all I had... I was simply outsmarted" stated Hibiki

"You can call it anything you like but it doesn't change the fact that your life change at that moment" said the white light

"What do you mean?" Asks Hibiki in confusion

"In the past before you met him, your princess was something akin to close to you that it made you somehow all giddy inside and your comrades are much more closer to you. But after you met him, Lily who was really close to you suddenly started approaching him while your comrades suddenly seemed to understand his underhanded way of dealing things" said the white light as it flashes the past that happened during Kaido's mingling with his party members

Upon hearing this Hibiki was unable to refute as the situation was exactly as the white light said. They would've have questioned him in the past but now it seems that Kaido's way of handling things was now common for his team members

"I know deep down inside of you that you are oppose to what that guy is doing... His moral is a little bit twisted but none dares to question him... And you know why? Because he has the strength to back up his words" stated the white light

"You... You can't trick me! Your just messing in my head" said Hibiki as he felt that something was amiss when the white light is speaking

For some reason he felt that what the white light said was correct and he found it soothing just to be with it, this kind of feeling greatly distressed him so he concluded that the white light seemed that it has something to do to his current self

"Don't struggle! If you don't move now then everything would be taken away from you again" said the white light as it shows Hibiki the the grim future of him being abandoned using illusion magic followed by deception magic to make it feel more realistic

With deception magic it made Hibiki seem to feel that what he is currently seeing in a illusion was quite real, even the feelings was copied because of the magic causing the person to even falter in his ways

As series of bad events was shown to him by the white light, the spirit itself also consoled Hibiki in order to stimulate his desire for power

"I can prevent all of this from happening"

"Really? how?" Asks Hibiki as he was at his limit of breaking down from what he saw

"Simple! You just let me reside inside of you for a moment and when the time comes that I have regained my strength... Then I shall aid you in avoiding such tragic event" said the white light

As if like a spark of hope Hibiki begun to clung to the white light in the pit of his despair

Seeing Hibiki's reaction the white light concluded that such magic was a success to make the Hero's will falter

"Please!" Begged Hibiki

"So tell me... Do you seek power?" Asks the white light

Without a moment's notice and without knowing that he was pulled all along Hibiki immediately answered

"Yes! Give me power!"

At that moment Hibiki's body glowed so bright as the spirit of Raguel and Hibiki merged into one body

When the series of merging finished Hibiki himself returned to normal completely forgetting what he was doing there

Hibiki's memory of contacting the spirit Raguel was completely erased by the spirit to avoid any leakage of such information, for such an act was a taboo in this world

As if he knows everything Hibiki walked away as if he knows where to go from that point onwards and later exited the dark passage unhindered

U know to him someone was actually observing him from the dark while following his tracks

Little did Hibiki know that the particular spirit would be the reason why he and Kaido would greatly change in behavior into the future and bring destruction unto the land

[Kaido's route]

In the middle of the darkness stands Kaido all alone

The person himself was quite confused why such a phenomenon occured until suddenly a creepy voice spoke up to his ear from behind

"You let your guard down!" It whispered

As if reacting to that Kaido immediately turned around only to see that a giant dark hand suddenly grasp him into unending darkness

Due to that Kaido snapped out from his dream and came back to reality greatly distressed

His reaction from his nightmare startled both Mia and Lily as they looked at him in confusion

"Are you okay?" Asks Lily

"You seem like you've seen a ghost" commented Mia

In Return to that Kaido turned his attention at the clothed cursed sword beside him

"Day by day... Your getting aggressive into controlling me" he muttered

Unknown to him the cursed sword had already managed to grasp a little bit of his soul which made his red eyes turned black for just a moment before returning to its original color

Little did he know that inside of him he begun to change into something that he wasn't before
