[South Of The Empire]

~2 days before arrival~

As the light illuminated from behind the cloudy day, the company stops at the nearest village at the south of the empire

Princess Ingrid is commanding the knights to prepare to move out after they get some rest and have their meal

Since the village doesn't have some inn's, the company agreed for some of them to catch some food that are strolling down the forest nearby

Kaido immediately volunteered to do it alone for he was already bored to death from all this traveling, he was not fond of traveling for so long after all and much prefer cars than wagon but sadly cars was non existent in this world

After some time passed Kaido returned carrying a huge wild boar using his psychic powers to levitate it and prompted it to be cooked as pork chop

Since Kaido is the only person who knows how to cook the newly heard good named pork chop, he had no choice but to cook it himself and serve it to the company and the villagers which made everyone be surprised at how excellent his cooking skill is

Meanwhile the hero's party are out in the commercial district to shop for some clothes that they will wear during the hero's debut and since they are part of the hero'sparty they need to to look truly extravagant than the other attendees and royalties

"So which suit do you think fits me?" Asks Alda as he pulls out two different sets of suit and shows it to Mia

"I don't know! Whatever suits your taste I guess?" Stated Mia

As Alda was trying his best to choose Mia returned to Lily's side and talked about the jewelries when suddenly Luke came out form the changing room trying out a suit

Upon seeing this Alda laughed

"What the heck? Hahahaha! Well I guess that thing fits just about right! You look like an uncle!" Said Alda

"That's because I am older than all of you guys" said Luke

"But still hahahahaha!" Replied Alda

As this was happening Hibiki came out of the changing room and approached Lily

"So? How do I look?" He asks

"You look quite dashing!" She replied softly

Hearing that Hibiki smiled as he said

"But you what's more dashing?.... Seeing you in a beautiful dress" said Hibiki trying to make Lily fall for him

Upon hearing that Lily became flustered as she said

"Quit joking around! I have no time to play your games" she said as she urged Mia to go to the girls section while the latter was smiling at Lily's flustered expression

With that Alda and Luke approached Hibiki as Alda praised him

"That was smooth!"

But Hibiki just smiled while gazing at Lily

Inside the throne room king Emperor Ergo was having a discussion with Duke Agra about the upcoming event in two days time

"So our guest will arrive two days from now... Have you prepared everything that will tempt him to join the hero's party? Asks the King emperor

"Everything is prepared! And if the guest is still not willing then we will have no choice but to subdue him through show of strength in a exhibition match so that he could see just how much benefit he would receive by joining the hero's party rather than not joining it" said Duke Agra

"That's great!... By the way! Wheres Marquez Lucio? I haven't seen him today?" Ask the King emperor

"I heard that he is busy handling some affairs so that he could pin his returning daughter permanently to the empire and ensure that she wouldn't escape again" said Duke Agra

Hearing that King Emperor Ergo silently nodded

And with that the snow started to fall again by the time it struck four in the afternoon

~Day of arrival~

After 1 day and two nights have passed the day of the company's arrival have come followed by the arrival of different invited royalties from different human kingdoms to the empire

The hero himself is donned in a outfit benefitting for welcoming the guest

As he entered the throne room he was greeted by Lily and his other party after that he was greeted by other nobles even the King Emperor himself

"So today is the day that our guest will arrive! I just hope that he has some interesting character" said Alda

"I hope that he's strong that's all!" Said Luke

"Hahaha! Well I'm pretty sure he's strong! He defeated a demon after all!" Said Hibiki

As the boys conversed Mia approached Lily and said

"I hope that the new guy is charming and gentle unlike a brute guy I know!" Complained Mia as he looks at Alda

Seeing that Lily chuckled as she says

"Well we won't know until we meet him in person!" She said

After that Mia looked at Lily as she says

"Hey! Don't fall for the new guy if he's charming alright? Or else our hero would lose his motivation!" Said Mia

"Why does his motivation have to do with me?" Asks Lily as she states at Mia

At with that they continued to talk

[Near the Empire's Gate]

As for the company they arrived at the Empire's walls as they gazed the capital from afar

"We arrived" said princess Ingrid

As she said that it caught the attention of other members as peak out their heads and looked at the lively capital and saw rows of royalties entering the capital heading to the castle at the middle of it

"So we arrived!" Said Kaido

When Kaido glanced at Rebecca the latter herself seemed uncomfortable as she looks at the capital

"Hey! What's wrong with you?" Asks Kaido

"Nothing I'm just nervous" replied Rebecca

Upon hearing this instead of believing her Kaido knew that Rebecca just lied at that moment for he felt the waves of unease around Rebecca and the sound of flunctuation in her heart reacted the moment she said that indicating that she lied but Kaido himself didn't push it any further for he thought that she may have her reasons of doing it

With that in mind Kaido returned his gaze back at the capital as he finally moved on to his first objective and that is meeting the human Hero
