[Border Of Eldion Empire]

All in all the travel from Ingra Kingdom to Eldion Empire takes about three weeks and the company in which the crew are together with are only traveling for one week which only leads them to its border, that's how far Ingra Kingdom is located to Eldion Empire

Since the month started to enter winter, the winds howls became colder and snows started to pile up into the ground

When the company traveled to for their Second week they took time to rest in an inn from some small village while also taking some rest from all the the stress accumulated from the travel

During this time pole of snow slowly envelopes the place so to enjoy it's time Kaido the human transmigrated level 5 esper brought Sui the little girl siren who announced that she was Kaido's daughter out of the inn to enjoy the snow around

While Sui is spending time with Zia the elf sister of Melfina another elf, Kaido quietly stood from the sides watching them

When Melfina approached Kaido she informed about the fact that both Rebecca the first female swordman human companion and Okou the male guardian human companion was conversing about something to princess Ingrid of the Ingra Kingdom

"I see so they are already planning ahead in case if there are cases on banditry on our way to the empire" muttered Kaido

"Don't worry Kaido-sama no matter who they are they wouldn't be able to see daylight if they oppose us" replied Melfina

"I don't mind about that! As long as we can get the trust of the kingdom we will have a powerful asset in the future.... Remember in order to survive one must have connections" said Kaido as he formed roots in the form of ice in his palm

"But if it is found that a connection is an obstacle for us... Never hesitate to cut him down" he added as he slice off some of ice roots in his palm

"Ensuring one's survivability could make one rise again through hardship and time" he said as he closed his palm

Hearing what Kaido said Melfina eyes brimmed in amazement as she nodded her head

As silence pass by some time, Kaido spoke up

"By the time we arrive at the Empire's capital will be the day the two prisoner guest were expecting to move out!... In accordance to the information given to us by Pablo, they would be moved at another location during the night... By then prepare to move out an hour earlier... We must acquire them at all cost!" Said Kaido while gazing at the playing Sui

Hearing Kaido's intention Melfina nodded in obedience as she returned back to the inn

When Melfina left Kaido called out Sui making the latter approach him with such cute footsteps appropriate for her kind of age

"Papa! You called?" Asks Sui

Looking at her Kaido bent down and said

"Sui! Do you know that this pile of white snow is made up of tiny particles of fractals?" Stated Kaido

"Fractals? Are this snow that amazing?" Asks Sui

"Well yeah! This snow in my hand is made up of tiny pallets called fractals, a hexagonal shape with beautiful ice pattern engraved on it... What's more amazing is that such tiny fractals consist on many more tiny fractals under microscopic view and all of them look like the tiny fractals I just mentioned which in turn makes them look like infinite" said Kaido

"Really? If such small thing is so much mysterious and amazing then Just how much amazing is all the things around us?" Said Sui in excitement

Seeing her excited expression Kaido smiled and said

"The elements of the world is so mysterious that people believe that it has more to offer, making them become more curious to find it out by research and experiments... Such process leads to the development of the world but the same process also leads others to their ruin" said Kaido as he gaze from far away like he was thinking something else

"Ruin? Aren't they satisfied enough that they could help? Why would they need to harm others?" Asks Sui as she tilted her head in a cute way

"People can't be satisfied easily! All beings has demands that they need in such that it has so much demand that the world can only provide so much that it could not satisfy they're curiosity.... Remember learning too much is not good! There are somethings are better not knowing!" Reminded Kaido

"You need to learn to know when it is too much already... Got it?" Asks Kaido as he strokes Sui's hair

"Umu!" Nodded Sui

Seeing her agreeing with him Kaido told Sui

"Alright make me a snowball! three of them exactly! One is bigger than the other!" Said Kaido

When Sui heard that she immediately leap for joy and started to make a snow ball

When Kaido stood up he said to Zia

"I hope you can protect her when I'm somewhere else!" He said

"Don't worry Kaido-sama! You can leave Sui-sama with me... I'm confident with my knife throwing skills" replied Zia

Hearing her words Kaido realized that only Sui from his companions seemed ordinary compared to the others

Much time passed when princess Ingrid approached Kaido and said

"One week from now and we'll arrive at the empire!" She said

"I know!" Replied Kaido

"Don't make a scene out there!" Said princess Ingrid

"Sure" replied Kaido

"Make sure to hold your temper in front of the hero and try to avoid a fight with him" added princess Ingrid

As she said this Kaido stared at her and said

"Why are you so worried of me doing this stuff's?" He asks

"Because I know your temper! And I got to know you more during this trip!" She said while smiling at him

Hearing her Kaido just gave off a wry smile as he said

"Fine! I'll try" he said

As they talk for a little while they both gazed at the playing Sui as she makes the biggest snowman she can create together with Zia

[Eldion Empire, Capital West Forest]

In the west of the Empire's majestic capital where the royalties castle is located the hero is together with his party subjugating a wave of ice wolves

When they ice wolves pounced on the hero in shining white armor which can be found in certain Isekai stories, the hero itself stops the ice wolf attack by only one hand and drags it down to the ground and killed it

"That's the last of them!" Said Alda the swordman
