[Ingra Kingdom Walls]

As multitude of soldiers and armored officials also nobles gathered at the gates, one figure wearing a black hooded robe strode past the soldiers and went to the gates

[Outside The Kingdom, North side Forest]

A huge winged horned demon was lurking in bloodshed eyes at the gates of the human kingdom

As he turned it's gaze behind him he saw multiple demons of different categorize all round up and ready to charge out and invade when the opportunity arises

As he lumps down on one side of the three another demon walks up to him and asks

"Are you sure we can trust that human to open the gates?"

"I'm sure" replied the winged demon

"How can you be sure?" Asks the other

"Humans... Are Greedy creatures they always do everything to get what they want! The prince is the same!" Replied the winged demon

After a moment of silence the demon asks

"Are we really giving the kingdom to him?"

"Of course but it will only be a kingdom shed by the blood of his own people" replied the winged demon

"I see... A king without it's people" said the demon in amazement

"Every request has a price... If your dealing with a demon" said the winged demon

[Ingra Kingdom Square]

As continuous troops ran down the aisle, Reinbach on horse followed by Okou, Rebecca, and Melfina hurried over until they reached the square where most guards are piled up ready to confront the demons

"There are a lot of soldiers here! I feel measly against this numbers" said Okou

"Fret not! This are only troops from other nobles gathered from their territories, the kingdom soldiers are on the Frontline walls at this very moment" said Reinbach

As they talked Melfina suddenly interrupted them

"Alright! My sister and Sui manage to arrive at the castle but they were immediately relocated outside the southern walls and told to shelter themselves to the mountains" said Melfina

Hearing her Rebecca nodded and said

"It can't be helped"

"The invasion this time is so big in scale that it can probably affect the castle... The best way to be safe is to go to the mountains" added Reinbach

"I agree... The kingdom is not safe as it is" said Rebecca

As they talked the king and and her daughter arrived at the square and was quite surprised by the amount of soldiers in there

"My king!" Shouted Reinbach

Hearing him king Simon gazed at him and said

"Reinbach! I'm glad to see a noble doing his duty" said the king

"Where's General Stone?" Asks Reinbach

"The General is at the kingdoms walls" said princess Ingrid

Seeing her Reinbach and the group bowed down in respect

"No need for that! We are in a dire crisis here there is a time and a place for everything" said the princess

As she said that a huge explosion occured at the gates

[Ingra Kingdom Gates]

In the gates the prince was caught red handed by General Stone so now the soldiers and General Stone are on a standoff with Prince Johannes

"Don't do it prince or else this act shall be clearly state a treachery for the kingdom" taunted General Stone while sweat and shivers showers him

While staring at the General the prince however smiled and said

"Enough is enough! I'm tired of being second fiddle! With each growing day my father grow fond of my sister and some day announce the throne to her and in order for that not to happen I've resulted to this" said the prince as he raises his sword

"Then better yourself! What you feel is fear of the future and fear cannot be trusted" said General Stone

Hearing that the prince gave a snarl and said

"It's too late"

As he said that he swung his sword at the rope that held the gate closed

As he cuts the ropes the gates door immediately opened prompting the demons to begun their assault

"Demons! Burn them!" Roared the winged demon

As he said that a surge of waves after waves of demons run out of the woods and charged up to the castle

While fending off the prince a shout came from the walls

"Demons! They're attacking!!!" Shouted the soldiers

Hearing this the prince laughed maniacally but General Stone headbutted him and said

"Pin him down! NOW!" Ordered by the General

"Mages prepare your spells bring out the cannons, and ballista's! Activate the magic tower.... On my mark! FIRE!"

As he shouted those words, series after series of spells and bombardments landed on the enemy desintegrating some of their soldiers but it didn't stop their fervor

"Shields up! Spears forward!" Shouted General Stone as he ordered the Frontline soldiers

After like a long moment which is actually just a second the demons rammed through the walls, some goes through the walls and slammed at the soldiers while some climb the walls and aimed for the troops in it while others flew over it only to be met by series of bombardment from both soldiers, mages, and even adventurers who joined in

"STEADY!!! PUSH!!!" Ordered General Stone

As he said that the Frontline soldiers pushed the waves of demons opening a path to them

"Kill them for the kingdom!" Roared the General

"For the kingdom!!!" Roared everyone

As the war cry was shouted bother sides collided with each other and casualties begun to rise in numbers

Being pinned down the prince can't do a thing until a winged demon flew down and killed all the guards in the area as it swings it's cursed demon sword

As the guards fell.the prince got up and said

"I've been waiting!" Said the prince

"Well the humans are more Tenacious than a thousand years ago! Their military compatibility clearly improved" said the winged demon

As the winged demon said that, the prince looks back at the castle and said

"Keep the king and the princess alive I want to personally kill the king" said prince Johannes

"And the princess?" Asks the winged demon

"I've got my plans for her!" He smirked

As he said that both of them gazed at the castle as the prince said

"Let's go to the castle!"

When he said that they begun their March

[Ingra Kingdom Square]

While everyone heard the war cry a soldiers suddenly arrived at the square and reported to the king the grave news

"What? The prince betrayed us? What reasons does he have to betray us?" Asks the king

Hearing what the king said Reinbach muttered to himself

"So kaido-dono was right"

Hearing the grave news princess Ingrid finally noticed that Kaido was nowhere to be seen so she asks Reinbach

"Where's kaido-sama?" She asks

"Kaido-dono is at the back I think..." Said Reinbach while trying to avoid the princess gaze

Hearing the worry in the voice of the princess both Melfina and Rebecca squinted their eyes at the princess while Okou himself sigh as he can't understand woman's feelings

When the princess wanted to asks more an explosion sounded at the entrance of the square as surge of demons started to collide with the soldiers

Later on the whole kingdom was in complete chaos as battle broke out from all corners of it, whether I North, south, east, or even the west! All places are occupied by soldiers, mages, and adventurers fighting agaisnts the demon army of different categorize from simple demonic beast to high noble demons

[Atop Of The Castle Edge]

Looking below from above Kaido is overseeing everything and he can even see his group engaging a fierce battle against the demons below

He is currently searching for the prince when suddenly two figure near the gate he saw the prince dined in his armor covered by a robe and a huge winged demon passing through the soldiers,mages, and adventurers leaving only dead bodies in their way

Seeing this chaotic event Kaido gave a sigh as he stood up and said

"Time to dispose of a trash and his trash partner"
