Time moved so slow as kaido retracted it's arm and charged at Goddess Serefina to kill her and vent on his frustration

As kaido reach an inch meter at Serefina an unprecedented pressure suddenly weight down Kaido pinning him down to the ground

Due to the pressure Kaido can't even lift his head to glare at the Goddess

"You know it's prohibited to attack a god in his territory right?" Pointed out Serefina

Hearing this Kaido tried to raise his body by pushing it up and punvhing the ground

As kaido slammed his hand to the ground, the pavement itself cracked due to the pressure

But Kaido didn't give up and continued to resist as he tried to stand up

"Haaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!!"

Using all his might Kaido manage to breakthrough and stood up, but the moment he did just that another pressure weight him down which by his feet to the ground and made him kneel

"DAMN IT!!!!!!!" he roared

With this Serefina started to talk

"Why are you trying to kill me anyway?" She asks

Hearing this Kaido tried to lift his head as he spoke

"Why... Not? The mo..ment you led me hear... Grrr.... Greatly angered me.... Why... Can't you just.... Leave...me alone" said Kaido as he struggled to speak

Seeing the inconveniences of talking due to the pressure Serefina waved her hand and all the pressure in the room dissipitated like it was never there to begin with

As the pressure vanished Kaido was able to breath calmly as sweats trickled down his face, while panting he smiled and murmured

"So this is the strength of a god! Interesting!"

While observing him, Serefina spoke up again

"The reason I brought you into my realm is because you started moving your piece... You may be late but you still joined in" said Serefina

As kaido straightened his stand and tidy up his clothes he spoke

"So it is like a game! The objective is defeating the demon king who ruined the peace of different races... And in order to attain this war is a must" said Kaido

Hearing him deduct all this without any heads up whatsoever compared to the god reliant heroes Serefina was quite amused

"You are quite smart! Unlike the heroes you didn't need any heads up! You are quite different" praised Serefina

Hearing her mentioning the heroes Kaido twitched a little

"But there is one thing I don't understand.... Why would the demon king declare for war if there was peace?" Asks Kaido

With that Serefina answered

"Demons are not all peaceful race... Some wanted war! While others don't... Maybe the reason is territory? Dispute? Or personal reasons!" Said Serefina

But contrary to her words Kaido shakes his head nonstop

"No! I've researched the demons this past month while keeping an eye in the business and the village... Rundel's transformation made me curious! If the demons are strong then why would they wage war after this past 100 years of peace... Something just doesn't add up" stated Kaido

With Kaido's remark Serefina raises her eyebrows

"So you think the demon king's declaration is not the reason for the war?" Asks Serefina

"Precisely but I still lack evidence, I need some source in which it could tell me more" said Kaido

As he pondered, Serefina chimed in as she said

"There is one! In the elves territory! In their tower cause in this world elves are proficient in high scale magic so its obvious that it has a library or something" stated Serefina

"Library? A book or a document?" Asks Kaido

Seeing that Kaido is interested Serefina helped him

"The book is called Akashic Records! It holds all the knowledge in the universe including your world, with that books help you can know the truth why such war erupted after these years of peace and also you will know who is the cause of these war" said Serefina

Hearing her Kaido said

"So you can't tell me it's information stored? And here I thought the gods are all knowing and powerful" said Kaido sarcastically

In contrary to this Serefina denied his claim and said

"We gods are not almighty as you think we are! We also have our own faults! No one is perfect" said Serefina

Hearing this Kaido nodded in agreement cause after all that is a fact for everyone who has common sense

"So the elf society! Based on this worlds map that I saw... The elves continent is the closest to the demon continent while the human continent are the farthest among the three continent" stated Kaido

"I'm here in the human kingdom and there is still the human empire then the beastmen and dwarves nation the the elves continent and at the farthest is the demon continent which is ruled by the demon lord... That will take me a long time to get there" pondered Kaido

Hearing his worry Serefina giggled as she says

"Of course that's called adventure and you will face many challenges in the future but you have to get through this invasion" said Serefina

Hearing her Kaido realized something... Why would the demons be here if they're continent is far away... Only leads to one answer there is a portal connecting two continents

"All right I'll do it!" Said Kaido

"Great but you should know the path your taking is different from the heroes so you should expect a moment where both you and the hero will fight to the death"

Hearing Serefina's warning Kaido smiled

"If the hero is strong then let him attack me! I'll pummel him down to make him wake up to reality" said Kaido arrogantly

And with that Kaido started to disappear as their time runs out

When everything became silent and Serefina was all alone she nurtured

"I hope you can pass through all the challenges... You will be faced by many problems such as death, sacrifice, betrayal, lies, and suffering... I hope you can protect those who are dear to you with all your might" said Serefina grimly as she foresaw Kaido's dark future ahead
