After the interrogation on the traitorous maid finished with a little threat Kaido entered the living room of the Louche family where Reinbach and his wife and daughter including some butler, guards, maids, and Kaido's companions are currently located at

As he entered everyone in the room looked at him expectant that he will get something out from the maid

"So? How did it go?" Asked Reinbach anxiously

After a slight silence he answered

"It's confirmed! The Earl's family are connected to the incident of poisoning"

Hearing the confirmation Reinbach gritted in anger as he learned that the family in which he would've untrusted her daughter with was the same one that true to destroy his family

"They dare! They not only asked for my daughter's hand but also planned for our family's downfall? What have we ever do to them?" Roared Reinbach

Eli Reinbach's wife also grimaced from the knowledge of her poisoning while caressing Lilith's head

"Um! Kaido-dono I thank you for saving my life but do you know the reason why the Earl family is aiming for our destruction?" Asks Eli

With that question Kaido remembered something while he was strolling the city when he has free time

"Monopolization!" He muttered

But since the room was quite it was heard by all people inside it

"Monopo... Wait! Your saying they're doing this cause of some competition?" Asks Reinbach

"Probably!" Replied Kaido

I've seen many stores in this city but I only saw two emblems on their signboards, at first I didn't mind those signs since I thought they were insignificant but later I realized they were actually symbols of two families" added Kaido

"Since they're are two blooming business in this city then it can't be helped for a competition to occur and in every competition the other always wants to dominate over the other" stated Kaido

"People's greed are unsatisfiable" pointed out by Kaido

Hearing the last remark Reinbach now understood why the Earl family started to become a little bit clingy to them and reluctantly asked for her daughter's hand, it was all an act to bring them down when their guards are down

At first he thought that it was just a simple relationship that can be describe as intimate by certain noble family's, but the opposite was true for the other

The Earl family that is against their family has a lot of pride and are a bunch of greedy people that aimed at monopolization of the commercials in the city to maximize profit so they were a bit stunned when they suddenly got clingy

"They are idiots!" Reacted Kaido

Hearing Kaido's remark on the Earl family all ears and eyes turned to him

"Um Kaido did you just call the Earl family idiots?" Asks Lilith

"Yup! Positively! Not regretting it!"

Hearing the reply they were all stunned after all who was the Earl family? They're just only a higher ranking than their family and has more influence that's what!

So when they heard Kaido's remark they all turned perplexed

"Um Kaido-sama don't you think that's kinda rude to a noble household?"asks Melfina

"Yeah! What she said Kaido!" Supported by Rebecca

Hearing their concern Kaido answered

"Rude? Why? They are just humans that has higher rankings right? So why would that be rude? After all at the end of the day they're still just ordinary humans"

Hearing his answer they nodded silently a they realized that why would they be afraid? They are just humans too after all.... But they know for certain that Kaido lacks common sense and morals

After a few seconds in silence Eli started to talk

"So what should we do now?" She asks

"Simple! Let's confront them!" Stated Kaido

Hearing his suggestion Reinbach panicked

"Confront them? And what tell them that we know what they are planning and make them submit to us?..... I'm pretty sure they would deny the claim and maybe just maybe later on they will send people to deal with us"

"We will not be that straightforward!" Remarked Kaido

With that answer Reinbach looked at him with confusion

"Then if you were the one in control what would you do?" Asks Reinbach

With this question Kaido sigh

"Reinbach! Let me remind you that I'm just helping you! I'm not the one who's going to come up with all the solution! I'm providing you the knowledge and evidence I've gathered and all you have to do is outwit the head of the Earl's family in this conversation! And as for the people that will be sent to go after your family... Let us handle them!" Said Kaido

Hearing his words both Rebecca and Melfina added in

"Yes! You can count on us and believe kaido-sama's words!" Said Melfina

"Don't worry Lilith! As your friend I'll protect you and your family" said Rebecca

With Rebecca's words Lilith was a little bit touched by it and hugged Rebecca

"Thank you!" She murmured

Seeing this Reinbach looked at his wife Eli and returned his gaze at Kaido with a serious expression

"Then we entrust our safety to you kaido-dono" said Reinbach

"Gladly!" Replied Kaido

"We can arrange a talk to the Earl's family head tomorrow morning at 12 noon... Make sure your in range when drastic measures are needed" said Reinbach

"Don't worry I this lifetime I haven't met any people that could give me a real hard challenge" said Kaido confidently

With that said they both shakes hands in this deal to protect each other's back

After that discussion the viscount family of Louche arranged a meeting with the Earl family of Zoth at exactly 12 noon the next day and thus ending the issue for the day
