[Guila Town]

As both Kaido and Rebecca exited the Adventurer's guild Rebecca herself said something to Kaido

"Well since everything is done we should probably take this day as a day off"

After that Rebecca gave Kaido a glance and said

"And you should probably get new clothes, your current ones are a wreck"

Hearing this Kaido stared at Rebecca and went on his way while saying

"Whatever!"

"What!?... But anyway let's meet up here tomorrow okay" called out Rebecca

But unfortunately Kaido never looked back at her and continued walking

[Guildmaster Office]

As Kaido and Rebecca left Lanka the receptionist entered the guildmaster office

"So Kaido and Rebecca today returned completing the subjugation request" reported Lanka

Upon hearing this Ben the guildmaster was surprised

"Only two of them? Not only that but also in one night?" He asked

"Seems so.... After all they did return their corpses and not only that it also includes monster corpses that no adventurer would ever take" she said

"I see so they are quite capable" lamented Ben

"Not quite!" Retorted Lanka

"What do you mean?" Asks Ben seemingly confused

"According to Rebecca the only one who fought was Kaido himself" she corrected

"Himself? Don't tell me he can solo this kind of request?.... He's just keep getting mysterious by the second" replied Ben

"And he did it unarmed!" Said finally Lanka

At that moment Ben just sitted their with no words to say

"Unarmed?" He clarify

"Unarmed" confirmed Lanka

At that moment Ben laid back on his chair and pondered something then he suddenly remembered something

"What about his title investigation?" He asked

"About that.... We will receive the result in a few days" answered Lanka

"I see thank you" said Ben

"If that is all then I'll take my leave" said Lanka

Upon sitting there Ben looked outside his window and pondered something in his mind

[Shopping district]

As Kaido was walking along the district he encountered a counter which has an item that caught his eye

(Aren't these a furcoat and the other one is a sneakers?) He thought

What was displayed on the counter was a black furcoat and and a black sneakers

As he inspect this item the shopkeeper himself took notice of him and approached him

"So your interested in this foreign clothes?" The shopkeeper asks

"Foreign?" Frowned Kaido

"Yeah! These clothes are made from the empire across the sea" explained by the shopkeeper

But without minding it's origin Kaido asked

"I don't have money but maybe can i trade something?"

Upon hearing this the shopkeeper pondered on something before making his decision

"Alright!" Said the shopkeeper

"So what do you want old man?" Declared Kaido

But not minding Kaido words the shopkeeper said

"Well if you say so then give me your collar"

"My collar?" Asks Kaido thinking if a collar is enough for the other stuff

"Yes your collar cause it seems it fetch more price than the things you will buy" explained the shopkeeper

After thinking things through Kaido added

"Alright fine.... But you need to add in my order a piece of white shirt"

"Right done deal" agreed the shopkeeper

After buying the things what he want and losing his old collar Kaido immediately changed to his new clothes

Wearing his new outfit Kaido walks up to food district and snatched a few food from the vendors and immediately climbed up in a rooftop

As he was eating Kaido noticed that there is a slave trade happening nearby so he went and took a peek at it

"Don't worry folks this elf's are fresh and and young so they can surely attend to your needs" announced by the slave trader

As he watched this unfold he immediately remembered his past experience and upon remembering it he clicked his tongue in bitterness

But according to what Rebecca told him, this country is made of respectable people that don't buy slave as long as it don't needed until suddenly someone raced his voice

"I'll take that female elf" said the man who looks like a commoner who always going to bars

As the slave trader couldn't find any buyers he willingly gave the elf to that person and took his money

Upon seeing this Kaido imprinted the commoner guy in his mind and started to follow it's tracks

The reason Kaido followed the commoner was to confirm what he would do to the female elf

When both the commoner and the female elf turned a corner Kaido followed in pursuit via rooftop and what he saw was a dark alley

As the commoner followed by the female elf go further down the alley they suddenly stopped at a another corner and that is when the commoner pressed himself against the elf

When Kaido examined the commoner he found out that the commoner was drunked so it means that he bought the elf just to relieve his stress

Upon realizing this Kaido himself got enraged and gripped his fist when he remembered the time he was being toyed around in the facility

"Scum!" He murmured

I'm the next moment Kaido jumped down from the rooftop and gave the commoner a beating

Upon seeing Kaido the female elf slave was surprised and immediately tried to stopped Kaido but the person himself didn't stop punching the commoner until he saw a blood stained his hand

The commoner was completely beaten up and can't even talk

When he stood up Kaido looked at the elf and grabbed her slave collar and said

"Analyze!"

As he said this electricity from the collar electrocuted him

"Graaahhh! Screamed Kaido

But instead of stopping Kaido focused his Espers powers in the collar again and said

"Analyze"

As the electricity shot him again he endured it this time by gritting his teeth and said

"I see it's made out of ordinary steel but with magic formation unscripted to it... So that means if I took this magic formation out I could take off this collar"

Arriving at that conclusion Kaido repeatedly commanded analyze and because of that he is also repeatedly electricuted

Not just once but it happens several times until it took him 20 times before he broke the collar

Upon being freed from slavery the elf girl looked at Kaido and said

"Thank you for what you did but why?" She asked

And Kaido replied by

"It reminded me of my past"

With this answer the female elf arrived at a conclusion that Kaido was a slave in the past

As she wondered this she asked

"What are you going to do now?"

As she asked this Kaido replied to her

"I'm getting all the other slaves free"

When she heard this she immediately assumed that Kaido was a hero because of how he acts

"Are you perhaps.... The hero?" She asks

"Hero?..... I'm the opposite, I'm the villain! Don't get that wrong again pipsqueak" he answered
