《Shadow- the solo sword master》should i do a new chapter or a sidestory chapter

should i finish of his new transformation, so hes looks, his power, the consequences, info dump about the setting, a hint about the sword, forbidden rites, his new class etc. or a side story introducing one of his main enemy/ rival belonging to a well known race among other races,the main instigator against devsangel ( any more will be spoliers). how their race is considered holy and he makes a contract with a sword/ bow/ knifeetc.
author notes i kinda wish i get support from the people who enjoy my work but it seems that its not good enough :( well i cant blame them as i only release first drafts and dont really read over and edit, also too lazy to make a proper show and not tell.
When a poll options reaches 20 or something close i would start that as soon as possible otherwise its back to half chapters. and then complete it the next day
