《Shadow’s World》29. Element training part 2

Erica and I both had bruises on our faces and bodies. It was a good time to stop. I hope the team got the picture and understand what I mean to be ablaze. Erica sat back on the table and I watch as my team tried to fight like fire. They have made some progress but it looks like they are scared to get hit and they are not that aggressive. It is a start and at least they know what they are doing now. I walk around and gave each member pointers on how to fight better. Fire might not have been the best element to start off at but getting it out of the way is a good idea. When it was time for dinner I sent the team away. We were done for the day and we had to move to a different element tomorrow. Erica followed behind them. I, on the other hand, did my own exercise. The rage inside of my body still burns bright fire should be my ultimate element if it was for the darkness in my heart. After I was finished I went to get something to eat and went to sleep.
I rose bright and early the next and wait once again for my team this time I will be using my powers against them today. This time they came out in their combat uniforms that could stand up to the elements and not be burn or tore into shreds like their basic uniforms would have to do this training. “Today, we are going to be training the lightning element. So, everyone grabs each other’s hands and form a circle.” I am also in the circle I have to be connecting to everyone else as well. I send a shock of energy through the entire circle. The people with long hair the hair went straight up in the air. I didn’t keep a constant stream instead each time I sent lightning through my body to the rest of the group I waited for it to come back to me and then I sent out another one. We stood there until lunchtime again. I have no idea how many times I sent lightning through their bodies. It was a good way to practice with my element once someone gets good at controlling lightning I might let them do it instead of me. After lunchtime instead of having the group fight in groups of two, we are going to do something else instead. “Everyone gather around this time I am going to show you how to me like lightning. You want to pierce your opponent.” I got a huge rock and put it in front of me. I get into a fighting pose. With a quick strike, I pierce the rock. My hand broke through the other side leaving no cracks inside of the rock. My team was in wonder looking at the hole I made in the rock. Some of their eyes even sparkle with admiration. “You need a few things to accomplish this. First you need the speed to strike through the object; second, the strength to strike through object if my arm wasn’t strong enough it would have shatter trying to pierce this rock. The third thing is you need the determination to pierce the object in front of you, speed strength is good but if you do not have will to do it. Trying to be like lightning can backfire in a horrible way. So, everyone find you a space and throw punches. I want to be straight with everything you have behind them.” This time they were happy to get do what I said and started to throw punches. I, on the other hand, punch the rock until it turned into rubble and got another and repeat the process. Everyone besides the evil snake lady kept throwing punches into dinner time. Once again ate dinner and went to sleep.

The next element was a fun one. I was going to have to teach wind. So I brought them to the roof of the building and told them to jump off. They all looked at me like I was crazy. So, I summon wind and threw them off of the building. They all scream as they fell down. I look at Erica and gave her a thumbs up in which she replies with a sigh and goes back to reading her book. I ran to the edge of the roof and jump. Most of my team have landed on the ground well not landed more like crashed into the ground and the others jumped about to hit the ground as well. I landed on the ground and watch my team get up with the angry expression on their faces. “Hey you guys are lucky this week it is the roof next week we are going to be jumping out of a plane so get ready for that. Now, guess what it is time to get back on the roof and try again. The faster you get used to this and learn how to control wind the faster you guys would be able to do this.” I jump and flew back onto the roof and wave my hand at my team while they were on the ground. That got them motivated and they came running back onto the roof. Eddy looks at my sparkles in her eyes and asks, “If we really keep doing this will really learn how to fly. I know some of our members can fly but only the elites.” “Flying isn’t that hard way more people should be able to learn how to do it if they were taught correctly. Look at Erica’s notes she is doesn’t lie about this kind of stuff.” I threw Erica’s notes at her and she caught it while beaming with joy. She than handle it back to me and jump off the roof. The others look at my hand with hunger in their eyes. Isabella raised her hand and asks can we all see Erica’s notes. I let them the book because I had no reason to hide the notes from them. It wasn’t like it really matters if they saw them or not.

They all took turns looking at the notes with Eddy came back to the roof and jump off again. Wow, that girl really wants to know how to fly. The rest of my team finish looking at the notes and Isabella looks at me and ask, “How do we know that these notes can be trusted? Do you have any proof that what Erica wrote in this book is right?” Well, it seems Isabella is one of those types of people that want to know all of the answers to everything. “Yes, I am a person that follows Erica’s notes to a T and was able to obtain my goals. You see my personality my element should be fire, but because of the darkness in my heart, my element is water. My revenge forces my elements to go the darkness route but the dark elements cannot kill people. I have tried killing small animals and insect with the dark elements but it could be done no matter how powerful I got or how weak the animal was. So, with the help of Erica and her parents, we found a way to bypass this problem. Now, me trying to break nature it is having its negative consequences. I have shave years off my life.” I summon water in the shape of a spear. “No one should be able to do this but I can. I am breaking the rules of the world and I am getting punished for it. Now, no one else here is going to break the rules instead you will follow them. You all will not become me. I will have my revenge even if it kills me but you guys shouldn’t die for my revenge. You are my team, not my meat shields.”
Some of the people are crying. Hey, why are you guys so emotional? Anyway I look at my team and pointed to the roof. They all nodded their heads and walk to the edge. That is when someone yells and said look at Eddy. I look over the roof and see Eddy hovering above the ground. If I remember correctly Eddy didn’t know the wind element. Looks like she is the first one to understand an element.

Bloody Hell
Alan Maxwell has one exceptional talent. He can read peoples body language and micro expressions so well that, in many cases it's not hard for him to fake being psychic. When a foreign agency decides that said talent would make him an exceptional spy, events quickly begin to spiral out of control. With enemies on all sides, and friends that will as soon kill each other as his enemies, Alan will have to put his skills to the test in the ultimate game of cat and mouse. ===I came up with this story in response to a question. I once asked someone why there weren't really any Yandere harems. I realize that the answer to that is 'everyone dies' but thats boring so... here we are. A story I came up with explicitly as an excuse to create a harem entirely out of obsessive psychopathic axe murderers. Or in other words - "What happens to Bond girls when they disappear?"As a warning, there are sex scenes. Its tagged. I'll leave an authors note at the top of any chapter that has them if you'd prefer to skip it.

Good luck to him, anyway! All credit for the awesome cover goes to ssddx, who did a brilliant job putting it together, as I'm sure you can all see! I will note that, as pretty much all LitRPG novels have, that, to a certain extent, I have taken inspiration from other works I have read. This, however, is an original fiction. I hope any and all of you who read this fiction enjoy reading it just as much as I enjoy writing it, and please feel free to comment - I recognice that this will need work and will have things like typos - please feel free to point out any obvious things I forget about or miss out, as well as any typos. Also, feel free to lob suggestions my way if you have any - while I may not use them, they could very well inspire me in some way or another and help me improve this fiction, even if just by a little bit.
