《Darkness Of Hell》Closer To The Truth

Animals were happy on both sides. Winston has a simple plan, to replace all the humans with animals. And that's how he will have their loyalties.
But people who were in power didn't like what Winston did. Of course, how do they like someone snatching away their power every day a little? But not everyone was threatened with his ambition. Because still the arrogant demons, drunk with the power for years, how could they believe that Winston would ever be able to come to their throat someday?
But in truth Winston has already reached there. He has already placed his fingers around their neck waiting for the right time to grab them by their necks.
On the other side of the border in the Qeorin dynasty. Star city, which shares the border with Warrington city, has a demon named Mongrel. He was kind of impatient and insecure. He was very angry with Winston for taking so many men from his city.
His heart was burning with a desire for revenge. Inside his palace, he was walking left and right inside his chamber. He was murmuring something with anger. Over time with the power you developed an ego, where you felt how can he? How can someone stand in front of him? You became more and more touchy. With the slightest touch, you react like someone put a sword in you.
Particularly when you got power in inheritance. His father who used to be a demon of the city recently decided to give up his feather. And he gave it to his son Mongrel.
His father has acquired a lot of wealth in his time, they have an immense amount of nectar, toxic and encryptions from across the dynasties. So he got most of the things that others have to work so hard for almost free.
Which makes him a little insecure about his position. That's the thing right when you feel you don't deserve it, and also people around you have the same feeling about you. You get this desire for proving your worth somehow.

Mongrel was going through that sort of thing, he somehow wanted to see respect in everyone's eyes. What Winston did was pour oil into the fire. His ego was hurt. How can Winston take something below his nose? He felt disrespected by Winston's act.
So Mongrel was inside his chamber, burning with shame. A man enters the room. He was around his father's age. He entered inside with haste, he was looking worried about something.
"My lord, you asked for me?", he said, as he entered the chamber and stood in front of Mongrel.
Mongrel stopped in front of him, his face was red with anger, and also turned pale with worry.
"Do you have any idea what's happening in our city?" he shouted with anger. His spit flew on the man's face while he said it.
The man couldn't say anything but keep silent inside his mind. He was waiting for Mongrel to turn so he could clean a dew of his spit from his face. But Mongrel didn't turn, instead, he came even closer.
"Yes, my lord", the man said, with fear, as he seemed more afraid of Mongrel spit than Mongrel himself.
"Then what are you doing about it?"Mongrel shouted again, spitting even more.
The man almost felt it unbearable but he didn't say anything. Sometimes you have to agree with an idiot just to avoid him.
" What can we, my lord? How can we fight united animals now?", he said, while cleaning his face. As for a few moments, Mongrel turns his face to the other side.
"Kill them all. Kill them all. Kill every one of them who thinks that they can stand in front of me and join eyes with me". Mongrel shouted with anger.
" send our army to the forest, and bring those filthy animals", he continued.
"Yes, my lord. Whatever you say", the man said with relief and started going out of the chamber.
Silvia has heard about Winston. She heard that he had made a deal with the devil. She also stops going to the jungle to hunt now. These days everyone is afraid to go to the forest.

Silvia was in her room, looking out from her gallery. She was thinking about what Winston said to her. She started to think that he was right. But she was too proud to accept it.
She was missing Winston, he was the person that she has trusted after so long. After so long in her heart, something has happened. She felt the feeling she used to think that she didn't have.
She remembered her dream from last night. In her dream, Winston has come back. Come back from the forest for her. She ran towards him as she saw him, and hugged him tightly.
So tight that there is no place left between them. Even the air can't be passed through them. Her breath became just like last night when she was watching that dream. Her heart was pounding with her heavy breath. Up and down.
She blushed with her memories, and unknowingly her hand started touching her own body. After a long time, she has been feeling this sensual pleasure. And she is liking it.
Suddenly, she heard a voice and she came back to her senses. It was Madonna, she entered the room.
"Hey", Madonna said.
" Heyy"
"I want to talk to you about something", Madonna said while getting closer to Silvia.
"Yes, of course, about what?", Silvia said, trying to look normal and hiding her expressions behind her pretending face.
"About Winston", Madonna said in a peaceful voice.
Silvia didn't say anything but turned her back, again to look outside through the gallery.
"I understand if you want to go", she said without looking at her.
"We all think we should meet him", Madonna said standing in her place.
Silvia inside dying to meet Winston, a very light smile spread on her. She took a heavy breath and said while turning towards Madonna,
"I think we should. We all will find hope there".
Both keep looking at each other for a few more seconds with very thin smiles on their faces.
Inside the jungle, Winston was sitting on a stone. Thinking. He was on a hillside from where he can see the wide forest spread across their territory and Mongrel's territory.
Moon was about to set in the sky and the birds were chirping on the trees, walking and here and there looking for a place to spend their night, without getting hunted in the night.
Winston knows that this silence won't last for long. Mongrel and Lanark will come for him one day or another. And he is not powerful enough yet to fight any of them. They have far more powerful feathers than his.
He needs more power, and the way things are going is not enough. He needs to find some other way of acquiring more power and that is even, soon.
His vision has become so clear now. The biggest perk of being a demon is you see beyond the physical illusion. Like normal people and animals, they still see the physical self as themselves.
But Winston sees them as a soul. He sees them as energy. The truth is for powerful people only, not everyone can handle it. Most of them choose to stay in the illusion fearing what truth might hold for them.
Being a demon means getting closer to the truth of power. Closer to the source of everything. It's about accepting life the way it is in hell. It's only survival of the fittest, there is no other rule. Powerful deserve to rule and the weak deserve to serve them, this is the only rule here, and you can be powerful only by embracing it, there is no other way around.

The Heroic Tales of Silas Horne
In the year 1858, the system came to the world. It brought with it beings from fantasy and mythology the likes of which the world had never seen before. In the American frontier, a place already known for being a dog eat dog world the system gave bandits the capacity for untold violence, not to mention monsters and system loving fanatics hell-bent on the murder of the innocent. But are they truly so innocent? No one knows what the system is or why it came, they do know one thing though. That the world post system isn't a place for a hero. Luckily for the world, U.S Marshall Silas Horne is no such man. ----- AN: This story is a litRPG inspired by "Randidly Ghosthound" and "The New World" but after reading many such stories and finding them to be a tad samey I decided to write this in a new setting, the Wild West. Also, my release schedule is chaotic, expect at least one 1000 word chapter each day but probably like two more will also be released.

Mr.Easy's adventure in One Piece
A self-insert story(as much logic as it can have or I can put in it), a little different than most, as the name says about his personality, he is easy-going (lazy). Lazy in a sense as he doesn't care most of the time what’s happening to the world. (NOTE: Mr. Easy (I) do not care much about going with the straw hats that much (well, you will see that in about a few chapters, but still this will revolve around them.) DON'T HOPE TOO MUCH ORIGINAL (ONE PIECE) STORYLINE FROM ME (just saying not shouting), because if you don't cause some changes then what’s the point in going in a fiction.

Thief of Time
[Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Book 1: The Legend of Tot Synopsis: Claud Primus, a self-declared master thief, has a simple goal. To live forever. It's a rather easy task, for miraculous objects called lifestones are able to extend one's lifespan. These lifestones are best found in the treasuries of nobles, lovely resorts that Claud pays a visit to every so often. Unfortunately, one of those nightly visits go awry, and Claud is forced to escape with just a single lifestone and a box in hand. Normally, that's when things die down. The guards yawn, the gates close, and the night continues. But this time, the night isn't that forgiving. A dozen schemes result in the murder of someone important, and with a convenient scapegoat — Claud — at hand, it doesn't take long for him to be framed as a heinous criminal, wanted for the indirect murder of someone high up...and it just gets worse from there. Book 2: The Moon Lords' Rise Synopsis: As ordered chaos sweeps across Licencia, Claud leaves for Julan Barony, intent on making some profits there. Accompanied by the erstwhile heiress of Julan, a fellow member of the Moon Lords, the two plot against the barony's wealth...as well as a promise to bring about its downfall. Meanwhile, back home, the Moon Lords have busied themselves with digesting their gains. Eyes, however, are beginning to turn to this proverbial fish in a small pond. The fishermen are coming. When they cast their hook, what will Dia and the others do? Book 3: Murders under the Moons Synopsis: In the sleepy town of Nachtville, where Claud and Lily are forced to stop at, a set of nasty murders occurs. Victims scream out in fright, before a spear falls from the sky to end their suffering. Cowed and cautious, the master thief and his partner slink in the shadows, their objective that of home... A new task, however, has fallen on Dia. With a trusty helper at her side, she has to set off towards Nachtville itself, to solve the mystery Claud had abandoned. Faced with an enemy whose sole skillset is geared towards killing, how will they succeed? And what dark secrets will they find? Book 4: In the Dark of the Moons Synopsis: The year has ended. The four months of the full moons will soon be followed by two months of the new moons. Duke Istrel's ascension is around the corner. Amidst this political upheaval, Count Nightfall, Licencia's strongest defender, has been called away. The Moon Lords' largest task yet — to protect Licencia in the absence of its ruler — has begun. And yet, trouble is unrelenting. A distinguished personage, one that Claud fears, has been found dead in the county, his brains dug out and his body disemboweled. The inquisitors of the White Church have been dispatched to investigate and apprehend the murderer...as well as the person behind this puppet. Tormented by a call to fight, Claud directs his eyes out of the city, looking for the puppetmaster. Skulking in the shadows, the master thief will soon confront his greatest foe yet. A foe just like him. Book 5: Moonlit Tides and Darkened Seas Synopsis: A new era has begun. For the privileged, the sands of time dribble away for every passing moment, counting down to the arrival of a entity of mythical proportions. The night now harbours shadows and fog, and operatives of the Moons and the Dark clash in shadow. Claud, as usual, is investigating a spate of nasty disappearances in the city, but little does he know what these disappearances truly mean. And yet, a tide is coming. When it finally breaks, what will he do? Book 6: Secrets in Shadow Synopsis: The person behind a strike that would enter the annals of history flees his home, bringing with him the person closest to his heart into a new land and into a new world. Having left Istrel for the first time in his life, the two of them attempt to settle down in foreign lands, only to be caught in the middle of hostilities between two mighty powers grappling for dominion. Yet, none of that has anything to do with him. Following his desires, Claud eventually makes his way to the fabled Celestia Ruins, a fragment of another world. Bearing witness to truths he cannot yet comprehend, he returns from his exploration, a small break away from the machinations of destiny. One thing, however, is for certain. Destiny will not wait for him. Book 7: Reddest Rage Synopsis: Destiny churns on, heedless of mortal machinations, and Claud watches as the battlegrounds between the Moons and the Dark are drawn up. With the forces of the great Dark occupying Lostfon, Claud comes to a startling realisation — that he may have very well be a murderer of heinous proportions. Grappling with that realisation, he struggles to prepare for his Second Tutorial... Back in Istrel, Dia finds herself confronted with a perennial truth. Even in a time of writhing destiny, the machinations between nobles never cease to end — and unfortunately for her, the group once known as the Moon Lords are forced into dealing with a petty squabble between two counts. What they didn't account for, however, was the startling discovery they would soon make... And the shadow of the Red God's Holy Son behind it all. Book 8: Darkness Descends Synopsis: Nightmares haunt the horizon as Claud sinks and awakens from a seeming dream. What was once illusory begins to play out before him, in a way he cannot imagine. Dia, forced to wield arms, begins and ends a battle that opens her eyes to the vast dangers that lurk in this sundered world. Under the banner of humanity and divinity, she beholds the silent, forgotten protectors of Orb...but there is no forgetting the battle between the divinities. The Dark descends, the Moons writhe, and the horns of war blow once more. But this is not their battle. Not yet. Book 9: Moons Muster Synopsis: As more and more events fall into place, Claud finds himself desperate. Not for himself, but for the person who has turned into his world. Armed with the knowledge of a certain future, he approaches the only person that could possibly help him in his time of need, trading information for a promise of help. With that as solace, he returns to the grim task of understanding and seeking, revisiting an ancient, shattered fragment of another world...unleashing changes that he never knew was possible. Back in Istrel, Dia and the others must now navigate around a familiar spirit, who seeks to investigate the death of his master's Bearer. With them as prime suspects, the Seekers of Life must move carefully...but the Coloured Gods are not the only divinities eyeing them closely. The Moons, bristling from repeated defeats, are looking for new recruits, and the Seekers of Life are prime cannon fodder. Above all, destiny marches on, the unfeeling clock a warning to all. The Trial of Aeons will soon arrive. Book 10: Destiny Divine Synopsis: ??? Release frequency: one every few days or something, I guess. (This work is also being serialised on Webnovel under the name Revile as a trial run)
