Today we did the same thing as yesterday.

Morning training with Gora, then hunting.

Gora went hunting first while I tanned the hides we collected, I want to collect lots of leather, I have plans for it.

Then I went hunting my usual prey but with some additions like a hog, and a raccoon.

I gave all the food to Ceara, and told her I ate during hunting.

I know there is nowhere nearby were a dragon is capable of hunting, but this is all I can do, for now…

After eating we go to sleep...

Well Ceara and Gora did, I have different plans tonight.

I'm going for a little stroll hehehe.

I haven't eaten enough today, yes I ate during hunting but that was only a single rabbit...

It's not nearly enough for what my body really needs...

I'm planning to hunt a beast tonight, a beast with lots of meat... A bigger prey...

I use the cover of the night my nocturnal vision gives me an adavantage, then I start searching for prey.

After a while I find a lone Rhino, usually they are always in herds, so I never thought of hunting them. Luckily I found a loner, not really sure why it is alone but I don't really care, It's a great opportunity for me.

First it will provide lots of meat and resources, I said that because aside from it's tough hides and it's huge horn, the Rhino of this world seems to be protected by black metal plates covering its back, if I'm correct those might be real metals. A single Rhino have at-least 20 plates, and a single plate is at-least the size of my palm. Hehehe.

Secondly it is an easy target.

Well even if it's alone it's not really a easy target, but this one is sleeping.

I move slowly and then I stab it through the neck, blood gushes out from the wound and the rhino dies in a few second.

Phew... that was way too easy...

I'm really hungry after all I didn't eat that much today, but right now I’m eating till my stomach burst!

GobiLeo was too busy eating he didn't realize a pack of wolves are surrounding him till it's too late too escape.

The first wolf initiates the attack, but GobiLeo dodge it by instinct.

5 wolves? No 7....! Damn it.... fuck....

Are they trying to steal my food?

Nah I think they want more than that, from the fact that they surrounded me instead of scaring me off, they want to get rid of me... they probably think of me as a competitor for food...

Yes I understand the rules of nature, kill or be killed this wolves just like me are fighting for survival and they see me as a threat...

If only my taming level is high enough I could try to tame this wolves...

Well I gotta do what I can for now.

My chances are slim, but I don’t really have any choice but to fight to the death...

First I calm myself, sharpen my senses, tightening my grip on my spear, cleared my mind and focus to battle...

Seems they are being cautious, 2 mins have pass but they won’t make a move yet... I wish they just charge at me recklessly....

As I was thinking about that, 4 wolves attack me at all sides... trying to overwhelm me by numbers?

As if I let you do that!

I throw my spear on of the wolves, piercing it from the neck, after I throw the spear I quickly charge towards the dead wolf, grabbing my spear back and readying myself from the upcoming attacks.

As the first wolf come close I swing my spear like a sword coming from the side beating the first attacker in the head the force knock him back and stumble a few times probably breaking a few bones.

The attacks didn't stop.

The next wolf jumps in the air almost at the same time my spear hit the first attacker, there is no time to change my attack momentum so I use the pummel of my spear striking the jumping wolf in the chin knocking him back as well, the last attack I dodge it by stepping to the side leaving the wolf out balance then piercing it in the gut.

Stepping to the side is a technique I learned in my previous life, it is use to dodge a charging attack and counter right after. I never really had the chance to use it in actual fight aside from sparing at a few matches I had, I never thought it is actually quite effective even using a weapon, hehehe guess I gotta apply more of it from now on.

Back to my current situation.

5 wolves are still alive but two of them are injured, the 3 wolves didn't bother to attack me and retreat.

Smart bastards...

Now then what should I do with this two injured wolves?

The first is bleeding from the head and probably has a broken leg. The other wolf doesn't seems to be bleeding anywhere but it couldn't stand, oh yah I struck in the chin...

Should I kill them? Normally I should kill them, but I'm not normal I'm the first Goblin who will create the First Goblin Empire, and Rule Gaia! Bahahahaha! Okay enough, back to the topic....

I will not kill them, instead I gave them food, and check their injuries, it’s quite hard at first they were glaring at me and showing their sharp fangs. But as soon as I gave them food they probably realize I meant no harm and let me check their wounds, these dogs are quite smart...

Good thing they don’t have grave injuries, we share the food and eat our fill. After eating I gathered the useful goods from the rhino and went back to the cave the two wolves followed me. Hehehe looks like I will have a pet wolves now, I always want to have one in my previous life I thought it’s kinda cool hehehe.

I'm really tired and sleepy, goodnight......
