《The Last Space King》You Violated Me Again‽

"Sir! This is just another misunderstanding!!"
"Damn you! Like I'd be foolish enough to believe you! Then why the hell am I naked for you to see?!"
"Sir, I really needed to do this! Your injuries were too much, I needed to cover your entire body to let the medicine penetrate deeper into you!"
"You... you violated me again?!" Sonalius shouted.
The passersby and guards couldn't help but blush when they heard the shouts.
'What the hell is going on in there?!' They thought. A few of them stopped what they were doing and turned around.
"A doctor violating a patient? Again?! Is this BL?" A woman muttered excitedly.
Tyrien's face darkened as she looked at those people.
"What the hell are you thinking?! Get lost!" She yelled.
The woman coughed and reluctantly walked away bitterly. Seriously... this was the most interesting thing she had seen the entire month. Can't she savor it a bit more?
The rest of them wondered just what was going on, but they didn't dare to walk in on such a "private" moment. After a few minutes, they both came out of the shop with red faces.
"Sonalius! How are you feeling?!" Riza already knew of Sonalius'... quirky behavior with Kouta and disregarded it. She ran over to him and gave him a hug. But he seemed very distant and didn't react. With a gloomy face, he looked bitter.
"I'm alive... but at what cost?"
Kouta rolled his eyes.
"If it wasn't because you're a patient... I'd seriously give you a round of beatings!"
Kouta hissed. His reputation here might as well be ruined because of Sonalius! Maybe... maybe it really was time to become one of 'those' doctors?
Ooo, it definitely pays well... Kouta was deep in thought when Sonalius finally looked up and saw everyone around him.

"Rey!" He cried out in a loud voice! "You have control?"
Before Rey could properly respond to him, Tyrien's fuming annoyance reached its zenith. She heaved her shoulders up and down trying to be calm, but the last question broke her composure. She moved with one swift action, turning into a blur to the rest of them. Her palm struck Sonalius' chest and sent him back a few steps.
"Enough! You two can talk after we start moving." Tyrien commanded them. "Riza, you can lead us to Lorea, right? We need to kill the rest of the lychni who betrayed our Sun Empire at once!"
"Y-yes, master!"
"Kouta!" Tyrien yelled.
"Your highness?" Kouta quickly ran out and bowed his head.
"I have an offer for you. Your techniques would be better used in the capital. You'd be able to save more people, as well as have access to more resources and top-notch technology. The offer stands if you want it."
"This... I need time to think, matriarch!" Kouta hesitated.
"Very well, you have three days. When we return, we'll pick you up from outside the gate if you want to access."
Tyrien thanked the doctor for his work, which was shocking to the rest. After all, this is the cold, brutal warlord Tyrien! She's not some saint. Maybe she's even more ruthless than the devil!
However, they didn't bring it up. Nobody wanted to spark her ere. They quickly traveled in the carriages and departed for Lorea, heading south.
"Rey, what happened to mister Kioko? I was wondering that this whole time, thinking he'd show back up, but he still hasn't." Riza asked.
Rey realized that Riza didn't know about Sanctuary, the Sun Empire's network based on the soul law, and told her about it. He had been talking with Kioko after they reached Kouta's medical center. Kioko told Rey that he had become too complacent, and so he went off to train immediately after bringing the leaders to the nearest doctor and alerting the guards to protect Kouta.

Rey finally got to talk to Sonalius when they traveled, and he learned that Lorea was on the brink of destruction last they left.
The lychni destroyed much of their town and held curfews. The tension continuously built. They feared that with Sig'car now dead... things might become chaotic there! What if the remaining lychni become too much for the humans to bear? What if they found out that Sig'car is dead?! They wanted to rush over there, but they needed Sonalius as well. His skills would only benefit them greatly in the battle that is to come.
They continuously traveled day and night with minor breaks. After a day, they reached the Degasi river at night time. From there they had Sonalius lead them ahead and call a creature to carry them forth. Tyrien and Rey could get there using their skills, but it was more costly. Before the second day's sunrise, they had crossed the river and made it to the vibrant forest.
"We're already almost there!" Riza was shocked at how quickly they made it there. But the faster they did the better. They ran forward and saw the town. There were still lychni soldiers there that patrolled the town.
"They haven't gone rampant... that's great news." Sonalius sighed in relief.
"Are you all ready? This is going to be the final battle... the battle to take back Lorea!" Sonalius felt his blood boil. How long had they been waiting for this? Months? He couldn't even remember! The time he sat, bidding his time, he wondered, what if he used his life-burning technique back then? He surely could've killed Sig'car back then. But now that he waited and wanted to keep that promise, Riza's parents died, and they were forced to leave Lorea. If he used it back then... Sonalius could only sigh. If he had known what he knew now...
Riza saw his internal strife and comforted him.
"This is Sig'car's fault, Sonalius. Not yours. So let's finish what we came here to do!"
"Riza... alright!" Sonalius smiled. This girl...
"If we are done with the chat," Tyrien grunted, "Let's start planning. Sonalius, you'll be supplying us with energy and rooting them in place, taking out as many weaker lychni you can."
"Understood, I'll support you all." Sonalius nodded.
"Sana, make sure they can't escape. We need to kill them all before moving into Sig'car's territory."
"Not one will leave my sight."
"Keanu... try not to destroy too much. This is a town after all."
"...Fine!" Keanu said with displeasure.
"Johannes, you'll be in charge of the short-range. I'll get the long-range fighters."
"Just how we always do?" Johannes grinned, his fists turned metallic.
"What about us?" Rey and Riza looked at Tyrien.
"Rey, Riza. This is your town... Protect the children and humans of Lorea. Keep them away from the lychni! You two are fast and hard to hit. Riza has her illusions and speed. Rey can phase through space already. Meaning, you two are utmost necessary to ensure it is safe for us to attack!"
Tyrien looked at them all seriously.
"Now... the battle for Lorea commences!"

March 16, 2021 - Hiatus note: I will come back to this story! I'm really struggling with it, though. It's been a number of years and I kind of forgot what the original outline was. I still remember the main path, but not any of the details, because I stupidly didn't write an outline. Progress is being made. I'd like a very decent sized buffer before I start posting again. Don't want to get hopes up only to immediately disappoint! ----- Amy Barnes, an aspiring chemical researcher, finds herself dying from cancer. One of her most desperate prayers is answered in a way that she'd never dreamed possible, and she finds herself living a new life as a dungeon. Warning: Violence, morbidity Cover: Taken from here, courtesy of www.pexels.com by photographer @tookapic. Author's Note: I've read some dungeon core stories on here, and they've tickled my fancy. I've thought up a whole story, start to finish, and thought it'd be a blast to put it into words. Other than the violent and morbid aspects, this story is suitable for children. Aside from the vocabulary, that is. I will avoid the temptation to have any cursing, sexuality, or gore. Excessive gore, I suppose - it is a dungeon story, after all. I’ll do a little research from time to time, but this story will not have a great deal of rigor. I’ve made Amy’s knowledge comparable to my own for that reason. There’s a few things she knows more about than I do, and a few things that she knows less about. Unlike me, she doesn’t have access to Google - it’s a non issue for her to be more knowledgeable than me, on occasion :P This story does not use the same magic system that I’ve used in either Sorcery in Boston or A Summoner’s Confession. This one is mostly intention based, and designed to be easier access for people who are more used to the idea of, “It’s magic, therefore it works” kind of thinking. Do note that Amy is, in most senses of the term, overpowered. This goes along with the usual dungeon core stories. She’s not more powerful than other dungeons per se, but she does have knowledge and intelligence that puts them to shame. I thought about doing this in a LitRPG style, but systems take balance, and I wanted this to be pure fun to write. This story was inspired from a few sources. Despite the title, it wasn’t really inspired by Of Mice and Men, though some of the themes match. Rather, I’ve taken inspiration from a few dungeon core novels on Royal Road Legends for the main idea. Many conventions of dungeon core stories have been perverted from the genre, however. I’ve taken my usual science-loving self to town to play around with the powers, and I can only hope you have half as much fun reading this as I have had writing it.
