《Branch Adventurers Guild [Dropped]》Planning

The first march began, the morale was high and the day was clear of any abnormal nature activities. Watching the soldiers trying hard to stay in formation while marching, I smiled and increased my pace a bit to reach the forest faster.
"Huf, huf" The Human captain began to pant, the other beastmen captains such as the dog looking ones were doing great. "Man up! Breath in from your nose and release it from your mouth!" I shouted at him and released a bit of aura to make them a bit fearful.
'Sigh… I am not even sure what will happen next, but I can train them in every situation as I have no idea on what would happen during this trial…' I shook my head and continued walking on my pace.
The scouts from the group were made up of mostly beastmen before we reached the forest they rushed towards the forest and began their operation. How do they know what to do? Simple, I gave them some tips on what to focus on and how to mark things they find interesting.
"Sir! The scouts have been sent into the forest, so far I do not sense any smell of predators!" A beastmen captain walked next to me as he kept his vigilance high while speaking.
Nodding my head I looked back at the soldiers before taking a full stop, raising my hands, the rest followed and stopped their march.
"From now on I want each group to carry on a few tasks! Pick up a few stones around you and bring them to me before beginning any task!" I shouted as I told them what to do.
"Yes, sir!" All of them shouted as they began to search for stones. One by one they gathered again and stood in silence, "Group 1, proceed forward and speak of your task!" I shouted.
A group of humans and goblins went forward and held their stones tightly, "Collection of wood supplies, Sir!" the goblin captain shouted.

I nodded and told them to drop their stones, picking it up I transformed my nails into claws before I began to sculpt the stone into a sharp object fit for cutting trees.
The soldiers were shocked, but they didn't make any noise, as I finished the first tool, I looked at it from all sides before gripping it from the back.
'A hatchet without a handle huh' I smiled and walked towards the first tree that was near the entrance of the forest.
Bending my body, I slowly controlled my strength and swung the hatchet towards the bottom of the tree.
Swish! The tree was cut from the bottom and began to fall, and I watched it as it reached the ground before destroying the grass around it and creating a cloud of small dust around.
I moved towards the giant tree that fallen and holding it from the bottom, and I stabbed the hatchet into the outer layer of it before I began to rotate it, slowly the useless outer layer started to peel off, and a clean log appeared.
Smiling, I raised the hatchet again and began to cut the log into blocks of small planks. After a few minutes of repeating the same process, a large number of planks were surrounding me, picking up one of the planks I checked it from all sides before placing the hatchet on the ground.
Holding a plank with the right hand, I placed the other hand on top of my hand and slowly pulled the right hand down while keeping the left hand on the same place. This created a round stick, and I picked up the hatchet that is on the ground and created a hole within to fit the wooden stick before sticking them together.
After finishing the entire process, I tightened my hand and made both the stick and the stone hatchet fit together without falling off. I walked to another tree and to test out what I created I pulled the hatchet back and with controlled strength, I easily stabbed into the tree without any effort.

I nodded and walked back to the planks before gesturing for the goblin captain to walk to me. "Sir!" The goblin captain saluted before he took the hatchet away.
"I hope you saw the process, in the future we would have some tools to ease the process, but we will do with this," I said as I began to process the other hatchets.
Slowly time went by and after finished with the first group the second came. "Sir, We would like to hunt for food supplies," The Beast captain said as he gestured his group to hand over the stones.
This time, I merely created the stick and sharped the stone into a cone before placing both of them together creating a spear. Simple, effective and fast, that is what I like.
"Next…"
Time went by and slowly all groups that obtained their tools began their tasks immediately, slowly everyone began to gather, and the scouts that were sent at the start returned with useful information.
"Sir, we may proceed inside the forest, there is no ferocious animals nor monsters…" the scout said before covering his mouth, "I mean… No danger" he said while looking at the growling wolves and weird looking horned demons among the troops.
I smiled and waved my hand "Good, everyone! Let us begin moving towards the hill, and we have no time to waste!" I shouted as everyone got into formations with each group pulling a giant slate filled with supplies.
The monsters for some reason didn't become captains, but they were a great help, goblins on the other hand as well as the beastmen did great with managing their people, they were considering every part of the march as the slates were an idea of their small meeting.
As we marched into the forest, nothing attacked us, and after an hour of advancing at a fast pace, we reached the bottom of the hill, I nodded and gestured everyone to move, but we faced one issue.
"Sir! Our men aren't able to pull the slates up! There is no road, and the ground is rocky!" A human captain saluted before explaining. I smiled and looked at the hill carefully, after looking around I created the best path in my mind and walked back to the first group carrying the most burdensome supply before holding the slate from the bottom and walking upward on the hill.
As I was walking, I began to move to the side to create a stable footing while creating a path upward, and the road started to shape into a Z-Shape and slowly but eventually I reached the top and the way behind me was comprehensive enough and comfortable for the troops to pull the supplies on.
As the troops were moving upward, I began to observe the hell after leaving the slate in the middle of the hill, the grass was covering the hill, and a few trees were on it, rocks also filled it, but it was easy to move it.
I began to mark spots where I think would be great for defensive spots and areas where it would be optimal to place walls. Time passed, and the sunset was just an hour away, the soldiers already reached the top, and they began to organize the supplies slowly.
The captains were gathering around me, and as reached next to me, I nodded and decided to begin the second meeting.
"Sir!" They all saluted, I looked at them and began to speak "Tonight, there will be no rest, I want each one of you to carry specific tasks, first would be the walls, I want a simple one to be built fast, but we don't have time to cover each part, I believe all of you understand what I want now"
Everyone eyes were focused, this is but the start…
