《Branch Adventurers Guild [Dropped]》Campaign

After the long fights, I have been getting exhausted by overusing my muscles, and my beard has also grown again, my legs are harder than steel while my hands are sturdier than a well-made sword.
"Huf, Huf" trying to take in some air inside my lungs, I breath hard while reflecting the incoming hits.
"Tired already? Hahaha!" The old man said while sending a few hits towards my stomach.
Taking a step back, I straight my hands and swipe it with the force of my arms towards the old man hands, Swish! The robe got sliced as a few blood droplets appeared on my hand.
"Ho, after a few hours you finally can place a hit on me" The old man laughed and threw a hard punch towards my stomach.
Trying to dodge it, I discovered that no matter how hard I try, I couldn't move, I watched as the punch slowly entered my stomach and escaped from the other side, my eyes flickered, and I bit my lips from the pain before grabbing the arm of the old man and twisting it.
Crack! I broke the arm, and while still holding the broken arm, I pushed myself harder to send a low kick towards the old man lower half. "Take this old man!" I screamed as my legs slowly split the old man in half spraying my entire face with blood.
Cracks appeared on the old man again, and slowly his body vanished before appearing again in a white room. "Congratulations on completing the fighting training, you will be sent to the strategic training within a few seconds" He smiled as he stroked his beard.
I looked at him as my body was slowly fixing me up. The health bar stopped appearing after I left that place my future selves were at, it is challenging without the system I guess, but I can't rely on it for too long.

My body flashed and reappeared on top of the walls of some city or kingdom. Slowly everything began to materialize around me, humans, beasts, and monsters.

I looked at the glass ball that had so many cracks on it and smiled, "Sure…"
"Commander, please give us your orders," One of the soldiers who was standing among the unorganized soldiers said without saluting. My eyes flashed, and I began to look at everything from the top of the wall, the city was empty, and barely any necessities were there such as food supplies, weapons, resting place and vast space which is very bad when I have less than a thousand soldiers.
Sighing, I looked at what surrounded the walls and was quite surprised, two lakes, a forest and a small hill standing alone within the middle of them all. Taking a deep breath, I looked back at the soldiers and flashed a bit of my killing intent towards them giving them a scare.
"I want everyone to group with into 6 and standing in a straight line before stacking next to each other!" I said with a loud voice. The soldiers began to scatter as they formed groups with random races and following my commands they slowly began to organize themselves.
I looked at how goblins, humans, wolves, and beasts were slowly getting in a formation, One was left out who seems to be a werewolf, he looked confused and trying to push himself into any group, but I smiled at him and shouted "Werewolf, come here!"
The werewolf looked scared and slowly moved towards me before standing there idiotically.
I shook my head, "First! Whenever you are called by your superior or me, Salute them!" I looked at the werewolf with anger. The werewolf placed his hand on his chest before bowing in fear.
"Second! Do not forget to say 'Yes, Sir!' every time I call you out!" I nodded as the werewolf shouted with a growling voice, "Yes, Sir!"
"Third, I want you to memorize your group members, from today onward they are your family! Your brothers and sisters!" I shouted as everyone shouted, "Yes, Sir."

I nodded and began to observed everyone before shouting, "Pick out a leader for each group and come to the top of the wall if you are chosen, DO NOT fight among each other!"
The groups began to discuss among each other as each one began to send a leader to walk on the stairs that lead towards the top of the wall.
"21..24..26..28" I nodded as I counted them all, I looked at everyone behind me and looked back at the soldiers, "You are dismissed for the moment! Familiarize with your group until the first meeting with the captains are completed!"
I ignored the noisy bunch as they scattered around while I took a look at the werewolf next to me, "You will be my right-hand man, I expect much from you brother!" I patted him on his shoulders before turning towards the confused captains.
"Hello everyone, as you can see we have nothing at the moment, no weapons, no food and no living quarters, I want you all to give your opinions on our current situation before we begin operating, haste will do as we are defenseless and powerless now" I said while walking towards the ledge and looking over it.
Everyone looked at each other before they begin to observe their surroundings, one of the captains who was a goblin spoke up, "Sir! I believe we should change our current location for a better spot as we don't have enough people to cover every part of the walls surrounding us."
I nodded, and the captains looked inspired before another human captain spoke up "Sir, I believe that we can begin moving now towards the hill and relocate everyone there."
Another beastman captain spoke, "As we are moving we can cut off some trees and carry it with us, we can also send scouts to search for any wildlife for food supply."
Looking at the surrounding, I noticed some animals running around the forest, "Ok, this is a good plan, we shall follow the goblin plan of relocation and move towards the hill following the human captain, as for the beastman captain we will collect supply on our way towards the hill."
Turning back I looked at the captains, "Any more suggestions?" I asked with a stern voice, The werewolf standing next to me spoke shyly, "Sir… if it is possible, while moving towards the hill, we need to collect fangs of the animals for weaponry."
I looked at him and smiled, "Good, if we get the chance we will do that, everyone else, go back to your groups and re-organize before we begin moving! We have no time before the sunsets!"
Everyone saluted and began to run back to their groups, I stood there with the werewolf and observed the area that takes us to the hill, slowly a route was being formed in my mind, and every single detail within the path was registered in my head.
I began to walk down the wall before reaching the troops, looking behind me, I threw a punch on the wall and broke it into pieces, the nearest gate is a 400 meters away, and I don't have time to waste walking over there.
"Sir! We are ready to move!" All 28 captains shouted in unison, I nodded and waved my hand to commence the first march.
"We move to a better land!" I shouted as I walked with a bit of speed. The soldiers behind me looked excited and followed me with a small rush.
'8km, that should be enough for us to reach before sunset' I smiled as my first military campaign as a leader began with a thousand troops.
