Ting! Ting! I was smithing a spear for the kami family, thought of giving them a gift but in the end, I decided to use a tooth from the dragon I fought. After raising the hammer one last time and sending it hard on the tip, Tong!
[Congratulations, you have created a Grade S Dragon slaying spear]
I looked at it and smiled before I threw it in my inventory. "One day is left, master," Rose said as she stood behind me. I took a quick look at Agnar who still didn't activate and sighed, seems like it might be longer than I expected.
I walked outside the workshop, Rag, Ele, and Yama was waiting outside with a smile. "Black Castle," I said as the door appeared. I entered the door followed by those three, "Hehe, Master, when are we leaving for Fernando?" Ele asked as she cut the decayed roots growing out of her body. "Tomorrow" I replied with a single word.
"Hmph, Asura you better be ready to be surpassed by me" Yama puffed smoke out of his nose as he took a seat near the throne.
"Kuku, want to die cow?" Asura hands appeared behind my back as he threatened Yama. "Both of you stop" I was getting annoyed by their constant fight.
"Hmph", "Kuku…"
"Brother, where are we going now?" Ragnarok asked as he stood next to me. "Black Castle, take us to the 5th region, Base 002"
"Yes Master" she responded as she began moving towards our destination.
I closed my eyes while sitting on the throne and after a few minutes we reached our destination. "We have arrived Master" Black Castle said as the door began shining. I opened my eyes and stood up before walking out of the door followed by my companions.
What we saw after the door was people gathering around the door, when they saw us, shock filled their faces. "Move! Make way!" The captain came rushing between the people before he reached with his soldiers towards us.
"General !" Everyone saluted as they made a way for us to pass through. I nodded and walked followed by my companions. As I walked, I noticed some people rushing towards me, ignoring the captain words of making way.
"Sir! Wait!" A fat man who ran towards me followed by several soldiers wearing military uniforms. "Hmm?" I stopped and looked at him while raising my hand to stop the captain.
"Speak" I looked at the fat man, "Sir, I am the governor of country X, I believe that you have the responsibility of protecting me!" He shouted at me as if he owns the place. I smiled and my fast hand grabbed his neck, the soldiers behind him raised their guns at me.

Smiling I looked at the man who was scared "Do you think, bullets can work on me? On my men?" I said slowly, "If you hurt me, you will be hunted by country X!" The fat man shouted as his face turned red.
"Haha!" I laughed as I slapped him once, "There is no standing country, all of them fell" After I said that, the soldiers behind the man looked pale. I gave them a look and smiled "If you wish to protect humanity, register within the adventurers guild and protect others while fighting the monsters"
Bang!
A bullet shot at my head, the second it touched my head it disintegrated into pieces and fell down. I looked at the soldier who shot the bullet and smiled before breaking the neck of the fat man and walking towards the soldier who fell on the ground from the shock while holding the gun.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
He finished his bullets and his pale face looked as his companions who lowered their guns and watched me stand next to their companions with a cold look.
Pushing my fist to the body of the soldier which pierced through the soldier and made a hole in the ground before I pulled it back and shook my hand fast to take the blood off.
"Now, do not bother me" I left them shocked as I left the area of the dead body and walked towards the temporary adventurers guild. Walking towards the adventurers guild, I took out a book and began to record the conditions of the people living in the base.
The tents are everywhere, the people living on the streets included elders and kids. "Brother…" Ele said with a sad voice as she looked around at the people. "Sister, we will do what we can but we barely have enough helping hands…" I replied with a sigh.
Ele nodded and closed her eyes before spreading roots everywhere, trees grew everywhere and each tree had fruits on them. "Woah!" The people shouted as they rushed towards a tree, I smiled and after walking towards the guild I entered.
Standing near the door, I saw a small tavern that was full of people talking and holding knives, guns and random types of weapons. "Guild Master!" A young man rushed towards me as he bowed, followed by the elves behind the counter. I patted the young man twice and laugh "Good job with doing your work!".
"I don't deserve this words, Guild Master!" The young man scratched his head as a smile hung on his face. I nodded, "Tell me, where is the Kasi Family," I asked him directly as I smiled. Ignoring the looks of the shocked people on the side, the young man told me their location.

"Thank you, now I won't bother you… If you need any help you know who to contact" I left after leaving a few words to the young man. Walking out the guild I followed the direction he told me and reached a simple house, the only one in this base.
I noticed people were all around this house and some were shouting. I tried to move between them but they blocked my path, I felt a bit pissed but pushed them around until I reached the door of the house.
Knock! Knock! I knocked twice with a bit of strength as it was noisy outside. No one responded from the inside, Knock! Knock! I repeated the same process twice but the noise outside grew.
"Asura, can you appear fast and silence them?" I asked asura who suddenly appeared in the sky with his face. "Kuku, KAKAKA! Mortals! If you don't shut the hell up, I will kill you all!" With a cold voice, Asura said before entering the sky again and appearing behind my back as arms.
"AHHH! Spare us, god!" The people around the house kneeled out of fear. I smiled and knocked once more before a little girl opened the door looking pale. "Sir, we are not accepting guests today…" The girl said as she was shaking from fear.
"Ah, well is your family members inside? The clan leader?" I asked with a smile as I lowered my body towards the little girl. The girl looked scared because I had arms behind me and my companions faces were visible if someone looked from below.
"Please… do not hurt my family" She said as she gritted her teeth. I smiled and patted her head, "I am not here to hurt your family, go inside and tell your father that the guild master of the Adventurers Guild is here"
The girl looked surprised before nodding and running inside while leaving the door opened. After a few moments I heard several people running, what I saw was elders followed by 4 young people from behind. "Guild Master! Please, come in!" The elder who was looking at me suspiciously while running changed his attitude after he saw the aura around me that was as thin as a mosquito.
"Good morning, Excuse me" I entered the house followed by my three companions, I closed the book on my hand and threw it in the inventory while they were watching the book disappear into nothingness.
"Please, Follow me," The elder said as he led us to the living room, I looked around and noticed young ladies and young men standing on the side watching us. "Good place, work harder and you will be able to make it bigger" I laughed as I said that.
"Haha, yes…" The elder felt embarrassed as he laughed it off. "Sit, please!" The elder showed us to the couch, I smiled and sat down while my companions stood behind me. "What brings you to our family, Mr… Guild Master"
I smiled and replied, "Name is 4C3, you should have heard of me before but history is history and the present is the present". The shock on their faces was beyond imagination, the reason why I didn't say my real name is because of what happened to Rain, I decided to keep my code name.
"Oh, then I will call you Guild Master" The elder shrugged it off. I looked at them while smiling under the mask "Tell me, who is the Bronze ranked adventurer here?" I asked.
"I am, sir…" A young man came forward as he looked down. Looking at him I noticed how the fire element was gathering around him, "Did you unlock your element?" I asked with a smile. "How did you know?!" The young man looked shocked while his family was confused. I nodded and looked at him straight "Are you going to protect your family or the world?" A simple question I asked will decide his fate.
The young man looked serious and began thinking before he answered "My family". I smiled and took out the spear out of the inventory before throwing it to him "Catch".
"Owah!" He nearly allowed it to fall but caught it in the end. Looking at the spear his eyes shined as well as his family members around him, "Drop your blood on it, this is one of my creations"
The young man bit his finger and dropped the blood on it. "Accept the soulbind," I said with a smile, the young man nodded and accepted the notification that appeared in his view.
"Think of putting it inside your body," I said with a smile, the young man looked confused and did what I said before the spear disappeared and entered his body. I stood up from my chair and threw him a rune that contains +5 strength. "This is my second gift, I got work to do now, remember that what you are fighting is the weakest… to become stronger, go to the island".
Saying my last words, the door appeared behind my companions who were standing behind my couch and entered it while I followed from behind. The young man gripped his hand and nodded. "Thank you" He bowed.

The Legion of Nothing
Nick Klein is your average high school geek--if you can still count as average when your grandfather is a retired superhero, and you've been trained in the martial arts by his friend, a mysterious, immortal mercenary. After his grandfather dies, Nick inherits the last version of the Rocket suit, powered armor that allows him to shrug off bullets, smash through walls, and manipulate sound. Along with it comes the base of his grandfather's superhero team including the team's jet and trophies from forty years of fighting criminals and aliens. Together, Nick and his friends, descendants of his grandfather's teammates, attempt to bring back a superhero team that was originally formed during World War 2. Along the way they'll face the normal problems of high school (bullies, homework, and dating), and the less normal problems like supervillians and mysteries leftover from their grandparents' past. As a story, it uses the conventions of all eras of comics from the 1940s on, ranging from serious to silly. If you're hoping for a grim and gritty story, this isn't it. The Legion of Nothing first debuted on my website legionofnothing.com in 2007. In that period it's updated more than 900 times, is still running, and has had millions of pageviews. The first two years have been released as an ebook, receiving good reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. I hope you'll enjoy it, and that you'll review it and comment.
