An abandoned child was roaming on the battlefield where recent battle had taken place. He just sat on dead bodies using them as his play toy. Many skeletons were present in battlefield from magic explosions. He took those skeletons and played with them.

He didn’t know what they were.

Then a man came, he was surprised by what the kid was doing. The man happen to be a carpenter who was heading back to his village.

“What are you doing here?”

That was the first question the man asked.

The kid got scared and hide the bones. He was afraid that this man will take away his toys.

“I’m just playing.” He said.

“With dead bodies?” The man asked.

“What is that?” The kid asked.

“The people who have died, it's their remains.” The man said.

“So, it is bad to play?” The kid asked.

“You decide is it?” The man said.

“I don’t know. I just wanted to have fun.” The kid replied and showed the bones.

“I see... Where are your parents?” The man asked.

“I’m not sure.” The kid replied reluctantly.

“What happened?" The man asked.

“I don’t know. I lived with many other kids, but I ran from there.” The boy said.

“Why did you ran?” The man asked and thought, “He’s from an orphanage or church.”

“I didn’t like it there. They always beat us..” The boy said.

“I see. My kid is of your age, you can join us if you want.” The man said looking at the boy who had scars at his body and thought, “Must be from a church. First they caused a civil war, and then took rights of people. Tch.”

“Will I get the food? And will you let me play?” The boy asked.

“You will get lots of food. But you will have limited time to play and other time you will have to help me.” The man said with a smile.

“I’ll help if I get tasty food.” The boy said.

“Let’s go, but what’s your name?” The man asked.

“Luzea.” The boy said.

“I see. Interesting name. Let’s go Luzea .” The man said.

“What about you?” Luzea asked.

“Davis Walcher.“and took the boy to his village.

“Davis...”

After a while they reached home.

The man introduced Luzea to his son.

“Markus, come here.” Davis said.

A kid of same age as Luzea came running.

“Yes, Dad.” Markus said.

“Meet Luzea, he will stay with us from now on. Consider him your brother.” Davis said.

“Oh, nice to meet you, Luzea.” Markus said.

“Nice to meet you too, Markus.” Luzea said.

That was the first introduction to Luzea. His sense of judgement was unstable, but as time passed it got better.

After that the days passed, weeks passed, and years passed.

All of them had gotten closer to each other. Luzea and Markus used to help Davis in carpentry. Davis would treat Luzea as his own child. Luzea was extraordinary in creativity. Even though, Markus was better than Luzea in making furniture at first, he got outshined soon By Luzea.

But that didn’t put any difference in their brotherly love.

Time kept passing, years had passed, Luzea and Markus were grown up now. Luzea's skills became way too good to be kept in a village, he soon got recognized in nearby towns and villages.

But, soon he even got more crazy for furniture making. He would fight Davis and Markus if they did anything wrong, he became short tempered.

He fell in love with furniture making and started thinking furniture as true form of art. Luzea would make best furniture available in any nearby towns or village, but he soon felt something lacking.

One day, Luzea was making furniture in workshop at night all alone. Davis and Markus was sleeping. As Luzea finished the furniture he was working on, he felt something was lacking.

“NO-NO-NO-NO! THIS ISN’T COMPLETE!! Something is lacking. But what is it. What’s hindering me from creating a master piece. Why it's not beautiful!!!” Luzea said to himself.

Next morning came. Markus checked onto Luzea's work. To him it was astonishing, he immediately called Davis to check on it. He was also surprised and proud of Luzea's work. It was the best Davis had ever seen as well.

“Astonishing...” Davis muttered. He was quite old now and only helped his sons in making furniture.

Meanwhile, Luzea came to workshop and noticed them standing.

“What are you two doing here?” Luzea asked.

“We were looking at this Masterpiece you created.” Markus said.

“It’s incomplete. I’m not sure what it's lacking. But it's not the most beautiful thing yet.” Luzea said while scratching his right hand a bit.

“It’s alright how it is. You don’t need to have most beautiful thing, Luzea.” Davis said.

Luzea's right hand started to itch more.

“NO IT'S NOT. YOU WON’T GET IT. IT'S LACKING SOMETHING IMPORTANT!” He shouted on Davis.

“Luzeaa!!! Don't you dare to shout on father, Luzea,” Markus said and held Luzea from his collar.

“Markus! Stop it you two.” Davis said.

Luzea calmed down.

“I apologize. But he should take care of not abusing you.” Markus said.

“Tch.” Luzea said and went out.

He was passing by a bulletin board.

“Church gets hold of the capital.” A person read the board.

Luzea just heard that and kept passing by.

“church..” He said to himself and walked back home after some time.

Luzea started working on something else.

And the very next day, he was done with it.

Markus sand Davis came to see, and it was even better than the last one.

“This will be one of the most beautiful things in History.” Davis said.

“Indeed father.” Markus said.

Luzea came in room, His right hand was again bleeding from scratching too hard. He bashed the chair he just finished making a few hours ago, onto ground.

“Church..” He muttered.

The wood scattered and hit Davis and Markus.

“What the!?! Luzea! What’s wrong with you? Look at father.” Markus said and went to aid Davis.

“It's fine..” Davis said.

“No, it's not. Enough.” Markus said and stood up and punched Luzea.

“Markus...” Luzea said and water started flowing out of him at high-speed. He was angry and rage had gotten out.

“You want to fight? Come let’s fight. But, Don’t forget he's the one who picked you up from the dead bodies.” Markus said in rage.

Luzea stopped. His magic flow stopped. It all got contaminated inside him.

“Markus, have you lost your mind!” Davis said in anger while trying to stand up.

“Church, past, I see what I was lacking...Dead bodies...heh-heh-Hahahahaha.AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.” Luzea started laughing.

“Have you lost your sanity?!” Markus said.

“F*ck, How can I forget that. That’s what it's lacking. The beautiful white bones, and the astonishing red color.” Luzea said.

“Luzea... My son..” Davis muttered.

“I’ll create the Masterpiece which no one else could ever do.” Luzea said.

“What the.. what’s gotten into you.” Markus said.

“I've seen the true Masterpiece." Luzea said and extended his arm.

“Water saw.” Luzea enchanted, and his arm started exerting water at a high pressure. It was magic which Davis taught Luzea, and they used this in their work, but a certain eeriness was their with him now. It felt like a whole intent to kill.

“What are you planning to do, Luzea.” Markus said.

Davis just stood there, he didn’t move. He believed in Luzea.

“Father, Get side.” Markus said.

Davis didn't reply.

“Move Right now.” Markus said.

“People are like furniture. Some rot, some break, only well-built Masterpieces stay immortal.” Luzea said.

“I won’t let you!” Markus said and enchanted, “Wind barrier.” And got a shield surrounding himself and Davis from Luzea.

Luzea had lost his sanity, he just walked towards them.

“I’m sorry, Luzea.” Markus said and enchanted, “Ice Spear.” And shoot an Ice spear towards Luzea, which Luzea just cut in half with his water saw.

“Luzea.” Davis said.

“He won’t listen father. Let’s get out of here.” Markus said.

“You can go if you want. My parenting is to blame for this, and I should be the cause of this.” Davis said.

“You were a great parent, look at me. I’m still Markus. It's him. He have become something else.” Markus said.

Davis stood silent.

“We are just carpenters, to put it in terms our magic is barely close to B class and currently he's exerting magic of far superior class. He's not Luzea father. He have become death, our death. Run with me, this barrier won’t be enough.” Markus said.

Davis won’t move.

“If you hadn’t met him that day, we wouldn’t be here.” Markus said.

Before them, was standing Luzea, exerting a nasty magic.

“Furniture is art.” Luzea muttered and pierced through Markus's barrier.

“Ice spear!!” Markus enchanted and pierced an ice spear through Luzea's leg.

“I did it, let’s go, father.” Markus said. But, unfortunately it didn’t stop Luzea. He walked even after being wounded like something had taken over him. Markus backed off from Davis.

Luzea was ready to slash Davis..

“Luzea.” Davis said.

Luzea stopped for a second, reminiscing his past, how Davis found him to how the grew up.

But it was late. Before he could notice, he had beheaded Davis...

“Father!!!” Markus said.

“You will be immortal.” Luzea said and tried cut Markus’s body into two halves.

Markus dodged it.

“You aren’t Luzea...anymore...” Markus said and enchanted, “Ice spike!” Some little spikes made of ice went towards Luzea, which he all broke.

“Call me, Necrosis.” Luzea said and slashed through Markus.

His feelings for them were like they never existed.

Blood was everywhere. On him, on floor, on walls.

That was the start of a wicked murderer.

After murdering his Father and brother, he ripped apart their bones and made various furniture and decorates. He spent a whole night onto making the furniture.

“Be..autiful... I need more, more master pieces like these.” He said to himself and enjoyed the pleasure.

There was no remorse in his eyes, just pleasure. He kept sitting on chair for hours, and then he noticed the surroundings again. Some bones were scattered.

He picked two bones and licked them and said, “These will be proof of my Master piece.” And laughed in a wicked way.

He looked down at the remains of bodies. Skin and Skulls were left.

"It will be pity if I leave so much things like this." He said.

He placed skulls as bowels and skinned the skin and sew it to make it a type of jacket.

“Looks hideous, I’ll just leave it in closet.” He said and left the jacket in closet and looked at chair.

“Perfectttt....I need to more Masterpieces.” He said to himself with a wicked smile and kept laughing...

Since then, he would leave his creations at victim spots. And take one bone of each victim...

Present day, 27th of Laphraios

A man wakes up on the bed, “It's been less than a week since I came here. And already one got turned into Masterpiece, well his bones were beauitful...” He gets up to go bathroom. He came out of bathroom after a while, well-dressed and goes down stairs.

He was wearing a black jacket with a shirt beneath it. His hairstyle was amusing. All hair pulled backwards. And a dull colored pant. He was leaving the house, but he saw the chair he made.

“Beautiful.. “ He said to himself.

He grabbed the box which was sitting near chair. The box was a size of toolbox, in which he had broken many bones into smaller pieces. The bones were from his victims. But he kept 2 bones inside his jacket, one from Davis and one from Markus separate from rest of the bones. To cover the bones in toolbox from seeing he covered the bones with a thin layer of iron and on that layer were tools, which ironically he used less, the toolbox was more off to hide the bones.

He left the house and headed to somewhere in the city. As he was walking he noticed people beside him. None of their bones appealed to him. He entered into a small restaurant and looked at furniture and got ticked by it.

"tch."

A little itchiness started, but he ignored that and proceeded.

He went and sat on it. He pulled back the chair and sat on it. The chair did a creaking sound which further ticked him.

“Hideous.” He said.

His right hand got more itchy, and he started scratching it with his left hand. Keeping the box on floor.

It was his instinct which he got from bad furniture. Though, he looked around at people and controlled himself and stopped scratching.

“How may I help you sir?” The waiter asked.

“Do you know, Lasagna? A food which is widely available and originated from Xanxia? ” Luzea said.

“Yes, sir.” The waiter replied.

“Then bring me Cheese Lasagna. Please put Extra cheese.” Luzea ordered.

“Yes, Sir.” The waiter replied to grab the food.

The expression on Luzea's face was neutral, but he thought, “Food will decide his fate.”

The waiter brought Luzea's food.

Luzea started eating and liked the food.

“Ahhh, Absolutely delicious food. I won’t turn them into masterpieces, his food is already one of a kind.” Luzea muttered.

Food was Luzea's second weakness, he loved food. And good food melted his heart.

“Bill, Sir.” The waiter said handing over the bill.

Luzea paid him and went his way. His hand stopped itching as well.

“There must be a union guild around here.” He said and proceeded to look.

He asked a roadside stand owner for directions.

“Where might be union guild?” He asked.

“Go straight for a mile and take left.” The man replied and Luzea went on his way.

After a while, he reached Union guild.

“Pretty big.” He said and walked in to look for a carpenter job.

“Welcome, how may we help you?” Karen, the Union guild manager said.

“I would like to know if there are any jobs available for carpenter.” He said.

“I believe you have come at a wrong place. Here we only provide quests to Adventurers. You may want to visit a normal job guild to obtain work, but you might have to join them for work. Other than that you can open a shop, post on bulletin boards about you and someone might hire you.” Karen explained.

“I see. Thank you.” Luzea said and looked at furniture.

Luckily, It was beautiful and in good condition, so his hand didn’t itch, and he went out to look for bulletin boards.

While walking, Luzea thought, “It's not even been a week since I got in this city. I need to look for a shop and work there for a while first, before hunting next.”

As Luzea was walking he heard some noises of woods.

“A workshop is nearby.” He said to himself and started following the noise.

He reached in a front of a workshop and went inside. The door was open but Luzea didn't bother knocking.

There were some people working on furniture, but when Luzea looked at them he was disturbed. His hand started getting itchy from seeing the bad work of workers.

“What do you want?” A man asked standing behind luzea.

Luzea didn’t reply. He kept his toolbox down and started scratching his right hand.

“I’m asking you.” The man said.

Luzea was raging from inside. As he looked around his hand got more itchy. He started scratching his hand so hard that it started bleeding.

“What happen, chief?” Another man came running and asked.

“Look at this man.” The chief said.

“Huh.” The guy said and put hand on Luzea's back, he asked, “Are you alright?” Other two worker came close as well to check.

The guy looked down at Luzea's hand and noticed the blood.

“What the.. You Alright Man? Your hand is bleeding.” The guy said.

Luzea used Water saw and turned around, beheading the guy who was asking him.

“What the!?! Rize!!” The chief said and got terrified. They tried running.

But! Luzea threw his toolbox and knocked down chief, while he used his magic to behead other 2 guys.

“I didn’t allow you to run.” Luzea said and tied chief onto chair.

He closed the workshop and woke chief up.

“Wake up-wake up- wake up. Look how masterpieces are created.” Luzea said.

“Let me go, I’ll give you money and all.” The chief said.

Luzea immediately turned around! And cut the Chief's index finger.

“Ahhh, finger my finger!!” The chief shouted in pain.

“I said just see, why don’t you get that?” Luzea asked.

“I’m Sorry!! Please forgive me!” The chief said while crying.

Luzea sat on floor. In front of him were 3 dead bodies of the workers. One by one he ripped apart their bones.

“AHHHHH, are you crazy!?!” The chief said.

“Who said I wasn’t?” Luzea asked.

“Who are you and why are you doing this?” The chief asked.

“Your furniture was hideous, I couldn’t bring myself to even look at that. Look how actual masterpieces are made.” Luzea said and kept working.

“SOMEONE S-" The chief was just speaking that luzea turned his arm backwards and threw large amounts of water, and the chief started coughing.

“Shhhh. Let me work.” Luzea said.

The chief was scared to his bones. He didn’t know what to do, so, he just sat looking at the nightmare he was seeing.

And the torture continued...

But, meanwhile it was going on, Seji had just woken up.

He turns around, and looks that Reina was still sleeping.

“You look cute while sleeping..” He said. and stood up to go bathroom. After a while he comes out, he had finished taking bath as well. He was wearing his Yukata.

He went out and noticed Reina and Mei were still asleep. On left side of Reina's bed was her katana. Seji used to sleep in most right bed, Reina in middle and Mei in most left.

Seji went and sat on his bed looking at Reina. He noticed the Katana and tried to grab it. Instead of going around he tried to grab it while standing in Reina's face.

And just then door opened.

“Good morning you a-

Alec said and looked at Seji standing in front of Reina's face. Her face was towards his legs too.

“I didn’t see anything!” Alec said and slammed door and ran.

“What’s with him.” Seji said to himself and just then Mei's eyes opened. She was faced towards Reina.

She opened her and saw Seji in same position.

“What’s going- I didn’t saw anything.” Mei said.

“What you didn’t saw?” Seji asked and came around the bed to see katana.

“Huh!?! She's asleep?” Mei asked.

“Yea, what happen? Seji asked.

Mei looks down Seji's waist, but he was wearing yukata which was covering him till his knees.

“You sick pervert, what were you doing to her while she's asleep.” Mei said.

“What the. I was trying to get this katana. You brat.” Seji said.

“Oh sure, like I believe a sick pervert like you.” Mei said.

“Fine, whatever you say.” Seji said and went ahead to grab Katana.

“STOP THERE!” Mei said.

“What, I’m just getting katana.” Seji said and continued to walk.

“STOP!!” Mei said.

“Jeez fine. Hand me the katana.” Seji said.

“Wash your hands first.” Mei said.

“I just took bath. Go wash your hands you dirty creature.” Seji said.

Due to their shoutings Reina woke up.

“What’s going on?” She asked while waking up.

“Reina, did you feel something touching your face?” Mei asked reluctantly.

“No, but I did had a weird dream like yesterday.” Reina said.

“Oh, really!? What did you see?” Seji asked.

“I saw a woman, she looked somewhat like me.” Reina said.

“That might be your mother. Did you hear any name?” Seji asked.

“None. It was all silent.” Reina said.

“So, Seji you really were trying to grab Katana?” Mei asked.

“Yea.” Seji said and picked up his yukata and said, “Look.”

His pant’s button wasn’t open, and the zipper was closed as well.

“Okay, I’m sorry.” Mei said being embarrassed

“You better be. Explain to Alec too.” Seji said.

“What’s going on?” Reina asked.

“Nothing, she thought I am harassing you while you were in asleep.” Seji said.

“No, I thought you both are doing th..at.” Mei said reluctantly.

“That? Harassing?” Reina said in confusion.

“Never mind.” Mei said.

“Yea nothing. You take bath. I’ll go explain to them downstairs.” Seji said.

“Okay.” Mei and Reina replied.

“Oh, wait I wanted to see katana.” Seji said.

“Oh, Sure.” Reina said.

Seji picked up Katana and unsheathed it. It revealed a sharp blade with a beautiful pattern.

“Looks good.” Seji said and sheathed the Katana again.

“I’m waiting you guy's downstairs.” Seji said and went downstairs.

Many were downstairs today. Guild was returning to normal slowly. Alec was sitting as well. He saw Seji but didn't look at Seji, he avoided eye contact with him because he was still being ashamed of Seji.

“Morning everyone.” Seji said and sat on chair in front of Alec.

“Morning Seji.” Serina said.

“Mornings.” Rune and Freda said.

“Morning cheeky bastard.” Ella said and threw a bottle at Seji's head.

“For god in whom I dont believe's sake, stop being a drunkard.” Seji said.

“I DRINK WITH MY MONEY WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME TO STOP BEING DRUNKARD!” Ella said and threw another bottle at Seji's head. His head started bleeding.

“Coz my head gets destroyed now days.” Seji said.

“Huh?” Ella said and continued drinking.

“Ahahahah.... Oh no one laughed.” Reiz said.

Ariel chuckled a little but controlled her laughter.

"Someone heal me." Seji said.

"here you go." Rune said and took a picked up a drop of blood from Seji's blood and licked it.

“You guys became closer in my absence.” Alec said.

“Yea, and whatever you think you saw in room wasn't that. I was trying to pick up katana.” Seji said.

“I don’t believe you.” Alec said.

“Ask Mei herself I explained her.” Seji said.

“What happened?” Rune asked.

“Nothing, Alec was just mistaken about something.” Seji said.

“Oh, I see.” Rune said.

“Where's Egan?” Seji asked.

“Still in his room.” Rune said.

“I see.” Seji replied.

Just a few seconds later, Master joined them.

“Good morning everyone.” Master said.

Everybody greeted Master.

“By the way, Seji. I have gotten a house in North-East of Galahaeim.” Master said.

“Oh, thanks Master.” Seji replied.

“What for master?” Serina asked.

“He and Reina are going to spend some days off till his Magic returns.” Master said.

“I wonder how much more time it will take.” Seji said.

Reina and Mei came downstairs.

“Good morning everyone.” Mei said.

“Good morning.” Reina said.

Everyone greeted them back and they sat on chairs.

Master went and sat on his chairs as well.

And just then a door opened in above floor.

It was Egan.

His eyes were swallowed up. He was in a dull mood but came downstairs.

“Oh, Egan. Morning.” Serina said.

“Yoh.” He said with a dull voice.

He came and sat one chair. The mood in air got tensed up. Seji was reluctant to even look at him, but he said, “Morni-ng, Egan.”

“Morning.” He said.

“Have you taken a bath?” Rune asked.

“Yea.” Egan said and looked around. He looked at Seji and Reina. Not with anger but no feelings in his eyes.

“Let’s go do some questing.” Egan said.

“Sure.” Rune said.

Serina brought them food, and they started eating.

The air was tense and Egan's mood was lightened a bit from food.

“What you plan to do next? Seji.” Egan asked.

“W-we are going for rest for some days. I can’t use magic for some days n-.” Seji was interrupted.

“Don’t lose her. Emilia laid her life to get Reina. Protect her.” Egan said.

“I will protect her. Thank you.” Seji said.

“Hmm.” Egan kept eating food.

After a while, they finish food.

“Here are the keys to the house.” Master said handing the keys to Seji.

“Oh thanks Master.” Seji said.

“Anytime.” Master said.

“Hey Mei and Alec. You guys wanna tag along?” Seji asked.

“Ye-“ Alec was speaking but Mei put her hand on his mouth.

“No, why would we? me and Alec will be going on some quests.” Mei said.

“Oh, sure. Then it's me and Rei only.” Seji said.

“Yep. Enjoy yourself.” Mei said.

“Mhm. Let’s go Rei?” Seji said.

“Oh, okay.” Reina said.

“Wait, take a map with you.” Master said.

“Oh, yea.” Seji said.

“Should I drop you guys?” Freda asked.

“It would be nice of you if you can.” Seji said.

“Oh okay, 300 rugen.” Freda said.

“Fine. Wait let me get my bag.” Seji said and went upstairs to grab his bag.

“Be fast.” Freda said.

“Rei!! Can you come up!!!” Seji shouted.

“Oh, he's calling for you. Go check.” Mei said.

Egan just sat and stared at table.

“Wanna do some monster slaying?” Rune asked Egan.

“Which Monster?” Egan asked.

“We can check on available quests.” Rune said.

“Okay.” Egan said.

Meanwhile, Seji and Reina upstairs

“Can you give me your other cloths, let’s put them in bag as well.” Seji said.

“Oh okay sure.” Reina said and opened the wardrobe.

Reina got her cloths out and handed Seji. Seji put them in bag.

“Oh, all done?” Seji asked.

“Yes.” Reina replied.

“Got everything right?” He asked.

“Yes.” She replied.

“Okay, let’s go downstairs.” Seji said and they went downstairs.

“Here.” Seji said and handed money to Freda.

“Okay, let’s go.” Freda said and opened portal in front of house.

Seji and Reina crossed the portal.

Freda got her head out and said, “Enjoy Honeymoon.” And closed the portal.

“Yea, honeymoon. Sure.” Seji said.

“Huh!?!” Reina said being shocked and embarrassed.

“Let’s go, don’t mind them.” Seji said and went to unlock door with keys.

He unlocked the door, and they went in.

It was a clean house and look good.

“Looks good to me.” Seji said.

“Kind of pretty.” Reina said.

“Let’s take a tour.” Seji said.

“Oh, okay.” Reina said, and they looked into room and kitchen. It was 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen,1 bathroom, 1 living/ dining room. Seji left the bag on sofa.

“There's only one bed.” Seji said.

“Huh!? I can sleep at sofa.” Reina said.

“I won’t bite you. But, it's alright I can sleep on sofa.” Seji said.

“No-no. You can sleep on bed.” Reina said.

“We can decide later about that. Let’s make Ramen!!” Seji said.

“Okay, but how it's made. Just look at me, Chef Seji.” Seji said.

“Uhh, okay..” Reina replied.

“Let’s look for... uh, Wheat flour first.” Seji said.

“Erm, I’ll look here.” Reina said pointing out to a cupboard and started looking.

“Okay.” Seji said and started looking in other drawer.

“Here it is.” Reina said and tried to pickup the container from the upper cupboard. But since it was heavy it fell onto her and wheat flour fell onto her.

“You alright?” Seji asked while coming to help Reina.

“Do I look to you.” Reina said.

“You look ridiculous, nothing else ahahah.” Seji said.

“I guess so, ahaha.” Reina replied.

Seji helped her to get up.

“Is that much wheat enough?” Reina asked.

“Yea. I found vegetables and meat. Let’s cut them and then you go should take bath, I’ll make this meanwhile.” Seji said.

“What about flour on me right now.” Reina asked.

“Use wind magic to clean it for now.” Seji said.

“Okay. But how?” Reina asked.

“You can feel mana right?” He asked.

“Yes.” Reina replied.

“Imagine that mana in you as a bucket of water.” Seji said.

“Okay.” Reina said and closed her eyes and started imagining.

“Now grab some water out of that bucket.” Seji said.

“Oh okay.” Reina replied and imagined doing it in her brain.

“Now imagine the water transforming into Wind.” Seji said.

“Oh, okay.” Reina said and tried it. And It worked. Wind started flowing out of her hand.

“Now open your eyes and imagine it. Name it something, naming it makes it easier to recall and imagine.” Seji said.

“I see.” Reina said.

“Now try pointing out hand to yourself and grab a little water, always grab less water if you don’t want, to attack.” Seji said.

“Oh okay. Water is referred to Mana here right?” Reina asked.

“Yea, the bucket one, dumdum.” Seji said.

“Okay.” Reina said and pointed her hand towards herself and repeated the process. It worked in a very controlled manner and wind blew out of her hand and cleaned her head.

“Okay good job. Now help me cut vegetables and meat.” Seji said, and they started cutting vegetables and meat.

They did talk while doing so. Like Reina asked Seji many times in between if she have to cut vegetables like that. Seji always replied with a smile and corrected her If needed.

“Okay. Done. Now time to make noodles.” Seji said and grabbed the wheat flour container. He brought some flour out and made a dough.

Okay now everything done we just have to cut them into noo- wait. We don’t have pasta machine.” Seji said.

“What’s that?” Reina asked.

“Erm, it's like a noodle maker. We just have to roll dough flat and put in machine and noodles come out.” Seji said.

“Oh, then what now?” Reina asked.

“If I could use magic it would be no problem at all. And you can’t use it precisely either.” Seji said and started thinking.

Seji looked at Reina and noticed her katana was on Sofa as well.

“Oh, Well. We can try using Katana.” Seji said.

“We can use knife too then.” Reina said.

Seji stood silent, noticing that he just forgot about using knife.

“A-actually, yea. Why didn’t I think that...” Seji said.

“I don’t uh, know.” Reina said with an awkward smile.

“Anyway, let’s do it then.” Seji said.

“Oh okay.” Reina said.

They started rolling and cutting the dough into noodles.

“They aren’t perfect, but I guess this works.” Seji said.

“I think they are fine.” Reina said.

“Really?” Seji asked.

“Yea actually. But taste matters most I think.” Reina said.

“That’s true.” Seji said.

“mhm. How to make it though.” Reina asked.

“Need to Boil vegetables meat and cook some meat separately as well. And boil these noodles too.” Seji said.

“Oh.” Reina said.

“Just look at me.” Seji said and looked at the burner. The burner looked normal, except it didn’t had any button to lit it or anything but a sign hand on side.

“There's another big problem. How do this even work.” Seji said.

“I’m not sure either. Try reading these symbols which are written probably.” Reina said.

“Oh, I can try to read.” Seji said and looked at them.

“Actually, I can't.” Seji said.

“Look, here's a symbol of hand.” Reina said.

“OH, I forgot. Everything here works on magic. Try putting hand on the symbol.” Seji said.

“Oh okay.” Reina said and put her hand on the symbol.

The burner lit up and were burning.

“Yea see. But, now you have to stuck here for some time. And this is going to take sometime. There must be another way of doing this. This isn’t much great.” Seji said.

“Yea well it isn’t. But I can bear it.” Reina said.

“Wait sometime.” Seji said and started boiling vegetables and others.

They kept talking throughout the cooking process, and Reina didn’t lift hand up.

After an hour or two.

“It's done. Just need to serve. Lift your hand, Rei.” Seji said.

“Okay.” Reina replied and lifted her hand but the gas was still burning.

“Wait what...” Seji said.

“It's still burning for some reason.” Reina said.

“Keep hand again.” Seji said.

Reina kept her hand over the symbol again and it stopped.

“Wh-what?!!” Seji said in shock.

“I didn’t expect that.” Reina said.

“Do you feel exhausted or anything?” Seji asked.

“Nope. I felt no mana being pulled out of me.” Reina said.

“I don’t know man. This is weird. Anyway! Go sit I’ll bring lunch.” Seji said.

“We both are a bit stupid I guess. Ahaha" Reina said and chuckled a little.

“Well, I guess. Ahaha.” Seji said and started pouring Ramen into bowls and took them to Reina who was sitting on Sofa.

He sat in front of her Sofa.

“Did you wash your hands.” Seji asked.

“I just did now, before coming out of kitchen.” Reina said.

“Oh, Okay.” Seji said.

Reina took a bite from Ramen.

“This is so delicious!” She said.

“I told you.” Seji said.

“Yahh.” Reina said.

“This reminds me our world. Mann! This turned out to be tastier than I expected.” Seji said.

“It is super yummy.” Reina said, and they ate food.

Meanwhile, at Guild house,

“There's a quest from Sareka orc town. They need help in fighting some vampire. It’s a lunatic." Rune said while looking at Quest paper.

“Aren’t Sareka Orcs strong?” Ariel asked.

“They are pretty strong. Many from their race are in other top guilds.” Master said.

“Ah then their foe must be strong.” Ariel said.

“Probably.” Rune said.

“Let’s go.” Egan said and stood up.

“How much time will it take?” Ariel asked.

“It’s an S class. Might be just two or 3 days depends on consequences if there are more than 1 enemy then it will be problematic.” Rune said.

“That’s long bro. You guys go. I’m going solo again this time.” Reiz said.

“Why solo?” Ariel asked.

“To test that new weapon.” Reiz said.

“Nobody of us have tried our new items yet, you can try it there.” Ariel said.

“Yea and reveal all my tricks to Fire boi. Hell na. You guys go.” Reiz said.

“I’ll charge 20% for instant travelling.” Freda said.

“What’s fun for questing then, We are going to pass up this time, Freda.” Rune said.

“Awe.” Freda said.

"Let’s go. Sareka Town is near Nether city I think.” Ariel said.

“It is.” Serina replied.

“Good luck on your quest.” Mei said.

“Good luck guys.” Alec said.

“Thank you all.” Ariel said.

“See you guys.” Rune said, and they flew towards their destination.

“Hey Freda. What’s your limit for transportation?” Master asked.

“Hmmn, how much distance is between Galahaeim and Niuinaire's royal cities?” Freda asked.

“Some hundred miles. Around 500 miles.” Master said.

“Oh, I see. Then by that time I felt my mana being reduced to more than half. It takes quite a lot of mana. If I were asked to open portal back to Roskar I might have passed out from overuse of mana.” Freda said.

“I see. Anyway, how’s your health Alec?” Master asked.

“It's good, Master. I believe I can go for questing.” Alec said.

“Nice.” Master said.

They were talking that Sharon and Grim came in Guild hall.

“Morning everyone.” They said.

“Morning you guys.” Master said.

“Yo. Anyway, I’m going to head to go questing.” Reiz said and stood up to grab a quest paper.

“Hey guys.” Mei said to Sharon and Grim

“Hmmn an A class. In Oyasu town.” Reiz said.

“You want to take it?” Serina asked.

“Yea, I’m heading out right away.” Reiz said and took the quest paper and went above stairs.

“Why he went upstairs?” Freda asked.

“To grab his weapon most likely.” Mei said.

“Oh yea. I forgot. I haven’t tried this stuff either.” Freda said.

“I haven’t either.” Mei said.

Reiz came back and flew through door immediately without saying a word to anyone.

“He was quick.” Alec said.

“Mei and Alec, you want to do a quest tomorrow?” Master asked.

“Why not today, Master.” Mei replied.

“It will be a good exercise.” Alec said.

“Oh have a day for rest, don’t worry.” Master said.

“We need a quest though.” Sharon said.

“Oh, how about A class ? It’s a goblin hunt.” Master.

“A class!?! B-but master, you know our strengths right?” Grim asked.

“Yea, but how will you grow then.” Master said.

“Y-yes. Sir..” Grim said.

“Here go do this quest. It's to hunt some goblins.” Master said.

“Aren’t goblins weak though? Why A class?” Grim asked.

“A lone normal goblin is many times weaker than you, Grim. But other types of Goblins like a Hobgoblin, Goblin Masters, Mage Goblin leaders are strong. And they don’t share that much intelligence. They have a little higher level of intelligence than boulder Orcs, but still they are nothing compared to other species of Orc or trolls.” Master said.

“Oh, I see.” Alec said.

“Yea sure. If we die, please come to pick our bodies.” Sharon said.

“See you all. If we made it back.” Grim said.

“Good luck.” Alec said, and they went for the quest. It was in south of Galahaeim, in village, Nirva.

While Egan, Rune and Ariel had gone to North-East in Sareka town.

And Reiz went to West, in Oyasu Town.

Mei and Alec went to sit on tables.

“So, another day I guess.” Mei said.

“I guess.” Alec said.

“Want to do something ? Alec?” Mei asked.

“Do what though?” He replied.

“Don’t know.” Mei said.

“You guys bored?” Freda came and asked them.

“Nothing to do.” Mei said.

“Awe, let’s get some ice cream? and hang out then?” Freda asked.

“Sounds fun.” Mei said.

“Mhm.” Alec said, and they stood up and went to the restaurant where Seji went yesterday.

“Hey Freda, You were Seji and Reina's friend right?” Mei asked.

“Not really.” She replied.

“Why though?” Alec asked.

“I have same question.” Mei said.

“I think, people are just different in until you talk things out really.” Freda said.

“You sound way more mature than him.” Alec said.

“Really? I don’t know beats me.” She said.

“Hmmn.” Mei said.

“If magic doesn’t exist in your world, I still don’t get it how he used so powerful spells.” Alec said.

“I was wondering too, but I stopped thinking about that.” Mei said.

“As you know, magic works on Imagination and resolve. I'd say a person have to be quite imaginative to have good spells. Imaginative and smart as well. it's not toughest thing, I think.” Freda said.

“Yea, like you need to imagine and take water out of mana pool, and that’s all. But if magic doesn’t exist that means mana doesn’t either right. So, I’m always wondering how he did that. Even though I over simplified and explained to him, it shouldn’t be that easy right.” Alec said.

“I think that have to do with your explanation of mana. It's like a normal energy. I don’t feel anything out of ordinary with mana. So, I don’t think it's that tough either.” Freda said.

“I see. And what about the bizarre amount of spells he have? Which are many powerful spells in actual as well?” Alec asked.

“Well, some spells are quite similar to the game we played. In the game we had buttons for spells. And we would get to see spells closely and the game was so good that it had explanation like, ‘This spell is made of water element with added Healing attribute.’ Man, I miss that game.” She said.

“I see.” Alec said.

“I don’t get it. But we are here.” Mei said pointing out to the restaurant.

“Let’s go!” They said and went in.

“You guys should try Butter scotch.” Freda said.

“Sure.” Alec and Mei replied.

Freda got 3 butter scotch ice creams for them.

Alec and Mei took a lick and to them it was something extraordinarily Delicious.

“Wow!! It's so delicious !!” They said being overjoyed.

“I know right. It's super delicious.” Freda said being calm.

“You people had some seriously delicious stuff.” Alec said.

“Yea, a lot of stuff actually. You never run out of choices.” Freda said.

“That’s so good.” Mei said.

“Not really, you will get fat if you eat something unhealthy daily. And eating ice cream daily will rott your teeths.” Freda said.

“Well, It' delicious enough to have once a week.” Alec said.

“That’s right.” Freda said, and they started walking in market looking around places.

While walking Freda Thought, "I'm starting to like this world a bit better now... I hope it stays same."
