《My System Hates Me》Guilds

Zeus, now Odysseus. He knew it was greek mythology, was there more greek mythology in this world? He wondered if it was that Odysseus or just another random Odysseus.
“I’m also heading to the capital. Mind if I tag along?” Jack asked.
“You’re welcome my friend, we’d never say no to a kind man as yourself.” The fat man said.
“I’m just wondering, why were you in the forest?” Ody suddenly asked.
“Truth be told. I got drunk yesternight and today I found myself in the forest without any money.” Jack said. The best lies are embarrassing.
“Women huh? I don’t know what they’ll do to you.” The fat man laughed, but Jack saw that Ody didn’t buy his lie. Clever people were a double-edged sword.
They walked towards the capital. When suddenly a thief jumped into the middle of the road. He nodded towards the forest, two archers stood there with bows. Jack heard the merchant curse under his breath about some useless mercenaries.
“Give us everything you have and we’ll let you walk away!” The middle thief shouted.
“We’ve already been robbed,” the merchant said. “We’ve got nothing to give you,”
“I see clothes you could give me.”
“What will you do with my clothes?”
“None of your business, now hand them over!” The thief said.
They were all naked. Jack found out that the fat man was very thick hair, he could have mistaken him for a boar. The man with a robe looked really frail without it, his bones showed, and his grey beard gave a more homeless vibe than one of intelligence. Ody had a well-built body, and so did Jack. The fat man continued muttering about some useless mercenaries.
They eventually reached the capital. The buildings were taller than Jack expected. The walls were gigantic. Jack wondered if this was Attack On Titan. It was actually pretty cool. There was two gates, one that fit the wall, and one that they used. Only two guards stood there, mandating a line of outsiders wanting to enter.

“Do you have any weapons on you?” The left guard asked
“No”
“Welcome!”
Eventually, it was their turn.
“Why are you naked.” The left guard asked
“We were robbed of everything we had.” The merchant said.
“That happens all the time. Welcome in!” The left guard said.
“Oh, thank you, great sir.” The merchant said.
Past the walls, the infrastructure shocked Jack. He expected normal buildings to be tightly built together, not for them to be built on top of each other. He almost hit his head on a lantern illuminating the floor. There was dirty pools of water almost everywhere. Jack almost puked.
The four of them split up, Jack still had a single silver coin. That coin would buy him clothes, he just had to find a store. He walked further into the city. The buildings above him made it feel like a tunnel. He passed quite a few people, they didn’t bat him an eye.
“System.”
“Yes?”
“Why haven’t I gotten my reward for escaping the stone box?” He had not forgotten that quest.
“You haven’t claimed it yet.”
“How do I claim it?” Jack said.
“Say quest.” The system answered.
“Quest” Jack said.
---
Quest.
Escape stone box. Completed. Do you want to claim the reward?
Slay king of gods. Zues.
---
He claimed the award. A small grey box appeared in his hands. It had a question marks on the sides and a button on top.
“A loot box!” He exclaimed
“A common loot box. The lowest reward for completing quests.” The system added, trying to peg his ego down a notch.
Jack quickly asked, “How do you get quests?”
“You get them from some sort of guild or anything likewise. The second option is that the system gives you them.”

Jack formulated a plan. First he’d have to find some sort of guild. But first, he clicked on the loot box. A gray potion appeared in his hands. Almost dropping it due to its weight, he clenched down on it with his fingers.
“Inspect,” he said.
“100% in proficiency gain for 24 hours potion.”
He drank it, it pushed against his throat as it pushed down. Once it reached his stomach, the feeling dispersed. A window opened up in his sight, it told him the potion's effect alongside a ticking clock.
Jack opened up his status. He’d yet to spend the seven stat points he’d gained from killing the ogre.
“System, what specifically will charisma do?”
“It will make what you say sound more convincing.”
“Perfect.”
He put all seven points into charisma. His tongue swells up, he felt his blood rush up there. He couldn’t move it. A light tickling sensation ran across his tongue. His tongue filled up the entire mouth. Like a balloon losing all its air, it made a fart noise and deflated quickly.
Perhaps spending all his stat points at once wasn’t the wisest idea.
He continued searching for a clothes store. He wandered into a tunnel where some of the lanterns had been broken, it was really dark. Through the darkness, he found a sign with a small dagger on it. The door was slanted and almost hidden in the shadows. He entered.
“What do you mean. I can only get 10 coppers for these clothes?”
“It’s rubbish,” the clerk muttered.
Jack quickly saw that they were his clothes. The man selling them was the same person who’d robbed them earlier. Jack quickly approached him and put on his most authoritative voice.
“I’ll take them for 0 silver since they're mine.”
The thief turned around and saw the naked man, Jack. He scornfully laughed.
“There yours huh? My sword here tells me that it's mine.”
“Might I remind you clever men, that fighting is strictly prohibited 100 meters within the guilds territory.” The clerk said, polishing a glass.
Jack put his hands on the clothes, they laid across the counter in a mess. The thief put his hands on top of them.
“Let go, or I’ll hurt you.” The thief's sword touched Jack's neck. Jack swallowed and leaned into the sword.
“Their mine. I don’t think you know my name. I’m known as the ball crusher. Are you sure you want me as an enemy.” Jack threatened.

Tom Is Chill
An eye for an eye may make the whole world go blind but at least that f***er can't see either. The early bird gets the worm but I go to the grocery store so screw you. Technically humans don't need to breathe. If no one had any more children everyone would be dead in the next one hundred fifty years probably. Does this count as a synopsis? No? Okay. Tom murders a bunch of dudes. *Tom Dies*. Tom is reborn. Tom doesn't want to be reborn but no one really cares. Tom is born in a new world. He didn't really have to be though. Cause his old world had magic and all. I don't want to give anything away. I swear this fiction is more serious than I am I just find it hard to write a synopsis. Maybe I should write something like this. "Follow Earnheart Super Maximus on his gender-bender super adventures that are exciting and often humorous as he gathers a bunch of chicks for literally no reason." I mean that's what everyone else does and it seems to work.
