Hunter:
Hunter felt sick to his stomach as they buried Aziya’s brother's body, each thud of the shovel reminded him of his mother, who never got a proper burial, who had gotten casted aside like she was some kind of waste, this was nobody so why was Hunter helping the girl? This wasn’t like him, Hunter let the next shovel full of dirt fall onto the body of the boy as his sister prayed for the soul that he lost, Hunter looked at Aziya as she prayed for her brother it was a sad view what he saw, his mother the seventh queen of this kingdom was murdered and his father did nothing to stop them or punish them, thats when he found out that his father was the one who decided the murder of his mother. Hunters felt the rage inside boil, but he couldn’t let the others know. Their presence was required within this plan and he needed their complete trust for this plan to work.
“My condolences” Hunter nodded his head at Aziya, “However we need to destroy that altar if we want to stop this”
“How the altar itself is made from Orchanium” Ophelia stared at Hunter “Orchanium is the hardest stone within Alagadda”
“We don’t need to break it” Hunter said impatiently, couldn’t they see what he was trying to do with the altar. “The altar has carvings in it does it not?”
“It does….” Aziya replied hesitantly
“So how did the carvings get there if the atlar is made of Orchanium?” Hunter continued
“Wait, so your saying that there's a tool they used to carve out the Altar?,” Ophelia looked confused “How are we going to find it”
“We don’t need to” Hunter said pointing at a boy holding a chisel and hammer, “That should be our answer, the magic circle that they carved on the Altar is very specific, if we change even a little bit of it the entire thing will crumble”
Hunter released the bandages which hit the boy at the back of the head, and the boy started walking towards them with a blank expression on his face, “Perfect, now we can use this to carve”

“How did you do that?” Aziya spoke up, Hunter turned to see their horrified expressions “You took over his mind how did you do it?”
“It’s just part of my ability” Hunter cursed at himself, he shouldn’t use any of the abilities of the bandages again in front of the other two “Forget about it”
“I think if this plan is going to go through we should know each others abilities” Ophelia looked at Hunter with a raised eyebrow
“You guys can start” Hunter returned the look to Ophelia “both of you seem pretty eager to know mine”
“Fine, my ability is passed down by generation, it is an ability based around charging speed,” Ophelia said without taking her eyes off the chisel and hammer “When my ability is active, for every five steps I take I get two times as fast.”
“Mine is summon based, or it is supposed to be when it manifests” Aziya said lowering her head “I don’t know anything else about it”
“Interesting your age and have yet to develop an ability” Hunter was intrigued, this was an unusual phenomenon, abilities usually manifest at the age of 7 “Summon based that requires time….”
“What about your ability? “ Ophelia said skeptically “We’ve told you what we can do so it's time you did the same”
“Bassa you take this one” Hunter shrugged her off “I don’t want to leak any information we need to keep”
“Very well, Our ability is derived from madness” The girls jumped as Bassa appeared from Hunter’s shadow “The base of our ability revolves around the bandages, however the ability itself relies on ‘Acts’ where the stronger the act the more we affect the world, the weaker the Act the less we affect this world”
“Acts? Like from a play?” Aziya looked shocked her eyes widened
“Exactly so,” Bassa said “We can only use two out of the five of the original acts currently”
“Lets go” Hunter motioned towards the pole where the altar stood. He saw it, the altar that Frevor had used on his mother, his eyes watered, he would kill the first one for his mother, the first king, the oldest of all his siblings, Frevor, the Soul King.

“Is that Frevor?” Ophelia pointed to a figure standing on the altar, the figure wore a bright yellow cape, his golden armour made him look like a trophy and by looking at him Hunter wanted to break the trophy that stood in front of him, he wanted to rip the body out of that suit the filth his eldest brother had become a general who cared for nothing but himself and his ego. A filthy rat who was capable of only bragging of his power when he had none.
“Hunter!” Aziya was at his side immediately as he started vomiting “Are you alright?”
“I’ll.. I’ll be fine” Hunter’s mouth tasted like blood “Lets go over the plan again”
“Hunter and I will be the ones distracting the priests in the front” Ophelia said as she pointed to the map that Hunter had drew earlier “Aziya will be the one carving the symbol into the altar, we need this one to be carve into the side just a circle should be enough to ruin the inscription on the Altar.”
“That's it? It’s so simple?” Aziya exclaimed as she flipped through the pages “That's way too predictable!”
“It may sound predictable, but trust me no one’s instinct tells them to focus on something like a chisel in the side of a gigantic Altar when someone is trying to kill them” Hunter said as he ripped the pages out of Aziya’s hand. “Now let's start”
Hunter’s eyes stayed on Frevor as he rushed through the crowd, He felt a tug at stomach as he saw what Frevor was holding, it was the bracelet that his mother used to wear everyday. Hunter took four strides through the crowd as he pushed everyone out of his way and charged at Frevor, who out of shock got pummeled to the ground by the surprise attack.
“YOU!” Frevor pointed at Hunter as he got up, then as if realising who was standing in front of him started laughing
“What are you laughing at?” Hunters voice dripped in venom as he carefully watched the weak points of Frevor
“Do you really believe you can face me?” Frevor raised his sword to Hunter “Filthy bastard, you actually found a way to get out of the chains”
“I’ll kill you” Hunter hissed as he lunged at Frevor, the bandages started wrapping around his hands forming a single longsword. “DIE!”
“Nice try” Frevor growled as he parried Hunter’s sword with his own “You deserve nothing in this kingdom you exiled freak”
“I’ll make you pay! I’LL MAKE YOU SUFFER LIKE YOU MADE HER” Hunter charged again this time using the bandages as foot hold to kick off from to gain speed
“USELESS BLUFFS” Frevor roared as he picked up his shield to block Hunter’s attack
“SHE WAS YOUR MOTHER TOO! HOW COULD YOU JUST KILL HER?” Hunter lunged at Frevor releasing his black sword, aiming for Frevor’s neck
“She was nothing but a nuisance after giving birth to you, a monster that would eventually destroy this kingdom” Frevor snarled “Now since you’ve been playing these games with your ability, it is time for you to suffer for the time you have wasted me!”
Frevor raised one of his hands and gripped in the air for something that Hunter couldn’t see, Frevor’s hand started shaking… no wait, Hunter jumped back as a giant hand appeared from the ground below him.
“NOW BEAR WITNESS TO ANNIHILATION!” Frevor laugh uproariously to the feat of his ability
“Oh Fuck” Hunter watched in horror as dozens of undead started making their towards the crowd eating people, animals anything they could find.
“YOU’VE NEVER FELT TRUE SUFFERING,” Frevor pointed his finger at Hunter “ALLOW ME TO BEAT THE FEELING INTO YOU”

Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder
I, Mick Chadwick, regret to inform my readers that this memoir contains nothing but the truth, which in the case of Tobias MacClain, most ridiculed as Pajama Boy, is far from pleasant. If you seek to relate to a hero more than to aspire to them and have the stomach for unpleasant things such as a hero left for dead, villainous scars, bomb threats, and murderous intent, then look no further. All of these gruesome things and more await from my research, and though I do not wish them on any man or woman, I cannot bear this burden on my own much longer. In the words of Tobias MacClain himself, "Sometimes, a villainous act can cause the greatest good." I hope that all my villainous acts of sneaking, blackmailing, diary-reading, and grave-digging, among others, will be redeemed as I present this complete and truthful memoir to the world, and with any luck, open eyes to the truth of what we call "villainy". Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder ********* MATURE FILTER IS FOR:- violence- graphic imagery (blood, burns, fairly dark headspaces)- cartoon depiction of burn scars for visual aid Despite graphics, Mick Chadwick's writing keeps Mr. MacClain's terrible tale light somehow. This is foremostly a comedy.
