Ministry of San Juan…

After learning that Maria was saved…Daniel and Father Clemente immediately went to the Hospital using Daniel’s portal…Fabiola, Mariana and Abril stayed at the Ministry, watching over Sister Carolina and Estrella…Eric and Jose, well…they continued to guard outside…

“What were those things Jose?” Eric looks at the sky frightened. Jose, who is also very vigilant, replies; “I don’t know…but man that was scary…”

“Do you think those things will return?”

“I don’t know, but according to Father Clemente…the attack was over…”

Eric sighs with his eyes closed; “I know I said things were boring here…but I didn’t want things to elevate from 0-100 in 30 seconds…”

“You got a point…for now let’s just stay alert…”

“Hey…”

Jose and Eric panic and hug each other with fear as they hear a voice behind them. They slowly turn and see Fabiola looking at them in a weird way; “What are you doing?”

Jose and Eric notice they are hugging and immediately separate; “I-I-It’s not what you think…we were just wrestling…”

Fabiola sighs with her eyes closed; “I know you guys are scared…but you must be brave…you’re supposed to be our guards right? Here…I brought you some dinner…Good night…”

“Good night…” Jose and Eric feel as if a giant boulder hit their heads with the word; LAME. Both of them sigh with their eyes closed; “We should really stop watching scary movies Eric…”

“You’re right Jose…Let’s eat…”

Jose and Eric eat the Chicken stew from the food tray that Fabiola left…

Estrella’s Room…

“Mother…Father…”

(BADUMP BADUMP BADUMP)

Estrella has a nightmare, a nightmare where the Sombras kill their parents. -RRAAWWW- Estrella sees a giant sombra behind her; “NNNOOOO!!!!”

(RRRAAAWWW)

Estrella opens her eyes and raises her body as she breathes heavily. She looks around and notices that she is in her room; “My room? Why am I here? I thought I was in a cell…”

(CCRRAASSHHH)

Estrella hears a loud sound coming from the door. She looks at the door and sees Mariana who drops the food tray. Mariana with tears in her eyes runs towards her; “ESTRELLA!!!”

“M-M-Mariana…” Estrella looks confused. Mariana runs and hugs Estrella. Fabiola and Abril immediately run to her room; “MARIANA, DID SOMETHING HAPPENED…”

Both of them open their eyes wider as they see Estrella awake; ‘ESTRELLA!”

Estrella pushes Mariana away; “STAY BACK!” The sisters look at her confused; “What’s wrong Estrella?”

“Please…stay back…I’m a dangerous monster…” Estrella moves into the corner and cries; “I-I-I only bring pain to those who are around me…I don't want to suffer anymore…please…leave me alone…”

Mariana, with tears in her eyes, slowly walked closer to her; “It’s okay…you don’t have to be alone…”

“But Mariana…I-I almost killed you…You are all afraid of me and hate me don’t you…” Estrella looks at her hands and shakes. Mariana get closer and hugs her; “Silly girl, we don’t hate you…you are our sister…we could never hate our sister…”

“But…but…”

“She’s right…” Abril walks to her and hugs her; “We were so worried about you…please don’t do that again…don’t go disappearing on us like that…we are family…”

“Estrella, you caused a lot of damage and you put everyone at risk…” Fabiola scolds her. Mariana and Abril separate from Estrella as they look at Fabiola. Fabiola walks closer to her and pats her head:

“Little sister, as punishment, you will have to do some extra chores and train with us, so you will never have to go through that again…like Abril said…you are our family…and that’s why…”

Fabiola hugs Estrella with force; “I don’t want to lose another sister again in my life…”

Estrella cries as she hugs Fabiola back; “Thank you…thank you…”

At that moment, the bond of the Four Sisters grew as they became closer to becoming a family…

Hospital…

After Maria woke up…Father Clemente and Daniel appeared near the Hospital with a portal…the others immediately went to her room…Officer Rodriguez ordered the troops to retrieve…

“Waahhh...Mamá…Mamá…” Valerie hugs Maria as she cries. Kasumi looks at her with tears in her eyes as well; “Thank goodness…Ms. Maria, I was so worried…”

“Hahaha…I knew you would pull through Maria…you are a strong woman after all…” Father Clemente chuckles with joy.

“Clemente, you are so easy going you know that…” Sister Griselda sighs with her eyes closed. Father Clemente smiles at her; “Oh come on Griselda…we can be happy now right?”

“I guess you’re right…”

Johanna turns around and heads to the door, Uriel follows after her. In the hallway Uriel sees her walking away; “Thank you…I will be in your debt…”

“No need to thank me…I'm just doing my job…besides…we have a deal you know…but I will let you know the details later…for now…just be with your family…”

Johanna leaves walking to the corridor. Kasumi, Flor and Alejandro also take their leave upon seeing the mission succeeded. Uriel at all of them and bows his head; “I am forever grateful with all of you…Thank you…”

Alejandro smiles; “Hey, don’t sweat it man…I’ll see you at school…” Flor bows her head. Kasumi nervously grabs her glasses:

“D-D-Do not worry…we are an alliance after all…”

“I will see you soon, Kasumi…” Uriel smiles a little, Kasumi “blows out” steam as Alejandro and Flor help get into the elevator.

Daniel looks at Uriel; “We need to talk…”

At the rooftop…

“So what do you want to tell me?” Uriel asks Daniel. Daniel looks at the city; “You know, ever since I met you…You have always been suspicious of me…however, Mama and Valerie always believed in you…You always told me that you would give your life for us…and I never believed you once…”

Daniel’s voice breaks as tears come out of his eyes; “B-B-But…tonight, you did everything you could to help her…you even provided portions of your mana…even though you are weak right now…I know what happened in Mexico…it must’ve been tough for you…and you’re probably exhausted right now…I can notice your sweat…”

Uriel opens his eyes wider as he grabs his trembling arm. Daniel continues to speak:

“I have always been in denial…thinking that my dad died 5 years ago and that I had a brother who dissapeared from this earth…and you showed up saying that you are that brother…that’s why…I’ve been investigating all this time about you…El Charro Negro…no…The Horseman of War…”

“So you knew about my true identity…”

“Of course…but I can see now, that you really care for us…You would give up your life for your family…you’re weird you know that…”

Uriel and Daniel chuckle. Daniel turns around and sees Uriel:

“I thank you for saving my…no…our mother…and please keep looking after us…Big Brother…”

Uriel looks surprised, Daniel looks away embarrassed. Uriel chuckles and pats his head:

“You don’t have to worry…remember that I am your older brother…so you and Valerie who is hiding behind the door…can always count on me…”

Daniel looks at the door, Valerie opens it and chuckles; “So you knew I was there…”

“Of course…”

Valerie walks towards them, and hugs both of them; “We’re family you guys…and no matter what happens…we will always be together…even if we’re apart…”

“Valerie…you’re choking us…” Daniel and Uriel struggle as Valerie hugs tighter; “Oh come on…I know you both love your sister right?”

“We do…but you don't have to strangle us…”

(PPUUUMM)

The three of them fall down. They begin to chuckle as the sun begins to rise, illuminating the Borderland. Daniel looks at Uriel:

“I know you’re going to face a war against Darius some day…and you know what…I will support you…You don’t have to fight alone…because we’re family…Big Brother…”

Valerie grabs his hand; “You can always count us Uriel…we’re strong too…”

Uriel chuckles; “I know that…in fact, you may be stronger than me…”

Uriel stands up and looks at both of them:

“Listen…as you already know, I am the Horseman of War…many strong demons and monster will always target me…two years ago, I decided to sever all bonds but it appears one can never do that right?”

Uriel extends his fist; “I am counting on you…my siblings…”

Valerie and Daniel stand up and fist bump with Uriel:

“No matter what challenges approach us…we will stand next to you…Uriel…”

As the sun rises in the Borderland…peace comes once again…however, new challenges and obstacles await the Alliance…
