“Where am I?” A girl with pale skin, long bright red hair and bright greenish eyes, floats in a dark space, she opens her eyes:

“Oh yeah, I was sacrificed to revive a God…”

The girl sheds tears as she remembers the words from a young man:

"Leticia, it's normal to feel scared but listen...If you are ever in danger, I will protect you...right now you are my partner and that means that you are someone who I will protect…"

Leticia slowly sinks into the darkness as she whispers:

“Uriel…help me…”

Suddenly, a bright light shine. Leticia turns around and sees memories in the shape of bubbles:

“What are those?”

Leticia is about to discover the truth of what happened to Mexico 500 years in the past…During the Age of Conquest…

In Mexico City, an important event was about to happen…the revelation of the Golden City…however, before that…Uriel and Marjorie had to face La Llorona…

(DRIP DRIP DRIP DROP DROP )

Once again rain begins to fall at Xochimilco, Uriel stands in front of the ghost of the woman.

Uriel looks at the ghost, and chuckles; “So, this is the Famous Llorona. Sister Griselda always told me when I was little that if I went outside at night without permission, La Llorona would get me, now I know it's true.”

La Llorona looks at Uriel. Uriel takes a deep breath.

“I want to talk to you; you are Marina, are you?”

Uriel asks the woman in Ancient Aztec language. The woman stares at him and nods, she lets go of the children, the children frightened of seeing the ghost run towards Marjorie and hug her crying.

La Llorona has the appearance of a beautiful woman; she has her skin white and hair, yellow eyes, a long white dress with long sleeves. She has white veil covering her face and her feet are not visible.

La Llorona feels Uriel’s mana and gets angry:

“Guerra”

Uriel notices the wind gaining speed and her mana growing. La Llorona suddenly screams:

“AAAAAYYYYY MMMMIIIIISSSS HHHIIIJJJJOOOSSS”

“Marjorie, take the kids and run inside the house Hurry!!”

Marjorie nods and grabs the two children from their hands and runs inside the house. Bella and her cat were nowhere to be seen.

The ghost's appearance changes as claws begin to grow out of her hands, her corneas change into black and her eyes change into red with blood coming out of her eyes.

La Llorona releases a shock wave as she screams one more time.

(BBBBOOOMMM)

At that moment, Uriel begins to feel that his soul was separated from his body as he hears her scream. His body feels numb and he is losing consciousness.

Suddenly, Uriel makes a fist and flames come out of his ring changing him into a partial Charro Form which only consisted of his suit without his coat, Gloves or his hat. His soul returns to his body.

Uriel breathes heavily as he says; “That was a close one; I could die if I´m not careful.”

La Llorona screams one more time, Uriel stands up: “Barrera de Viento” (Wind Barrier)

Uriel creates a wind barrier, blocking her attack. La Llorona disappears behind a tree. Uriel closes his eyes and tries to located her using his “Rhythm Sense”

“Where is she? I can´t hear her rhythm at all.” Uriel thinks as he closes his eyes.

(DRIP DRIP DROP DROP)

Uriel feels water from behind, Uriel opens his eyes with shock; “How did she…”

Uriel jumps forward as La Llorona is behind him.

(SSSLLLAAASSHHHH)

La Llorona connects her attack, by slashing Uriel’s back.

“URRRIIEEEL!!!!”Majorie screams, Uriel steps back and gets into one knee breathing heavily.

Uriel smiles; “She is quick, and dangerous.”

Uriel stands up looking for her, however, La Llorona once again makes her presence disappear.

Uriel feels her presence from below him, he jumps back. La Llorona continues to attack him. She continues to attack while Uriel dodges her multiple times.

“Very well…time to use this…” -STEP- Uriel steps on the ground with force creating a field with musical notes:

“Campo de la Canción; Principio” (Song Field, Beginning)

The field expands all over the area. The ghost disappears one more time. Uriel closes his eyes and begins to concentrate. Uriel hears guitar strings coming from the ground.

“I found you!!” Uriel thinks as he dodges the ghost attack from the ground. He grabs the ghost's arms and looks at her in the eyes. Uriel holds tightly:

“Ahide and Xochitl are alive.”

Suddenly, the ghost turns back to her original form; her claws disappear as she calms down. La Llorona begins to cry putting her hands in her face saying:

“AY MIS HIJOS.”

Uriel puts his hand in her shoulder and speaks in Aztec language:

“I met them, both of them look healthy and are being protected by Quetzalcoatl…”

The ghost stands up looking at Uriel: “You have pure eyes, but an evil soul, you remind me of Cortes a long time ago.”

“Please tell me what happened to you”

The ghost lowers her head looking down. She looks at him in the eyes and begins to speak:

“I will, I want to see my children and I know you take me to them.”

La Llorona stands up and says: “It all happened 500 years ago, on the faithful day I met that man.”

500 years ago in the Mexican Gulf Coast…

The following is the story of betrayal and pain…

During the age of Exploration…Sailors from Spain arrived at the coasts of Mexico…among them…a man who held an important fate and with his actions, he would change the History of all mankind…

“Ayúdenos por favor necesitamos Agua por favor!” ( Help us please, we need water.)

A young man pleads to the leader of a Native village near the coast. The man wears strange clothing made of silk, colored brown. He has white skin, brown eyes and brown hair. The man came with some soldiers with him and wanted water and food.

The village elder ordered them to stay on the coast and provided water to them. Also he ordered them to provide medical treatment. Among them was a young girl named Marina who was 17 years old at that time. She has brown skin, black hair, and yellow eyes. She was ordered to look after Cortes.

Little did they know that the Explorers arrived with a powerful guest…

Standing in the weather deck, a woman wearing a long red dress with a veil covering her face and a long witch’s hat; “Fufufu…what a splendid land filled with mana…”

The woman takes a look at the man and Marina having a conversation. She chuckles as she senses her mana:

“I found my new pawn…soon…my objective will come true…”

The woman slowly fades away from the ship.

After a couple of months, Marina was the smartest person in the village, she learned to communicate with the voyagers in just one month, she became close to the captain whose name was Cortes, she often went to their ships to learn more about their language and cultures. She would bring that information to the elder. She and the other women of the tribe became close to the man of the ships.

Note; This conversation is in Spanish…

“Thank you for taking care of us, Marina” The young man thanks Marina, and puts a flower in her head as they walk down the beach.

The voyagers and the Natives formed a close relationship, the leader permitted them to enter the village and live with them. As a reward the voyagers gave them some of their treasures they brought with them, such as silk, plants and other materials.

“No, thank you” Marina blushes and asks the young man: “Cortes, why did you come here? Are you going to hurt our people?”

“Of course not!!” Cortes grabs Marina with his both arms and looks at her in the eyes:

“My mission is to explore and nothing else Marina, the only thing I want is to follow our God's will and to help my family in Spain” Cortes realizes they were too close and blushes.

He steps back from Marina but Marina hugs him; “Cortes, I think that I fell in love with you, isn't that funny?”

The man blushes but holds her tight as well, surprising Marina. Cortes looks at Marina in the eyes; “Marina, I love you as well, under this full moon I swear I will be with you forever.”

The two of them exchange a kiss under the light of the full moon with the wind blowing causing the waves to move as well.

Aztec Empire…

Cortes and Marina married but Marina needed to leave her village because it was against the rules, she began to move along with the voyagers, with her help the voyagers venture into deeper Mexico where they encounter the powerful Aztec Empire. Marina received the name La Malinche because some of the natives considered her a traitor even if the Aztec Emperor Montezuma accepted the voyagers as “Heavenly” people who return to earth and Marina was considered the “chosen one” because she was the only one that understood them.

Moctezuma II was the Emperor in charge of the Aztec Empire. He was a muscular man with long hair wrapped around an indigenous crown. He had brown skin, brown eyes and black hair. As the Emperor, he wore a unique garment that consisted of a blue and white mantle that included the royal insignia.

“WELCOME TO THE EMPIRE! OH MERCIFUL SAVIORS'' Moctezuma welcomes Cortes and his men with great joy..

“We are here to be your humble servants and provide you with knowledge of our own…” Cortes kneels before Moctezuma.

“From now on, we’re brothers…Marina, you are now my daughter!” Moctezuma and Cortes exchange licor and treat themselves as friends.

Moctezuma heads walks and presents the Cortes and his followers to the Aztec Empire:

“MY PEOPLE, IT IS WITH GREAT HONOR TO PRESENT YOU WITH THE PEOPLE SEND BY THE GODS…HERNAN CORTES AND HIS FOLLOWERS!”

(CLAP CLAP CLAP)

People cheer and celebrate, Moctezuma also presents his new daughter; “HER NAME IS MARINA AND SHE WILL BE KNOWN AS MY NEW DAUGHTER! SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN COMMUNICATE WITH CORTES AND FOR THAT SHE WILL BE KNOWN AS LA MALINCHE!”

The Conquistadors were permitted to stay in the empire and Cortes became an ambassador for the Spanish and Aztec relationships. Cortes and Marina stayed in a house outside the empire in a small island in the middle of Lake Texcoco where she gave birth to two children: Xochitl Monroy Cortes, and Adihe Martin Cortes.

For 10 years the relationship between the voyagers and the Aztecs went very well, the Aztecs trusted the voyagers and vice versa, many of the sailors had kids with the Natives as well creating the new race Mestizos.

During that time Marina got into contact with 5 Aztec Deities, she also became their translator, once a month she would go to the altar on top of the temple in Teotihuacan where she would bring offerings to the Gods.

However one night near the city of Tenochtitlan:

Cortes and Xochitl walk down the road; they approach the little bridge that connects the island. Xochitl holds a little flower and playing with her father:

“Daddy, daddy look, look this is a pretty flower right?”

“Yes, it's a nice flower mija. We should hurry or mommy will get mad.”

Cortes replies, smiling at her daughter. Suddenly, Cortes sees that in the beginning of the bridge there was a woman standing there with the resemblance of Marina.

“Mommy what are you doing here” Xochitl runs towards her however she passes out.

“XOCHITL!!” Cortes screams as he runs towards Xochitl.

“Don’t worry she is only sleeping, I need to talk to you” The woman that resembles Marina says to Cortes.

“Marina what are you doing, where is Ahide?” Cortes asks.

“My name is Malintze, not Marina and I am your wife. Remember, we have a child named Martin and here he is” Malitntze extends her arm to the right side as a boy comes out of the tree, the boy is 6 years old, has brown skin with yellow eyes. He walks towards him saying:

“Hola Papá”

Cortes looks at the resemblance, he falls into his knees with tears in his eyes; “How can this be, I don't remember you, you are mistaken, I have only two children with me.”

“Of course you don´t, it is best for you not to remember.” Another woman comes out of the tree; she is wearing a red dress with a veil covering her face.

“Who are you?” Cortes asks, shaking.

“They call me Isabella, but I am not important right now…right now, you must take responsibility for your son and wife...” Isabella puts her hand on Martin’s head.

“Why is this happening, what did you do to me?”

“Nothing, six years ago while you were on an expedition you met Malintze and you fell in love remember.” Isabella replies as she chuckles. Cortes looks up with rage:

“No I don´t! I only love Marina !.” Cortes takes out a sword and charges towards Isabella. Isabella raises her arm, paralyzing Cortes. Wind gathers speed as Isabella and Malintze walk towards him:

“Listen, you are the chosen one, you will conquer this land in the name of Spain, it is your destiny.”

“That's right Capitan, you will be our guide.” Two men come from behind, both of them white skin but one with red eyes and one with green eyes.

“Who are you?” Cortes asks with a shaking voice.

“We are your subordinates, and in two days, when the eclipse is up in the sky covering the moon and tainting it red, the conquest will begin.”

Isabella approaches him. Cortes struggles but his body is paralyzed; “What are you dong?Let me go…”

(BAADDUMMMP BAADDUUUMMPPP)

Isabella kisses him in the mouth making his eyes shine red:

“Do you understand now?”

“Yes I understand, I am the Conquistador” Cortes replies with a determined expression.

“Good, now then, time to go,” Isabella says to everyone around Cortes.

Cortes loses consciousness as the others slowly disappear.

“PAPA, PAPA” Xochitl calls for Cortés.

Cortes wakes up looking at Xochitl, he looks at his surroundings and hugs her:

“Hija, thank goodness you are alright.”

Cortes walks into his house thinking whether what he experimented was a dream or not:

“What was that? Who were those people?”

“Papa, is something wrong?”

“No…everything is alright, hija…:

The night after, Cortes sees the moon remembering the things the Red Witch said to him. He grabs his head with his eyes closed thinking what he should do. Marina touches his shoulder, surprising him.

“What´s wrong Cortes, you look nervous, did something happen?” Marina asks with a worried face.

“Nothing Marina, I was thinking that we should run away to the North.” Cortes says looking at the water.

Marina laughs: “You are kidding right? Now, tell me what's going on?” Cortes looks at Marina with a nervous expression:

“I am not kidding, let's run away now; the four of us let's get out of here.” Cortes grabs Marina´s both shoulders causing her tremble:

“You´re making nervous Cortes, please tell me what's going on?”

Cortes lets go of her and walks to the water saying; “Tomorrow night there will be an invasion from my people.”

Marina looks at him frightened, asking:”Is that true?”

“Yes I was informed yesterday, please let´s get out of here, I don't want to lose you”

Cortes says with tears in his eyes.

“I need to inform the others about the attack.” Marina runs to the door, Cortes stops her:

“They won´t believe you Marina, I tried telling Montezuma but he laughed believing it was a joke.”

Marina looks at the sky; “We will leave this place, just the four of us but I need to go to the temple to inform the Gods.”

Cortes at first denied the idea but later agreed. He looks at Marina:

“Alright, tomorrow at sundown I will be waiting for you here and we will run away before the attack.”

Marina hugs Cortes with confidence while he looks worried.

Meanwhile…

50 km east from the Capital, The Conquistador with red eyes gathered all the natives into the reunion. They gathered Natives from various places who were under the control of the Aztecs. In a platform made of wood stands the man with red eyes, and the man with green eyes.

“Good evening, I am “Guerra” and this man is “Conquista” and we want to discuss something with you!” The man with great eyes says to the Natives.

“We are going to attack the capital tomorrow night, are you tired from being part of their empire?”

The man screams, making the Natives doubt, he then continues to explain: “Join us to defeat the evil Montezuma and reclaim your land.”

The Natives at first rejected the idea, but then one of them says: “He's right, we need to free ourselves from them.”

“Perfect” The man with red eyes says to the man with green eyes.

He lifts his sword and chants; “Fiesta De Guerra” (War Party)

Red shock waves come out of the sword passing though all the Natives, the Natives change into black with red corneas. They begin to scream calling for war.

The man with red eyes says: “Now then tomorrow night is “La Conquista”!!!” (The Conquest) The natives begin to cheer for the man with red eyes as he says; “We are the followers of Cortes.”

Lake Texcoco…

“We're going daddy” Xochitl hugs Cortes. Cortes hugs her tightly:

“Goodbye my flower please don´t forget that I Love You!”

He hugs Adihe as well; “Protect your sister with your life…please, don´t forget about me” Adihe looks at him confused; “Okay I will, but we will see you again in the afternoon”

“I´ll be back, please wait for us.” Marina hugs Cortes. Cortes kisses her in the mouth as he says; “I Love You!”

Marina, Adihe and Xochitl went to the temple; Marina put flowers praying for the safety of her people.

At the same time…

In the house on the island, the chairs, the tables and everything inside the house is in pieces. Cortes is in his knees punching the ground screaming:

“Why, why me, why do I have to do this?”

“It is because that is your true nature.” Cortes looks up with frightened eyes looking at himself with red eyes; the whole room turns black with the furniture white.

“What’s happening, am I going insane…am I losing my mind…why am I doing this?”

“We are conquistadores, it is our mission to show these animals who is in charge.” The red eye Cortes laughs.

“No, you’re wrong I will run away to the North with Marina and my children.” Cortes replies. But his other self laughs harder:

“Those aren't your children, you only have one child, Martin, now the time has come, stand up and face me.”

(SSSLLLASSHHHHH)

Cortes stands up with rage to confront his other self but gets stabbed with a sword. The Red eyes Cortes gets closer:

“It is time Cortes or should I say; Hernan Cortes”

The real Cortes slowly turns to ashes crying; “Marina, Ahide and Xochitl, please forgive me.”

Hernan wakes up with his eyes red, stands up and Malitze and Martin are in the house with him.

Malitze looks at him; “Are you ready?”

Hernan smiles with an evil glare; “¡Es la hora de la conquista!” (It 's time for the conquest!)

At the royal palace…

As the sun sets…Montezuma prepares himself to go to sleep…

“Ahh…this is relaxing…” Moctezuma walks to the outside to see the setting sun. Suddenly, someone enters his room. Moctezuma feels a killing intent and immediately takes out his dagger:

“Who 's there?”

“It’s just me, father…” A woman walks towards him; “Marina…don’t scare me like that…”

“I came here to warn you that there is someone who is attempting towards your life…”

Moctezuma chuckles and turns around without looking at Marina; “Oh, and who is it that will try to kill…”

(SSSSLLLAASSHHH)

Marina stabs Moctezuma’s back. Moctezuma falls into his knees as blood comes out of his mouth. Marina laughs; “I am the one who will kill you…”

“Marina…why?”

“Hahaha…now die…” Marina prepares to kill Montezuma.

“Stop, Malintze…that’s enough for now…” Malintze stops, Moctezuma observes a woman in a red dress entering the room; “Good evening, Lord Moctezuma…my name is Isabella, and I came here to negotiate with you…”

“W-W-Who are you? Where are my guards?”

“Fufufu…your guards are right here…” Isabella chuckles as ten men enter the room. The men have hollow eyes and kneel before Isabella.

Isabella goes towards Moctezuma and heals his wound. Moctezuma looks confused; “Why are you doing this?”

“I need you to give me the location of the Golden City…”

“Golden City? I don’t know what you are talking about…”

“Fufufu…no need to lie, I have my methods to know…” -SNAP- Isabella snaps her fingers and the guards hurry and grab Moctezuma, putting him in chains; “Stop it…why are you defying your king?”

“Our king and savior is Cortes…” The guards reply, leaving Moctezuma confused. Isabella puts her hand on Moctezuma’s head, she closes her eyes and chants; “Aperta Memoria'' (Open Memory)

After a few minutes, Isabella opens her eyes and smiles; “It appears that you erased your memories…well, no matter…I saw someone that knows…”

“Marina…” Moctezuma opens his eyes wider. Isabella walks to the door. Moctezuma opens his eyes wider as Hernan Cortes stands. Moctezuma screams; “CORTES, BROTHER…RUN AWAY!”

Isabella walks towards Cortes; “Are you ready? Your generals are waiting…”

“I am…the Conquest will begin…”

Moctezuma looks frightened; “CORTES…ANSWER ME!”

“SHUT UP…YOU PIECE OF TRASH! FILTH DOESN’T HAVE A VOICE”

(BBBAANNNGG)

Cortes shuts Moctezuma on his leg. Isabella stops him; “Now that’s enough…time for the conquest to begin…”

Isabella opens a portal and both of them disappear. Cortes appears in front of the city. Guerra gives him his horse; “General, we are ready…”

Cortes looks at about 500 men of both Spanish and Indigenous origins; “Perfect…”

Cortes lifts his sword:

“MEN, WE HAVE GATHER HERE TO FREE THOSE FROM OPPRESSION OF THE AZTECS…TONIGHT THE AZTEC EMPIRE WILL FALL!”

“YYYEEEAAAHHHH!!!”

The signal was launched as the Conquest began…

Night of the Eclipse: Capital of Tenochtitlan.

The sun begins to set, Adihe and Xochitl cross the bridge to get to their home. Marina walks slower thinking of the voices she and Adihe heard back at the temple:

“BEWARE”

Xochitl opens the door; “Papá, dónde estás?”(Daddy where are you?)

However Cortes was nowhere to be seen. Adihe runs to the house and sees all the furniture destroyed:

“What happened here?”

“Big brother, I don’t feel so good…” Xochitl loses consciousness. Adihe opens his eyes wider: “XOCHITL!”

(BADUMP BADUMP)

“What is happening?” Adihe also loses consciousness and falls to the ground.

“Xochitl, Adihe…are you okay?” Marina enters the house. She sees their children unconscious.

“XOCHITL…ADIHE” Marina is in shock and quickly goes to her children.

“Don’t worry…they are alright Marina, they are just unconscious.” Marina hears someone talking behind her back. Marina turns around and sees a woman with a red dress and a veil.

(BBADDUUMPPP)

Marina feels an enormous amount of mana coming. from her. Marina asks with a shaking voice:

“W-W-Who are you?”

The woman smiles; “My name is Isabella and you will come with me, the Conquest has begun.”

(BBBBBBOOOOOMMMMM)

A giant explosion hits the entrance of the Capital city of Tenochtitlan.Fire rises with great intensity. Marina looks with a frightened expression:

“W-W-What is going on?”

(SNAP)

Isabella snaps her fingers. A bright light shines Isabella and Marina disappear leaving her children behind.

At the entrance of the city, a great explosion occurs thanks to the man calling himself “Guerra.” Hernan Cortes enters the city with his horse, followed by “Marina” and the two men and all his army of Conquistadors and Natives.

Aztec soldiers defend the city by attacking with arrows and swords. The man calling himself “Conquista'' raises his sword and green fog flows from the sword. The man says:

“Zelenaya Mor” (Green Pestilence)

He swings his sword downward. Suddenly, all the Aztec warriors fall to their knees throwing up blood. They begin to die one by one. Cortes raises his sword saying:

“ATAQUEN!!!” (ATTACK)

The conquistadors and the Natives clash into a bloody battle causing massive explosions, and many deaths. The battle lasted for 3 hours with the victory of the Conquerors.

(CCCHHHHINNNNGGGG)

“Where are we?” Marina and Isabella appear within the crowd looking at the top of the pyramid. Marina opens her eyes wider as she sees “herself '' next to Cortes.

“What is happening?” Marina asks as she begins to walk through the crowd but she is stopped by Isabella:

“Wait, let’s see the show as it begins.”

Montezuma is on his knees bleeding with a sword pointing at him. La Malinche steps forward and delivers a speech in Ancient Aztec:

“AZTECAS KNEEL BEFORE OUR SAVIORS WHO CAME FROM THE HEAVENS, THE CONQUISTADORES!”

The conquistadores cheer as the natives fear for their lives. La Malinche continues to speak pointing at Cortes and Moctezuma:

“HERNAN CORTES IS THE SAVIOR FOR THIS RACE, HE WILL LEAD US TO A BETTER TOMORROW, NOW FOLLOW US OR HE WILL DIE!!”

The Aztecs begin to kneel for Cortes and his men.

“NOOO….!” Marina tries to escape. Isabella grabs Marina and disappears. Cortes, Guerra and Conquista slowly walk down the altar and enter a red portal in front of them.

“MATENLOS A TODOS!” (KILL THEM ALL)

The Conquistadors began to slaughter all the Aztec survivors who kneeled before Hernan Cortes…

Night of the Eclipse: Temple of the Deities…

Marina and Isabella appear in the altar of the 5 Deities; “Now then Marina tell me where is the Golden Key”

Mariana opens her eyes; “I don’t know what you are talking about.”

“You should cooperate with Marina, or else you will die.” Marina hears someone speaking behind her, she turns around and sees “herself”:

“W-W-W-ho are you?”

“I am you...” Malintze replies to Marina laughing. Cortes appears from behind with Montezuma and the two conquistadores.

Marina notices and screams:

“Cortes, help me, she is trying to kill me!”

“...” Cortes stays silent, looking at her with rage.

“Cortes, what’s wrong? Answer me…” Marina runs towards him.

“SILENCE!”

(SSSLLLAAAPPP)

Cortes slaps Marina, making her fall a couple of stairs off the altar.

“Cortes, why did you hit me?” Mariana looks at Cortes with a frightened expression. Cortes once again remains silent. Mariana once again screams:

“Cortes, why are you doing this? I thought we were going to run away!”

“SHUT UP!! YOU IMPOSTER.” Cortes screams at Marina. Mariana looks at him with shock:

“Cortes, that look at your face…what happened to you?”

“Oh dear…” Malitze hugs Cortes; “Cortes you should kill the importer for our sake.”

“Who is she, Cortes, why does she look like me?” Marina exclaims, Cortes make a sinister smile:

“Who is she? She is my wife Malintze…the woman I love…for me, you are the impostor!” At that moment, Malitze grabs Cortes’ cheek and approaches him. Malitze kisses Cortes in front of her.

(BBBBAAADDUUUMMMPPP)

Marina feels a great pain in her heart. She grabs her chest and slowly begins to cry; “Why…why are you doing this to me?

Mariana lifts her head and with great rage, she screams:

“TRAIDOR!!!!”(Traitor)

“Come with me…” Guerra picks up Marina and drags her by pulling her hair towards the center of the altar.

Guerra takes out a sword and points at it directly at Marina:

“Now tell me where the Golden Key is”

“I-I-I don’t know what you are talking about?”

“Tell me and I will spare their lives.”

“Guerra” points at the children who were standing screaming for her. Marina opens her eyes wider; “It can’t be…Adihe, Xochitl…run away!”

“Conquista” points a gun at Marina. “Guerra” walks towards them, with his sword.

“MAMA!” The children scream at their mother.

“NOOOOOO!!!” Marina screams at the man, she looks at Cortes and pleads:

“HELP YOUR CHILDREN! CORTES HELP THEM!”

Cortes looks away; “Those are not my children… I only have one child named Marin Cortes and she is his mother.”

Mariana feels rage as tears continue to come out; “YOU MONSTER!!!!I WILL KILL YOU!!!”

“Guerra” lifts his sword; “I am sorry children…but you need to die!”

“No…someone, help them…someone help!” Marina prays for help.

(BBBAAADDUUUMMMPPP)

Suddenly the five deities from the Altar begin to shine with brightness. The 5 Deities Gods appear before them.

“You sinners…what are you doing here? You dare to challenge us Gods?”Quetzalcoatl releases a mana breath attack towards “Guerra.”

“Run away, you children!” Tezcatlipoca stands in front of them. “Conquista releases a dark green mana as he walks towards Tezcatlipoca:

“A snake and a cat…I accept your challenge…”

(BBBBOOOOMMMM, CCCRRRRAAASSSHHHH)

The stairs begin to collapse due to the impact. The children fall from the stairs.

“MAMA!” Both of them see Mariana with a smile as she screams:

“I LOVE YOU!!”

The Five Deities attack the Conquistadores. “Guerra” punches the Guardian Jaguar and The Feathered Serpent.

The Red Witch appears in the middle and chants; “Sigillum Ruber” (Red Seal)

The three deities: Huitzilopochtli the Green Hummingbird, Tlaloc the Blue Rain Salamander and Xipototec the Orange Guardian Dog get sealed in three paintings.

“Brothers…Sisters…” Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca escaped the sealing technique.

“I will kill you…Isabella…” Tezcatlipoca charges straight at Isabella.

“Fufufufu…how interesting…for a God to be this reckless…”

“Shut up you mortal!”

(BBBBOOOMMMM)

“Conquista” punches Tezcatlipoca. Quetzalcoatl charges straight at “Conquista”, “Guerra uses the opportunity, and makes a huge cut at Quetzalcoatl’s body.

(SSSSLLLAASHHHH)

“You let your guard down…snake…”

“Damn you…”

Isabella uses the opportunity and touches Tezcatlipoca’s mirror; “I think it’s best for you to sleep…Guardian Jaguar…”

“Wait!”

Isabella releases a red mana and chants; “Infinitum Sigillum” (Infinity Seal)

“NNNOOOO!!!!!” Tezcatlipoca screams as he is being absorbed by his own mirror.

(BBBBBBOOOOMMMM)

The mirror falls to the ground. Quetzalcoatl continues to fight both “Guerra” and “Conquista.”

Isabella smiles; “Just one left…”

(SNAP)

Isabella snaps her fingers. Four portals open, giant chains appear and tie Quetzalcoatl down.

(BBBBOOOOMMM)

Isabella walks towards him; “Oh…poor God…to see you like this…”

“You will regret this, Red Witch! You will feel the fury of the Gods…”

Isabella chuckles; “Foolish snake, I have already been witness of such fury by other Gods and I am the one who is left standing.”

Isabella takes out a sphere and rolls it towards Quetzalcoatl; “Now, let your power be mine; “Sigillum immortale” (Seal of the Immortal)

“NO…SEIZE THIS AT ONCE!” Quetzalcoatl screams as the sphere absorbs his mana.

(PPUUMM PPUUMMM)

Quetzalcoatl struggles trying to break free. -CCCRRASHHH- Quetzalcoatl breaks free and flies away trying to escape, destroying a couple of monuments.

Isabella grabs the orb; “Fufufu…That was 30% of his power…but he escaped when the ritual was incomplete and that means…”

(POOF)

Quetzalcoatl disappears from their sight. Isabella chuckles; “See…the rest of his mana left him and return to nature itself…”

Marina is in shock upon seeing the 5 Deities fall…”

“You have seen my power…Marina…” Isabella goes to where Marina is and grabs her hair; “Where is the key?”

“I…don’t…know…” Marina breathes heavily. Isabella licks her lips; “Oh, so you won’t tell me…don’t worry…I have other methods…”

Isabella grabs Marina’s forehead and closes her eyes; “Aperta Memoria” (Open Memory)

Isabella begins to read Marina’s mind. Marina remembers that the Gods said to her:

“The Key is in the heart of the volcano, it will open on the night of the Lunar Eclipse and we need a sacrifice to see that, please protect it, it will cause the destruction of this land if someone else holds it.”

“I see the Volcano,” Isabella opens her eyes.

Isabella opens a giant portal; “Time to go to the volcano”

“WWAAAIIIITT” Marina screams, and at that moment, everyone disappears.

Night of the Eclipse; Inside the Volcano…

Several kilometers away from the Capital City. The night begins to turn a reddish tone as the sun begins to cover the moon meaning a small light illuminates the Volcano Popocatepetl. The light makes the Volcano shine as a Golden Temple is revealed inside the Volcano surrounded by magma.

The group appears inside the volcano and they see the small light coming to the center. As they go inside the temple they find the altar, the entire city is covered in magma, only a path that leads to the temple is uncovered…

The group walks towards the temple and after climbing the stairs, they find an altar with a giant bowl in the middle and with strange markings from another dialect different from the Aztec.

“The altar of the Gods” Moctezuma looks at it with a frightened face. The light shines and Montezuma continues to explain; “The altar that has been said to have been built by the “CIBOLA” tribe…the protectors of the earth. “

Moctezuma kneels before the altar; “The CIBOLA tribe left this for us to protect the golden key…”

Guerra points a sword at him; “Tells us what the requirement is for the Golden Key…”

“I don’t know…”

(SSSLLLAASSHHHH)

Guerra cuts one of Moctezuma’s arms; “AAAHHHHH” Montezuma screams with agony.

“WAIT…I’LL TELL YOU…” Marina runs and stands in front of Moctezuma; “No, Marina, they will kill you…”

Cortes walks toward her and points a gun at her head; “Tell us…”

Marina looks at Cortes: “ Legend says that it requires the sacrifice of a believer, this is why we always sacrifice the prisoners of other tribes.”

“So it requires a sacrifice.” Cortes looks at Marina. Marina notices and crawls back with fear. Cortes walks towards her; “Don’t escape…you must serve your purpose…”

Isabella steps forward and stops him:

“You can’t sacrifice her, she is important to us…”

“Very well, I have another idea.” Cortes goes directly towards Malitze and hugs her.

“Cortes, what are you doing?”

“I am just thanking you for your sacrifice.”

(SSSLLLAAASSSHHHH)

Marina opens her eyes wider upon seeing Cortes stabbing Malitze in the heart. Malitze bleeds from her mouth; “Cortes…my love…why?”

“You are necessary for this…I thank you…my tool…”

Cortes takes out his sword from Malitze’s body along with her heart and kills her instantly.

“GGYYYAAHHH… YOU MONSTER!” Marina screams. Moctezuma slowly cries as he thinks:

“What have I done? Why did I trust him?”

Moctezuma looks at the man he considered a friend; “Cortes…why did you do this? By doing this, you are no longer human?”

“I know…I am a messenger of God…God told me to conquer this land…and that is my mission…”

Cortes walks towards the altar. Isabella explains; “You two got the wrong idea…the Exploreres are actually Conquerors sent by the King of Spain to obtain new land…those were our orders. The Hernan Cortes that you two have lived with for the past 10 years was just an illusion that I created to gain your trust…this man in front of you… is the real Hernan Cortes…The Conqueror…”

Marina and Moctezuma look at Isabella with sorrow. Cortes arrives at the altar and proceeds in squeezing the heart making blood fall in the altar consisting of a bowl with a key symbol in the middle. The blood pouring down slowly forms a circle in the center.

(BADUMP BADUMP)

Everyone feels nervous, as the temple trembles like a heartbeat. Suddenly, a shining golden light illuminates the area. The blood slowly forms the Golden Key. The Golden Key releases golden with black mana hitting Cortes, Moctezuma and Marina.

Isabella smiles; “The Golden key, one of the seven is here.”

Cortes is about to grab the key. -PPPUUMMM- Moctezuma pushes him; “I won’t let you!”

Moctezuma looks at Marina; “Marina, pull the trigger and stop the key from forming.”

Marina pulls the trigger causing the blood to spill and avoids the key from forming.

“NNOOOO!!” Isabella screams as she grabs the key but it disintegrates in her hand.

“You bitch!!” Cortes slaps Marina. Marina rolls down the stairs. Cortes prepares to fire his gun, pointing at Marina.

(PPPUUMMM)

Suddenly, Moctezuma hits Cortes; “I won’t let you!” Moctezuma breaks free and screams; “VENGAN A MI! ” (COME TO ME!)

In a blink of an eye, dozens of Sombras surround Moctezuma. Moctezuma absorbs the Alebrijes as he looks at Cortes with rage; “YOU DAMN TRAITOR! I TRUSTED YOU…WE TRUSTED YOU! NOW YOU WILL PAY!”

“So, he was a Shadow Tamer!” Guerra shouts, Moctezuma smiles; “You weren’t the only ones keeping a secret…Now merge!”

The Sombras entre Moctezuma’s body. Moctezuma releases an enormous amount of mana, his body grows stronger and his skin changes color into a purple tone with red circles in various parts of his body.

(PPPUUUMMM)

With great speed, Moctezuma punches Guerra sending him away. He kicks Conquista as well sending him to the opposite direction.

(BANG BANG)

Cortes fires multiple times, connecting Moctezuma. However, Moctezuma proceeds and destroys the altar; “You will never obtain the key…”

“Listen…Marina…run away now!” Moctezuma looks at Marina. Marina, feeling fear screams; “I won’t leave you…”

“You must…you need to find your children! Now go…my daughter!”

Marina begins to run, jumping the magma from rock to rock exiting the volcano. Cortes chases after her but Isabella stops him saying; “Let her go, nobody will believe her.”

(BBBOOOMMM)

Both Guerra and Conquista release an enormous amount of mana making the volcano react. The magma level slowly elevates.

“It’s been a while since I had a good fight!” Guerra laughs as he prepares his sword. Conquista also prepares his ax; “You’re right…let’s have some fun..”

Moctezuma summons dozens of Sombras more; “Escape, my daughter! I was a foolish king…I am sorry, my people…”

Isabella opens a portal; “I will leave him to you…” Isabella and Cortes disappear in the portal.

Moctezuma faces one last time against Guerra and Conquista as the Volcano erupts…engulfing the Golden City once more into slumber…

***************************************************************************Morning rises and Marina runs back thinking: “Mis niños, they are waiting for me at the house, I told them that if anything happens we would meet at the house.”

“TRAIDORA! ATRAPENLA!” (TRAITOR…GET HER…)

Marina encounters survivors of the conquest; “Traitor, get out of here you are not welcome!!”

They begin to throw rocks at her but Marina only runs to see her children.

The moment she arrived at the house. Isabella has already sealed her children along with the Aztec Gods and disappeared. Marina arrived at her house but her children were not there. The conquest continued through the Aztec Empire, Cortes imprisoned Moctezuma. Guerra and Conquista lead the army, killing everyone who opposes them. Until Spain, colonize the New World.

Cortes returned with Martin Cortes, his son to Spain; he returned to the New World multiple times but never looked for Marina or her children….

As for Marina, she walked around asking for them, but she never found them. The natives rejected her calling her “Traitor, La Malinche or La Chingada” she became an outcast and persecuted by those who saw her that night. For one year she walked through the night saying:

“AAAAYYYY MMMIIISSSSS HIIIJJJOOOSSS”

People began to call her “la Llorona”, and began to fear her. Her hair became white, her skin dried as a skeleton because she stopped eating. Due to being exposed to the Golden Key’s mana, Marina got sick, but she never stopped looking for her children. Until one day she died however she never passed on. During the nights she walked around the country for 500 years screaming:

“AAAAYYYY MMMIIIISSS HHHHIIIIJJJJOOOSSS”

She takes away the children who were abandoned or she feels they need help and outs their souls in dolls so they won’t suffer. The island where she lived once with her family became abandoned under the name; Isla de las Muñecas (Island of the Dolls).

Rain continues to fall. Uriel sheds tears as Marina finishes telling her story:

“I see…so you lost everything that night…we are the same…I also lost my family, my father…my life in just one night…Although I will never understand your pain…I can promise you that I will help you…I will take you to your children…”

Marina smiles at him; “You have a pure heart boy, but such an evil Aura, whatever happened to you must have been tough.”

“Believe me, life has been difficult…however, I will always try to face them…and protect those who I care about…”

Marina, with tears coming out of her eyes, hugs Uriel; “Thank you.”

A bright light shines out of her and Uriel making it too bright that Marjorie and the kids cover their eyes. The light vanishes, Uriel was standing looking at the sky but Marina was missing. Uriel has her yellow eyes and tears flowing out of him.

Marjorie walks slowly towards Uriel saying; “Uriel is everything alright.” Uriel rubs his eyes, cleaning the tears and turns to see Marjorie; “Everything is alright Marjorie.” Uriel’s eyes return to normal, Marjorie smiles and looks around; “What happened to the ghost?”

“She’s gone for the moment…right now we need to return to the hotel and meet up with Kasumi.” Uriel replies, grabbing Marjorie’s hand. Majorie immediately turns red. Uriel looks at the tree behind him; “Come out Bella…I have a favor to ask you .”

Bella walks from the tree with her cat, laughing; “Well done muchacho…now go find her children!”

“I will…Can you please take care of the children over there.”

“I’m not a babysitter you know, but I’ll take them to their houses just this once.”

“Thank you, now we must go” Uriel opens a portal, he carries Marjorie with his arms; “Time to go…” Bella chuckles; “Wait, take her with you…” Bella summons a crow, the crow stands on his shoulder. Uriel sighs; “Very well…”

Uriel and Marjorie cross the portal along with the crow. Bella looks at the children; “Time to return to your home…”

Bella snaps her fingers; the children disappear returning to their home. Bella looks at the moon:

“Juan, what an interesting successor you have…I will enjoy looking at his resolve…I wonder if he will break the curse of La Llorona…what do you think, Carla?”

Bella slowly transforms. The old woman turns into a younger appearance resembling a 35-year-old woman. She has long red hair, hazel-colored eyes, and a well-developed body with big breasts. She is wearing a long red dress, long red sleeves, high heels and a large red witch hat.

“Isabella, I think you are toying with them a lot…Meow!” Carla the cat chuckles. Isabella smiles as she opens a portal; “Now, time for us to move as well…”

Isabella and Carla walk into the portal and disappear.
