“AAAAYYYY MMMIIISSSS HHHIIIJJJOOSSS” The woman in white walks down the path with two children. She turns right and walks down the tree.

“Where is she going?” Majorie asks Bella. Bella turns around with a serious face suggests:

“Why don´t you follow her silently? She will not notice.”

Uriel and Marjorie begin to follow her to see what's going on. The two of them see how the ghost stops in a tree.

The ghost hugs the pair of children, a boy and a girl. The ghost chants in ancient Aztec: “Separación de Almas” (Separation of Souls)

Soon, a light shine in the children's chest. Lights come out of the body and form small spheres. The two children pass out. Marjorie covers her mouth with fear and tries to walk forward. Uriel grabs Marjorie holding her and grabbing her mouth whispering:

“Please don't move, we don’t know what her ability is...stay calm…”

The ghost puts the souls in two different dolls hanging in the trees. The bodies of the children turn into ashes.

Tears come out of Marjorie’s eyes, the two dolls move their heads. The ghost of the woman looks at them, and pats their heads:

“Descansen mis niños” ( Rest my children).

She cries tears of blood and walks slowly screaming:

“AAAAAYYYYY MMMMIIIISSS HHHHHIIIJJJJOOOOSSSSS”

Marjorie and Uriel stay put until she disappears from their sight. After she disappears Uriel and Marjorie lean back breathing heavily. Bella appears in front of them:

“Now you see what's happening here? That ghost is La Llorona!” (Weeping lady)

Marjorie puts on a frightened face. Uriel looks with anger; “So, La Llorona…I thought she was a legend…”

“Indeed, the famous ghost you probably heard about from your parents or some other adults” Bella walks forward and grabs a doll from a tree, she continues to explain:

“This doll is the soul of a lost child, La Llorona walks around the country grabbing children who she feels are suffering and brings them here. She separates their souls and puts them in dolls so they could be safe”

“But why does she do that?” Marjorie asks with a shaky voice.

“She is searching for her lost children. Nobody knows about her, but the legend says her children lost their lives due to a fire, however, some say she drowned them. The reason is unknown, but this spirit has been lurking for centuries in search for a boy and a girl.”

Bella explains, Marjorie feels fear, Uriel thinks about the two children he encountered earlier; “Adihe and Xochitl…could they be…”

Bella continues to explain:

“She thinks she is doing well but you can see them do you, Uriel?”

Uriel looks around and sees the souls of the children who are playing in the trees. They are glowing white with white dresses for the girls or shirts and pants for the boys.

Uriel sighs with his eyes closed:

“This is not good, they should not be here, they need to find peace.”

“But why muchacho, they look happy don't they?” Bella tests Uriel.

Uriel stands up and replies; “They are not free, they are trapped, they need to move on, I don’t know why, but I will learn about her motives…”

Marjorie stands and grabs his hand:

“Uriel…I will help you…”

“Ahh young love…hee hee hee” Bella grabs her cat, she continues to speak:

“La Llorona will return in one hour, she always does that…I’ve been seeing her do the same thing for years now…Once she comes back, you can speak to her, if you dare.... Meanwhile, let's go eat something, I bet you are hungry.”

The two of them have red faces as their stomach growls and both of them say:

“YES PLEASE.”

“Good…come with me…I have some leftover stew you can eat…”

Marjorie and Uriel decided to enter and eat while they waited for La Llorona to return...

At the same time…Kasumi and Johanna managed to find Alejandro along with the girl named Xochitl…Both are in their room unconscious…Johanna watches over them as Kasumi raced to find the stuff that Johanna needed…The other students and the professors are still missing…

“I´m coming in,” Kasumi enters the room, seeing Johanna sleeping.

Kasumi hugs him; “You’re a fool, you’re lucky to be alive right now…I feel so relieved…”

Kasumi gets closer to Xochitl; “Now then, can you understand me…how are you feeling?”

Xochitl understands what Kasumi asks, she smiles and replies:

“Leticia became a sacrifice…” Stefan looks down, Dr. Escobar regains consciousness, she looks around and smiles; “Thank goodness, you’re all okay…”

Everyone looks confused, Dr. Escobar cries; “It’s true, that man threatened my husband and I with our lives if we didn’t do this…I’m sorry, I didn’t want this to happen…”

-TCH- Stefan cries as he remembers Leticia. Antoine looks at the others; “Okay guys, we are in a difficult situation, does anyone have a plan?”

“Indeed I am, it’s been a long time…where is the little girl with the flower name?”

Adihe looks down; “I don’t know…I can’t remember anything…”

“I see, you’re still too young to be handling that kind of power, it could kill you…that brother of mine is foolish…Hey, damn snake, come to your senses…” Tezcatlipoca hits Quetzalcoatl with his paw. -POOF- Quetzalcoatl turns back into a black snake with red eyes:

“What’s going on? The Gods are fighting among each other…” Stefan looks impressed and he takes out a notebook, writing notes.

“Hey, this is no time for that…” Antoine scolds him. The others looks scared as they see two Aztec Deities in the same place.

Quetzalcoatl looks at Adihe; “I’m sorry…I failed to protect you and your sister…”

“Don’t worry Quetzi…for now, let’s see where my sister is…” Adihe looks at El Muerto; “I see that you’re done talking, very well…”

El Muerto takes out the same device Kasumi has, the “Translanguaging.” El Muerto activates it for everyone to understand; “This device belongs to Yggdrasil, I stole it from one of their members…with this, language barrier does not exist anymore.”

Adihe looks at El Muerto and asks; “Where is Xochitl?”

“She has been taken hostage, but don’t worry I will get her for you. For now I want to know what exactly happened to you siblings and Quetzalcoatl.”

“Can you understand me?” Adihe asks surprised, El Muerto nods in agreement; “I promise that I would go and save your sister…but first, I need you to tell us your story…” Adihe looks down as he remembers what happened that night.

“It’s okay…tell them…”

Quetzalcoatl says to Adihe, Adihe looks up.he notices everyone looking at him:

500 Years Ago- Mexico…

“Hurry mother” Xochitl and Adihe shout with excitement as they go up to the temple.

In the interior of the temple they encounter with the wall painting of 5 Aztec Deities: Quetzalcoatl the Feathered Serpent, Tezcatlipoca the Black Jaguar, Huitzilopochtli the Green Hummingbird, Tlaloc the Blue Rain Salamander and Xipototec the Orange Guardian Dog .

Their mother, whose face is hard to see, puts their offerings to the Aztec Gods. Xochitl looks at her mother:

“Mother, why do we give offerings to the Gods?”

Adihe and Xochitl’s mother was a beautiful woman with a slim body, brown skin and long black hair…her face is yet to be revealed….

“Well you see, we give them offerings and they protect us.”

“But why can't we see them?” Adihe asks her mother. She smiles and rubs his head saying:

“Well you see they will always protect us even if can’t see them, they are always watching over us”

“I wish I could see them…” Adihe looks at Quetzalcoatl’s painting. Their mother stands up and walks to the door:

“Come along children…your father is waiting…”

“Papa…you’re right…” Xochitl runs and holds her hand. Adihe walks towards, suddenly, he hears a voice:

“Beware…Beware…”

Adihe looks back scared; “What was that?”

“Adihe, is something wrong?” Their mother asks, Adihe turns around and shakes his head. They continue walking as Adihe wonders what that voice was.

Later that night…

“AHHHHHH” Adihe hears screams. He opens his eyes and sees a red light coming from the outside. Xochitl is looking outside with tears in her eyes.

“Xochitl what's going on?” Adihe asks her but she is too frightened to answer. Xochitl answers with a low tone.

“The capital is on fire ” Ahide looks at the door and sees the great pyramid of Tenochtitlan on fire along with the capital. Their house is located on the outskirts. Adihe and Xochitl run as fast as they can as they see men on horses killing their fellow natives.

“Where is our mother?” Xochitl asks Adihe as they run for their lives.

They encounter a fellow Aztec Native; “Where is our mother? What is happening?”

“RRRAAWWW” Adihe notices that his eyes are red; “It can’t be…Xochitl, run…”

The Aztec Native picks up his sword trying to slash the siblings; “GGYYYAAHHH”

“XXXOOOCCHHHIIITTLLLL” Adihe grabs Xochitl and they jump off the hill, dodging the sword. They roll down the hill; “Big Brother, I’m scared…”

Adihe hugs Xochitl, both of them continue to head towards the temple as the killing continues; “Xochitl, close your eyes…we must head to where mother is…”

Adihe and Xochitl hide from the men on horses and arrive at the

“We need to head to the temple, Xochitl”

Adihe and Xochitl arrive at the temple by using a secret pathway that their mother taught them.

“MAMA!” Xochitl screams as they see their mother with the Emperor of the Aztecs tied up by the Conquistadores.

“HIJOS!” Their mother screams.

“GENERAL CORTES! TENEMOS INTRUSOS!” (General Cortes, we have intruders!)The man who calls himself Cortes walks towards them. He is accompanied by two soldiers, one has red eyes and the other has green eyes.

“General, que hacemos con ellos?” (General, what do we do with them?)

“Matenlos…” (Kill them…)

Adihe opens his eyes wider. Xochitl within her eyes, screams; “NOO…PAAA…”

(RRRRAAAAWWW)

Suddenly the Five Gods Emerge from the Temple as Cortes smiles:

“Son Verdaderos, esos Dioses existen!!!” (They are real, those Gods do exist!)

“RUN AWAY CHILDREN '' Their mother screams with tears in her eyes.

Suddenly the Red eye man in armor walks towards the children and draws out his sword:

“Run now or I´ll kill you!”

Xochitl begins to cry, calling out for her mother. Adihe steps in front to protect her sister, the man is about to swing his sword when suddenly Quetzalcoatl releases an attack to prevent it from happening.

Suddenly the temple begins to collapse Adihe and Xochitl fall, however before they fall they see their mother smiling as she says:

“I LOVE YOU!”

(BOOOOMMMM)

The temple collapsed. At that night the Aztec Empire fell by the hands of the Conquistador named Cortes.

(DRIP,DRIP,DROP,DROP)

Rain begins to fall waking Adihe and Xochitl, who survived the night thanks to a pillar who covered them.

“Xochitl, are you alright?” Adihe asks as he stands up. Xochitl nods in agreement; “Where is mother?”

“I don’t know, we need to look for her…”

Adihe and Xochitl decided to look for their mother. They walk slowly seeing all the destruction.

“It can’t be…our home…”

“Busquen sobrevivientes y matenlos!” (Find survivors and kill them)

Adihe and Xochitl hide from the other conquistadores in search of their mother.

“Adihe, I’m scared…” Xochitl cries, Adihe holds her hand and smiles; “Don’t worry, your big brother is here…”

“Help me!” Adihe and Xochitl hear someone calling them. They see a snake with colorful scales at the size of a hand bleeding.

The children get closer; “Who are you?”

“I am Quetzalcoatl…” The snake replies, the children look surprised. Adihe picks the serpent; “It can’t be, you are our guardian God…”

“We need to escape…”

The children nod and decide to return to their home. As they arrive at what it was once their home, they see that it was brought down and destroyed.

Xochitl cries; “Waa…mama…papa…”

Adihe with tears in his eyes makes a fist; “That man will pay…”

“Oh my, I found Quetzalcoatl…” The children look at the lake and see a woman walking towards.

The woman covers her eyes, she has a classy outfit consisted of a long dress, with sleeves, worn over a underdress. The sleeves were made detachable and were heavily ornamented. The long-waisted silhouette of the previous period was replaced by a high-waisted style with fullness over the belly, often confined by a belt.

“It looks like the two of you survived, what a surprise.” The woman smiles.

“W-W-Who is she?” Adihe asks, feeling the enormous amount of mana.

“RUN AWAY SHE IS THE RED WITCH '' Quetzalcoatl screams. The children start to run

The Red Witch raises her hand and chants: “Sigillum Sueno” (Slumber seal)

A red light shines sealing the three of them into four separate crystals.

“That should do it, now sleep that you will be needed again in the future” The Red Witch smiles as she walks down the path towards a Volcano.

On February 14th, the fateful night where many events occured, Uriel fought Ian. Calakmul stole the Gem of Kukulkan. The Skinwalker appeared in Sun City… another event happened in Mexico

When Calakmul used the Gem of Kukulkan, he released its power that triggered the release of Quetzalcoatl from the crystal prison...

The crystals break releasing their souls. Quetzalcoatl roars and flies to the sky, after a few moments, he returns to the size of the snake. In the Sun temple, the children and Quetzalcoatl once again were freed to this world.

“Where are we?” Adihe and Xochitl ask Quetzalcoatl. Quetzalcoatl looks around looking for answers:

“I don’t know children…stay with me…”

The three of them are speechless as they see the temple they were in was full of spider webs and lost its color.

Xochitl begins to cry with Adihe; “What happened here? Where did everyone go?”

Quetzalcoatl looks at the children who are scared:

“Don´t worry children, I will protect you.”

The children decided to explore, however, they are in a modern world where everything is different.

No one understood their language so they could not get any help, they lived by eating anything they could find. Adihe ended up stealing in order to survive. The children kept that way until today…

“Well, remember that earth had more mana in the past. Mana keeps depleting from earth each year…” Kasumi looks at Xochitl; “She’s been through a lot…”

“Senpai, what do we do?” Alejandro asks Kasumi, Kasumi sighs; “I guess we need to help the girl find her brother and plus we need to find the others…”

-TCH- Kasumi bites her nail; “Where is Uriel at a time like this…and of all the members of Yggdrasil, Alejandro, who is still a novice came…”

Sister Veronica summons her lance. A yellow lance appears before her hands. The lance has a yellow staff, the blade is golden and a cross is tied next to the blade. Her aura consists of lightning that expands all over the room.

“Her mana is incredible…” Alejandro covers himself from the lightning volts. Johanna chuckles; “Fufufufu, the lance of a Patron Saint…that girl is no joke…what are you going to do Kasumi?”

Giovanni covers the girl; “Stay here or you will be electrified…” Sister Veronica points her lance at Kasumi; “Now then, what will it be…Kasumi Miyazono…”

“Listen, I don’t want to fight you…we can reach an understanding here…we can avoid a conflict…” Kasumi nervously tries to avoid fighting Sister Veronica.

Xochitl takes the opportunity and bites Giovanni; “Ouch, why you little…”

“ALEJADNRO!” Xochitl runs towards Alejandro.

“XOCHITL!” Alejandro runs to try and grab her. “NO WAIT!” Kasumi tries to stop him. Veronica smiles and uses the opportunity; “Fool…”

Veronica moves with the intent of killing them. Kasumi moves at high speed, she summons her katana and blocks Veronica’s attack.

(BBBBOOOMMMM)

“GGYYYAAAHHH” The force blows everyone away, destroying the hotel room.

“So you decided to act against the church?” Sister Veronica smiles, Kasumi looks at her with anger; “I wasn’t however, you attacked a member of Yggdrasil. I have no choice but to defend myself…”

“Wait, that goofy looking guy is a member of Yggdrasil?” Sister Veronica looks surprised.

(BBBBBOOOMMM)

They separate themselves. Xochitl flies out the window; “ALEJANDRO!”

“XOCHITL!” Alejandro jumps off the window; “Damn it, I won’t make it…” Alejandro reveals his crest; “Activate, Silver Mustang; Complete”

(CCRRASSSHHHH)

Alejandro changes into his esper suit. He gathers mana in his legs and kicks the air with force making him fall faster. Alejandro manages to grab Xochitl; “Grab on…”

Xochitl hugs Alejandro and closes her eyes. Alejandro kicks the hotel wall to stop the falling motion. Both of them fall at a slower speed. Alejandro manages to land on his feet by releasing an immense amount of mana to stop the acceleration.

(BBBBBOOOMMMM)

“Ha…ha…ha…” Alejandro breathes heavily; “Are you okay?” Alejandro asks Xochitl, Xochitl looks at him and smiles.

“Good…”

(PUM PUM PUM)

Kasumi and Sister Veronica land in front of him. Kasumi looks at Alejandro; “Alejandro, stay behind me…and protect that girl…”

“I will…”

“So, Yggdrasil is my enemy…you will all be coming with me…” Sister Veronica points her lance at them.

Kasumi sighs with her eyes closed; “I really wanted to avoid fighting…but I guess, I have no choice here right?”

Kasumi takes off her glasses. She opens her eyes revealing a bright orange color as they glow with mana; “I will have to teach this brat a lesson…”

“Brat? Why you…alright Fat Bimbo…you’re on…”

Both of them look at eachother with rage. Katsumi lifts her right arm to reveal an orange light crest. The crest has a circle in the center of her forearm with two curving lines. The crest begins to shine brighter as Katsumi says:

“Activate Orenjikji: Complete” (Translates: Orange Pheasant)

Katsumi’s crest begins to spread around her body causing her to shine into an orange revealing an esper suit. The suit consists of an orange kimono with blacklines around the borders of the kimono.

Kasumi takes out her katana and takes a battle stance, Sister Veronica does the same.

“Good grief, I really wanted to avoid fighting…what a pain…” Giovanni observes the action at a tree branch.

“Fufufu…they are getting serious…” Johanna walks next to Alejandro. Alejandro looks at her surprised; “How did you get here?”

“I took the elevator silly…”

“Right?”

Kasumi and Sister Veronica glare at each other; “Let’s go…”

Both of them charge at the same time, Kasumi moves her sword back and swings upward. Siter Veronica attacks with her lance. Both weapons clash with force creating a huge explosion.

Marjorie and Uriel just finished eating the leftover stew…little did they know about the fateful events happening at the same time… Uriel decided to step outside and look at the stars…

“So, Marjorie was always the one you loved huh…Uriel Vazquez…that explains the sensation I always feel whenever I see her…” Uriel thinks to himself as he watches the stars.

“Is everything okay Uriel?” Marjorie asks as she walks outside towards Uriel. Uriel notices her and replies; “Yes, everything is fine…I just wanted to observe the stars…”

Marjorie stands next to him and looks at the sky. Both of them see thousands of stars in the sky shining bright as the area doesn’t have any light pollution.

“They sure are pretty…” Marjorie looks at him. Uriel continues to gaze wandering off in his thoughts.

(BADUMP BADUMP BADUMP)

Marjorie gets nervous; “This is the perfect opportunity, I can grab his hand…” Marjorie slowly approaches him, she tries to grab his hand as she feels that her heart beat increases.

“Just a little more…”

“Hey muchcacho…” Bella walks towards.

“GGYYAAHHH” Marjorie screams and takes a few steps back. Bella looks at her and chuckles:

“Hoho…what were you doing dear?”

“NOTHING! REALLY I JUST…” Marjorie looks at Uriel and turns bright red. Uriel looks at her; “Is something wrong?”

“Hoho, just let her be muchacho…I have a question for you…”

“What is it?”

Bella walks and grabs a doll; “Why are you doing this? Why are you willing to help people? You are El Charro Negro, people call you a demon…you take the souls of those who make a deal with you…answer me why?”

Uriel looks at Bella and Marjorie. Uriel remembers a young man in priest attire and a girl with light brown hair.

“Two years ago, there was an attack in Guadalajara, Jalisco…I’m sure you heard the news, right?”

“Yes, I did…half of the city was destroyed from an earthquake right?” Marjorie asks Uriel. Uriel shakes his head; “No, that was the news that the government and the church made up to cover the truth…”

“The truth?”

“Yes, two years ago, Vampires attacked the city…I was involved in that incident where countless people lost their lives…” Uriel makes a fist as he remembers. Marjorie looks at him worried; “Uriel…”

“That night, I made a promise to a young priest named Lorenzo and a girl named Luna that I would get rid of all the evil of the world…”

“Lorenzo and Luna?” Marjorie looks at him. Uriel nods in agreement; “Both of them died that night…and both of them died in my arms…after that, I made a vow to fulfill that promise…”

“Hoho…what an interesting promise, however, you are also an evil being…what will you do once you fulfill that promise?”

“I am well aware that getting rid of all the evil is impossible, human beings are evil by nature but still…I will help those in need, just like my friend asked me and I will continue to fight and when there is nothing left…I will…” Uriel looks away.

Bella makes a smirk; “You will take your own life right? Fascinating…”

“You can’t do that? Uriel…that means that you will leave me once more…” Marjorie hugs his arm; “Marjorie…” Uriel remembers his family; “I am aware of that…also, others might feel sad if I died just like that but still…”

Without any warning, Uriel feels pain in his heart. “Ggghh…” Uriel grabs his chest and falls into one knee.

“Uriel, what’s happening?” Marjorie holds him. Bella looks at him; “Interesting…something is happening to someone close to you…”

Uriel breathes heavily as he thinks; “What is this pain, something is wrong…something happened, but who…Mother? Valerie? Daniel?”

Uriel takes out his cellphone and sees that it’s destroyed; “No good…Valerie will be really angry…”

Uriel looks at Marjorie; “Marjorie, where is my cellphone?”

Marjorie looks down; “My cell phone got wet and stopped working…”

“I see…” Uriel breathes slowly as the pain begins to stop; “I need to find a way to communicate with them…but how…”

“AAAAYYYYY MMMIIISSSS HHHHIIIJJJJOOOSS”

Everyone hears a cry. Bella smiles; “She’s here…”

Uriel looks at the ghost approaching; “Damn it, Why now?”

“Uriel, are you okay?” Marjorie asks worriedly. Uriel takes a deep breath and stands up:

“I’m okay…right now, I need to focus on her.”

The ghost approaches the island, she floats in the water with two other children. Uriel stands in front of her determination:

“Buenas Noches, Marina…” (Good evening, Marina)

In the temple Ahide looks at the sky where stars are showing thinking:

“Mother I will avenge you!”

El Muerto opens a portal as he looks at Adihe; “Time to get your sister back…”

The Gods look at the sky as they observe the moon changing color. Tezcatlipoca looks at Quetzalcoatl:

“Do you see that brother? IT’S TIME”

“INDEED, THE TIME FOR THE GOLDEN CITY TO APPEAR!”
