Speed: How fast the individual is. High speed does not mean high dexterity. Think of a race car.

Intelligence: How book smart an individual is, and how well they memorize/remember stuff.

Magic Power: How strong an individual's magic is, and how much MP they have.

Wisdom: How street smart an individual is, and how good they are at things like puzzles and the like.

Agility: How fast and accurate an individual's reactions and reflexes are. Think of a ninja.

Mental Strength: How tough an individual is mentally, and how well they can resist psychological trauma and damage.

Defense: How tough an individual is against attacks. Basically how hard it is to harm them.

Charisma: How good of an impression an individual can give to people before, during, and after communication, etc. Pretty self-explanatory as well.
